"Who says you can't just pole dance....for fun?! My friends and I came here to use our $5 coupon for an "Intro to Pole Dancing" class! This place is kind of hard to find because it's located right under a freeway and the entrance is in the back. There's a small room in the back of a warehouse like area where it's nicely furnished with about 9 poles from ceiling to floor all in front of a huge mirror for you to check yourself out while doing the class! Oh and...COME EARLY!! If you don't come early enough, you might have to share pole with another person! The one hour class was really fun and the instructor does a good job of transitioning you into learning harder moves. And don't be scared to come to this class! My friends and I were scared we wouldn't be able to do anything when we got here but we actually got more done that we thought we could! And everybody who showed up that day was a newbie too so we all felt good about ourselves :)Your arms and inner thighs are really sore the next couple of days but it's totally worth it. She teaches you how to climb up the pole, do a couple of twirls, and spin around the pole too. Also, WEAR SHORTS TO THE CLASS. Your skin has better traction than your pants, and she'll ask you to roll up your pants anyway if you show up in pants. She also offers fun "Girls' Nights" if you want to come in a group of girlfriends. She also offers discounts for students as well.So come here with an open attitude and ready to be sexy!"
"I've been coming here since July '16. Trainer Louis Perez is the man who showed me the way the box! Thank you!! In just the short time I've been going here (7-8 months) I've made huge strides in many ways. This place has become my sanctuary. I've made great friends there who all help empower one another to push and motivate ourselves to the max. You can't beat the pricing either! The owner Lance is the man! Their other trainer Jacob is awesome. This place has slowly become my 2nd home. Check it www.boxfitelite.com. Last thing I'll mention about why this place beats your typical "in shape" & planet of the fitness is the classes. Nothing I hate more than going to those places and everything is taken so the plan you had going in is ruined - with the Xmas structure at the box you'll never have this problem!"

Just came back from a Intro to Pole Class and it was so much fun! I was a little apprehensive about taking this class because I don't posses a single sexy gene in my body but this pole dancing class is more geared towards working on the core then doing frilly moves.Lurysol was the instructor and she was awesome. She taught us the basics such as climbing, sticking, and even flipping upside down. It all sounds crazy but very do-able especially if you take more classes. I believe the drop in class rate is $20 a class and call ahead to make sure there's space because there's only 8 poles in the room. My friends and I bought the living social deal so we only had to pay $5!Make sure to wear shorts because you'll need your skin to stick to the pole to get the basics down. I'm so glad I took this class and I'm very interested in taking more in the future. I had a great time with my friends and we all got a good laugh out of it.

Locally owned by a great family, BoxFit Elite training won't disappoint. I started going there a few years ago in my 40s and I got so much out of it. The camaraderie is really cool and the trainer/owner is awesome. Unfortunately I've had serious health setbacks starting in 2018 that that have precluded me from working out at all. But I'm hoping to get those setbacks under control in the next couple of months soon so I can go back. I highly recommend this place!
