"Cool spot in manteca. Tequila bar inside. Great staff. We were seated right away during Friday lunch. The food came out pretty fast and the wait was not long. I got the spicy steak tacos. Meat was tender. And the veggies were sautéed down so it was soft and flavorful. Not too spicy if you eat spicy. 2/5 spice level. Overall really good tacos 5/5. Large amount of rice and beans too. The complementary chips and salsa were good too. Ask for the flour tortilla chips. Those were way better than the corn one."

"AWARENESS:Gearing up for our family trip to Japan in 2026, I know I needed to start getting my picky wife acclimated to eating things she's never tried like, Ramen and Pho, so a few weeks ago, I talked to her into joining me here at Pho Rice & Roll'd for a late lunch, early dinner.NARRATIVE:We arrived around 4:00 pm on a Saturday and were seated and drink orders were taken right away.The menu here is really extensive. Lots of Pho and Ramen combinations, but it was nice to see to they also serve Chinese dishes like, Chow Fun, Chow Mein and stir fried items.I ordered a large Pho with both Rare and Flank Steak, Brisket, Tendon and Tri Tip. I also ordered Beef Spring rolls for the wife and I to share. The wife ordered a small Pho with Beef.The Pho made it to the table within 10 minutes of our orders and it was piping hot. Lots a vermicelli noodles, veggies and meat and sides of jalapeños, bean sprouts and aromatic herbs.SCENE:Pho Rice & Roll'd is located in the City of Tracy off of Naglee Rd.RECOMMENDATION(S):Outstanding Pho. "Want a easy and quick lunch? This is the spot. I went in after my Savemart trip and got a 3 item plate for 8 bucks. The lady packed it really hefty and I was in and out within 5 minutes. I almost felt like I was ripping them off for the price and portion. The place is tidy, maybe about one or two tables for seating. The food is served like hot lunch kind of similar to Panda Express. There were a good amount of options to choose from your orange chicken, veggies, to sweet and sour pork. I saw that Galt China also does catering! The food here is delicious! My chow mein, orange chicken, and general chicken was bomb. I was skeptical at first but I got to give them credit for price and quality.I will definitely return here for Chinese food."

"Super cold outside so a good soup sounded appealing. Decided to try this spot to see what it's all about. Clean and bright when you walk in, quickly greeted and seated.I ordered pho with no meat (kept the beef broth, just wasn't feeling anything too heavy today). Also ordered the potstickers.The pho hit the spot for me and I'm more than full. The potstickers were a little on the oily side for me. Not sure I'd order them again, but the flavor was there.Once you finish, you pay up at the counter."

"Low-key dinner takeout. I got the Southwest chicken salad and my sister got clam chowder in a sourdough bread bowl. Also got a chocolate chip cookie and a lemon white chip cookie to share.Southwest chicken salad was alright. Nothing spectacular but still tasty and gets the job done. I tried some of the clam chowder and the sourdough bread bowl. Although the chowder had a nice clam flavor to it, it was a little flour-clumpy. Not great. The bread was decent; crusty on the outside, soft and spongy on the inside, but didn't have much of a tang. Still prefer the sourdough bread from Boudin. The cookies here are the soft-baked cookie type, like eating a muffin but in cookie form. The chocolate chip one tasted like what you'd expect and the lemon white chip one tasted like a lemon pound cake (didn't taste much of the white chocolate). The cookies were a bit too sweet for my liking overall.Eh, I'd say that it's not a bad place if you're in the area and are specifically craving for the kinds of food offered here."

"This store in particular is awesome! I put in an order for 70 sandwiches in three platters and a big salad. They were able to fulfill that order less than an hour. They told me they wouldn't be able to have it ready till 12 at the earliest, but I showed up a half hour early and it was already done, and they were already working on ringing it up when I walked in the door! Then they all helped me put it in the car. I was in and out of there in like five minutes. All the staff were friendly and professional. I wish my job allowed me to leave bigger tips."
