"We have an older Country Coach Intrigue that was having some air leveling issues. After we called a few others that didn't sound very interested in working on it, we contacted Johnathan at Echols RV. Johnathan came out and inspected the coach, diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and made the necessary repairs on a Saturday at our shop where the coach is kept. After three trips out, several hours of his time and all the leveling valves replaced we had a coach that operated as it should again. Now comes the fun part, the bill! I was calculating in my head all of his time, the parts replaced and his travel time and was prepared for this bill. Boy was I surprised when he handed me an invoice for MUCH LESS then I expected. I used the coach this past weekend and everything worked flawlessly...I have been around RV's for many years, in that time I have meet many RV repair people but nobody like Johnathan Echols. His workmanship, honesty and integrity are almost nonexistent in his industry. If you have a RV of any type in need of any repair, I highly recommend Echols RV Repair.Thank you Johnathan for being the best you can be!"
"Based off my interaction so far with the roof man, I am super pleased with the way things are working out. He has given me a wealth of knowledge over text and no pressure to book. Small review so far but I hope to update soon!"
"Excellent service...Matthew and his helper spent an hour repairing a difficult problem with my awning, he had never worked on a Carefree awning with this particular problem. Fortunately I had spoken with Carefree tech service and had bought the part ahead of time.Repair costs were very fair, these guys need to make a living.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend RVTime...and here in Sacramento they are one of the few RV repair companies that will come out to service a rig. My only complaint is they need to stop using texting as a form of communications, not professional!!!! Very easy to misinterpret the message....Ashley, no more texting....just my 2 cents. Thanks again Matthew and Ashley!"
"Whitaker s is from now on, THE only place we will go for 'anything' RV! We were so very pleased with Randy's work and his staff as well. We had an issue that we didn't even know about and it was taken care of %100.Randy is kind, honest, professional and the whole experience proved to us that we need never look for another place for our trailer to be well taken care of, Even if he is 45 minutes south of where we live- its so worth the drive. We will definitely be recommending him to anyone who needs rv service!!!Thank you Randy- for EVERYTHING!"
"Drove my Brand new travel trailer here from Los Angeles because it had some issues that originated in the factory . I bought my travel trailer in Colorado And by the time I drove it home we have multiple issues with it . Such as some drawers not closing - water filter leaking and the window cracked from pressure . Unfortunately nobody in Los Angeles wanted to touch ( meaning fix ) it because i bought it in Colorado. iI found this gem through a representative for Flagstaff who recommended that I call a couple places .... those calls have led me to this place . Jerry Halsey was the repair guy . He Was quick and sufficient. All parts were ordered prior and after we dropped off the trailer we went to the city to have breakfast - and by the time we finished it was ready to be picked up."
"great place to find parts for older rv's. i had them my roof replaced and a wiring job and all went well but it seemed a bit slow. i do recommend this business and will return for other services."
"What a fantastic experience! Needed to have one of my doors fixed on my 2019 ORV! They did the repair promptly and professionally. I highly recommend Steve, Rick, and the crew! This is a very busy shop so you need to make an appointment! Beautiful facility!"
"Full selection of parts and accessories. I needed to replace my wiring harness for my trailer. Allied had several different sizes in stock and ready. When I bought the wrong size, it was an easy exchange."
"TL/DRAVOID AT ALL COSTS THEY SUCK FROM THE WORD GO!! DO NOT USE LA MESA FOR A PURCHASE OR SERVICE!!!I'm usually one to be quick to bring a review up and slow to bring it down. This one has fallen fast and hard. We paid up for a nice Entegra 24L class C on a Mercedes chassis. In short Mercedes did their this right and Entegra and La Mesa have done one thing wrong after another. Too many items are a complete failure to even enumerate them in detail. DO NOT USE LA MESA FOR SALES OR SERVICE YOU WILL REGRET IT COMPLETELY. We have canceled more trips than we've made since February when we took ownership of the new coach. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing and the buck gets passed, shoulders get shrugged and calls are very rarely returned even when we reach out 2-3 times a week. It's been there for 2 full months this time and I have no clue when it will return. This place is a joke. We had a helpful service advisor who is now gone. He was hamstrung by the inept service department management. It has never worked properly and we have never been offered any recourse. It's been one shot show after another dating back to February. The gloves come off this week. Dealing with this ineptitude and unresponsive company is absolutely the most frustrating work experience of a lifetime."
"McColloch's RV Repair, Sacramento, CA, March 13, 2024I found McColloch's RV Repair on Yelp a few months ago after I damaged the rear corner fiberglass on my motor home. I took pictures of the damage and forwarded them on to Nick at McColloch's RV Repair. He said he had seen that type of damage before and wouldn't have a problem repairing it. I also had some previous damage on the front fiberglass bumper that Nick said they could also repair and have painted. I went a head and submitted both damage claims to my insurance company and took the motor home in for repairs about the second week of January. Fortunately, I didn't need the motor home back until the middle of March, so I was fine with them keeping it for a while to make the repairs and have the damaged spots repainted. They were able to make the repairs quickly, however the paint did take a while to get completed. There is normally about a three week wait time to get painting done through the company they work with, but some kind of issue delayed the process for a few weeks.About 8 weeks after I first dropped off the motor home, the job was complete and I am very happy with the end result. The repairs look great and the paint color match is very good. Nick took care of all the insurance work and had the paperwork ready to go when I arrived for the pickup. I got the motor home back in time for an extended trip we were taking a few days later, so all was good. Nick was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. They do a lot of other types of RV repair work as well. I highly recommend them."
"We just bought a travel trailer from this place. We were treated very well by sales staff. They had all the paperwork ready to close the sale before we arrived and saved us lots of time. Before leaving Mike from the service department walked us through all the systems in the trailer and answered all of our questions. Dan in service was also helpful and gave us really good advice. I know its not the nicest looking RV place. Yet, we got a very good deal on our trailer, everyone was helpful and professional. Would i recommend someone buy an RV from here? Yes."
"When the slide out failed on our Lance 1995, I called Affordable RV Repair. The first open appointment was several weeks out, but because of their overall positive reviews, I decided to book the appointment and wait patiently. After the initial assessment, the prognosis was not good. A week later what the tech at first suspected was confirmed: we needed to replace the entire slide out mechanism. The parts were ordered and the repair completed. What impressed me most about the service we received was the responsiveness of the staff. If I asked to have the tech call me, he did. When I asked for an update on when the parts were to be delivered, the parts department called me. Whenever I had a question, I called and received a cheerful answer.Unlike many other businesses where one department seems to have little communication with another, Affordable RV Repair has everyone on speed dial.Although it probably means that I will wait even longer for my next appointment as new customers reach out to Affordable RV Repair for their service needs, I must give this business my highest recommendation."

I had a fantastic experience with Echol's RV Repair. They are true professionals and craftsmen when it comes to repairs. Unfortunately, the parts I needed for repair did not arrive till the day before I needed my RV back for a 6 day trip. Echol's RV worked well past close of business to fix my trailer and square me away for my family trip. In my opinion they went far above and beyond what I could have expected anyone to do for me. I know it might be hard to get a hold of them sometimes because they are very busy but trust me, they are worth the effort. It's a local family owned business and they blow the doors off any dealer or service repair center in the Sacramento Area when it comes to quality and craftsmanship. Thank you Echol's RV. They are Honest, Fair, and truely Professional. I will be back for all my future RV repair needs.

Just found a great mobile RV repair company in Sac! I made an appt, Matt came out, fixed my fridge, checked my roof, looked at an issue with my floors, talked to me about estimates for a couple things I want to do, and he showed me what he did to fix the fridge so I could possibly fix it on my own if it happens again. He even let me video record him giving me the instructions so that I don't forget what he said or electrocute myself trying to wing it next time. Within 15 minutes of leaving my house (so nice to have things fixed here instead of dropping off the trailer for an unknown amount of time!), his wife/co-owner Ashley had called me to discuss the invoice for today's repairs and to get info from me so that she could send me an itemized estimate for all of the things I want to have done in the future. The mobile call-out fee was only incredibly reasonable!!!! I have been charged up to $150 just for a call-out before and RV Time was about half that. It was sooooooo worth it!!!. Matt was knowledgeable, respectful (as a woman, I sometimes get treated like an idiot from men when it comes to my trailer or vehicles), up-front, honest, and helpful. He's a younger guy and he knows his stuff. The company is family owned and they seem to have it figured out...mobile service is the way to go! On another note, they have rentals too. So if you have anyone interested in trying the RV thing sometime, you could check them out. I'm so happy. I believe they will be my new "go-to" RV repair people. I highly recommend them...and have already posted their info and this review to an RV/Trailer group that I am on on Facebook. The group was so excited to see this review and happy to know that there is a good company in the Sacramento area for any future repairs. Thank you Matt and Ashley!

We purchased a Used Travel Trailer today (11-23-21). Mr Armed made the purchasing experience delightful. Mark, the Finance Manager, obtained loan approval the next day and followed up with us even though he was out of town. We set an appointment for a pick up date and thorough walk through of the unit. The appointment was kept on time and the RV was detailed and all operational parts were explained in detail by Richard. He was very knowledgeable and took his time to make sure we tested every appliance and knew how everything worked. They hooked up the trailer for us, making sure we knew how to do it in the easiest manner, checked all lights and made sure we were happy with the purchase. This was a great RV buying experience!!

I needed immediate rv repair on my black tank. Most repair places have long waiting lists. This company offered to help me that day. The work was done efficiently. The employees were very helpful and courteous. The cost was fair. I would highly recommend this company.

Me and my wife bought a used family rv trailer to take camping and needed some fixes and upgrades done. There were a few pieces that had to do with the fresh water tank that I did not know how to repair. I took pictures and the guys were very helpful. Everyone here has a great attitude, is very knowledgeable and friendly. They don't try to upsell you on anything, but they will suggest things you might need depending on your situation without making you feel pressured to buy stuff. This is an old school type store where you can ask a question and get answers. What they don't have in store they can order. So far they've been able to supply everything I needed. Great store, great employees, great attitudes. In the day and age of Amazon, things may be a few bucks more here at this store but it is well worth it for the service you get here. Stores like this are rare. IWill only come here from now on.

"Yet another 5 star review for Alex and Capital Diesel. We were motoring along on I-80 when someone on the road waved us over, pointing at our trailer. We pulled off, my husband got under the trailer and saw we had a broken leaf spring. He's a mechanic, but without his tools and equipment, we needed help! After a few calls around with no luck, we got a hold of Alex, who was available to come out and help us, roadside! He said he'd be there in half an hour, and he was. My husband already had the tire off, but that was about all he could do - Alex arrived, took over, and got to work. He took out the leaf spring and took it to the shop to buy a replacement - they didn't have a 5 leaf pack to replace ours, so he came back with a 6 leaf pack and installed it. He also took the time to jack up the other side of the trailer and check the other leaf springs, so we'd know the status of those ones, as well as do a little post-mortem with my husband about why the one had failed.Start to finish, we're back on the road in less than 3 hours. Alex was super friendly, professional and told us that if we're anywhere within 100 miles of Sacramento, we should call him with any other troubles. And we will!!"
"Great communication, great pricing and all around great place to get your RV serviced/fixed! Lesley is a refreshing addition to the RV repair world who listens to understand and makes sure you know and understand exactly what is neededThank you for a great experience in what otherwise is less than perfect!I highly recommend BDR if you are in town and in need of service on your RV or travel trailer!"
"My mom was in the market for an Evoke. She did a quick google search and found this place. Hence I'm writing the review on my parents behalf. We came out on a whim and checked out a few trailers to see which one my parents would like along with the "kids" input and we settled on a model L. This review isn't just for the perfect trailer that my parents bought but for Tony an his wife. Tony was very informative he knew the ins and out of every trailer and was very HONEST about what they had to to offer. He wasn't pushy and said you had to get this one or that one he let us decide on what we liked and then walked us through the entire process. Both him and his wife are very accommodating. We did an unconventional trade in that my parents are very happy about and happy that it worked out for both parties. Tony helped my stepdad through the process of what we needed for his truck if that was the vehicle he would be using. All in all it worked out for them. We can't wait to go camping and enjoy the new haul. Thank you guys for your help and I know my parents are both very happy with their buy and more importantly who they purchased it from!!"
"This review is late, but I really wanted to see how the repair faired during normal use. I had work done almost a year ago for a side panel that came loose and bent back in transit. It was a partial aluminum panel against a window running along the front edge of my trailer. Not a too complicated repair, but you still want the repair to hold up and NOT look like a repair. Customer service was simply amazing. Rachelle was on top of every thing. From my initial call to responding to my calls and emails, and delivery, she was on top of it. Being the face of the company, you always want someone who knows how to take care of you and answer all your questions. If she didn't have the answer, she got back to me in a timely manner. She dealt with my insurance company and I rarely had to relay any information back and fore.As for the repair, the repair looks great. Paint was matched very well, but to be fair, my trailer is only 5+ years old at the time and well-cared for. The biggie was them matching the decals on my trailer for the panel that was repaired/replaced, which was great. The only evidence something was done was with new sealant. That being said, I did find some minor things like a loose marker light that was not properly sealed and secured, and similar things to tighten up. Because I maintain my trailer frequently from washing to tightening things up, like most trailer users should do, it was not hard to spot.Overall, I am very happy with the work provided and incredibly impressed by the service provided by Rachelle. I would highly recommend them from my experience. That being said, I have only taken the trailer out a few times on short trips under mild conditions since the repair. I will provide any appropriate updates if I have any issues."
"Not a great experience here. The salesperson kept asking questions incessantly. I understand as a salesperson you would want to qualify your potential customer but it truly seemed like the standard "used car" salesman experience. Conversely, when asking the salesperson whether a particular model had a specific feature the answer was "no" but that was incorrect after pointing certain details. C'mon, before you give a customer an answer shouldn't you truly know the answer as a representative of your business? In any event, their inventory seemed to have a decent a variety of used and some new RVs. What I thought stood out among everything was the huge sign stating something about having lower than show prices. The prices of their used inventory was significantly higher than the brand new models just down the street. Not a good experience."
"I was our first time at Happy Daze and were very impressed with the friendly, professional sales people."
"Paula, "The Trailer Queen" is incredible. Her wealth of knowledge is astounding and she is so funny and entertaining as she explains all the features. The selection was good for us - not vast, but they had what we needed so we were happy."
"We had a slide that wouldn't go out. Called in the am and they dispatched Nathan in a mobile unit. Nathan got right to work diagnosing and fixing the problem. I thought the price was more than fair considering that we were already set up in a park and they came to us."
"On the spot RV and trailer is awesome anything you need for your RV and your trailer he's got it. Robert is the owner and he's a skilled Craftsmen and he knows his business. He has worked on my boat trailer and my truck camper and got the job done with skill .I needed bearing kit for my trailerAnd he had it.Thanks on the spot RV and trailer."

"Recently purchased a travel trailer at Discover. The purchase was completely painless, and no-pressure. Steve was honest, straightforward, and very knowledgeable. The vehicle was delivered when promised, as promised. It was nice to buy from a smaller dealership where I can call with questions and return for service."
"Wow! I cannot believe their company exists!! So thankful for their services! They came to help our trailer. A trailer that we have here for my parents. He first came to check out our AC unit. It was such a simple fix; says Joey.We called him back when our water heater wasn't working. And came and fixed that.. in the same day! We had a very old unit I guess and he still found all the parts needed.Extremely professional with a great spirit.Respected my home more than my own kids!"
"Up until the 6th of this month, the location WAS Pan Pacific. It is NOW camping World. Prior to this we started out with meeting Pete. Cool guy. When we went back a second time about two weeks later, Rick assisted us, great guy as well. From there on after our purchase it has been too many hands in the pot so to speak and not as smooth as we would have hoped for. It seemed more of leta het the sale, and then after that no one was ever on the same page it knowing what was happening on the floor except the owner at the time named Matt. At this time I will leave this review as it is. Because my updated review will fall under AKA Camping world. And let me tell you under the new take over it has NOT been. A successful one with them. Should of had or 5th will ready for us today and delivered by a contracted driver, only to be told today the day off, that our trailer cannot be taken because the propane canister had a defect. ODD because we just had our walk through Friday and was told and shown that everything was ready to go. Not only was the hauler there and ready to deliver and waiting but we were at our resort location waiting as well. The newer crew for camping world had NO great assistance in our favor as the customer and had a laugh at US behavior with no answers around anything. But just to tell us that MAYBE Monday it will be ready or Tuesday. And to pretty much accept it. They rather put the blame on the computer switch over than really work on making the situation at hand better.,so here we are having to take an extra day or two from work to work around them. It's rare that I have to review as such. But this one definitely needs attention to it. Hope that others have a much better final process than we have been going through."
"Our class A was damaged while in storage so we scheduled with Rehorn to get the repairs done in between trips. While there the rear cap seam was repaired. The color matching was flawless and the clear coat was like a mirror. The rear seam was better than the factory. The motorhome was cleaned and ready on time."
"James helped me book the appointment and he was very helpful and professional. Everything was ready when I picked it up. The truck was super clean and easy to drive. The staff was super helpful. Returning was a seamless process. Highly recommended."
"They have a new location on parker street by travis AFB entrance these guys are SUPER nice ! They dropped what they were doing and really helped me in a pinch with my trailer hitch ball. Huge thank you!"
"Installed our electric jacks for us.They were efficient and thorough.I felt like my trailer was safe being left tbere to work on.The owners were very knowledgeable.I will be returning for all my Rv needs.Thankyou"
"So I stopped back by to get a new tire as America's tire said they couldn't patch my tire due to the hole location. So Jerry went out of his way to have his crew check my tire before I just bought a new one. After all said and done they were able to patch my tire and save me like $200! If you are looking for honest and top of the line service then give them a try! I have been giving them my business for years and have never been disappointed! Another great experience at Linville, the staff are knowledgeable and very friendly .If you are looking to get some work done or need new tires this is the place for you. The owner Jerry will always make sure your experience is top notch. If you want a certain tire they can find it for you. They always make sure to go out of the way to make sure you have a smooth experience. The prices are extremely competitive and you don't have to worry about being ripped off. I have been coming here for years and have had everything done from minor front end work, brakes, tires, tire repair, oil change, alignment, and shocks. They will do their best to always fit you in but I highly recommend making an appointment just so you will have that assurance of getting it done that day.I highly recommend getting work done at this location."
"Looking for a specialist in the rv repair business. Just call Scott he is extremely knowledgeable you won't be disappointed!"
"Glen in parts was very helpful in helping us find parts for old twin 6V92 Detroit diesel motors and an Onan generator, even bringing in a mechanic, Jack, to assist in ensuring correct parts as ours are in a marine application. Parts was open quite late - until 1130pm. We will definitely go through these guys again when we need parts to keep our older diesel motors running. Thank you so much for your help this evening!"
"Look for Tom! He's a pretty cool guy and did a great job on my dent on the right fender. I would definitely come for another service if needed and will be referring many more to this location. This location is a little hidden but they do most vehicle from referrals or call ins. They specialize in RV's and also do other auto repairs. Call them and check it out for a quote. Keep up the good work!!"
"Happy Daze is a super clean lot with a large business office. The guys there are very honest and knowledgeable. Our sales guy Steve was great. We will definitely be back when we are due to upgrade!"
"What a great experience. Took my class A motorhome in to have absorption refrigerator replaced. This is a heavy 233 lb. monster fridge that requires a window to be removed to gain a large entrance point. Don Silvey is the best. Estimate and time schedule spot on. They allowed me to purchase the refrigerator and have it shipped directly to them. All work performed clean and professionally. Entire staff friendly and easy to contact. I highly recommend this business for RV repairs and body work. Very clean well organized shop. Appointment times not way far out like other repair facilities in the area."
