"We had thought of RV downsizing for awhile and finally made the decision to go for it! We knew what we wanted and also knew we would purchase from a private party as we have done in the past. After doing a search nationwide we found the perfect match in CA, just 3 hours away, but it was on a sales lot. We jumped in the car and drove to take a look. It was exactly what we wanted and all of the RVs here were exceptionally clean and well priced. We appreciated Glen's laid back, no-pressure style and he obviously knew his business, but still hesitant, we went home and thought about it for a week or so. Once we made up our mind and called Glen, all our fears disappeared. We had gotten pre-qualified for a loan but Glen had suggested contacting a local bank. Sure glad we listened to him! Since we had an account with the same bank our interest rate was much better.Because we lived some distance away and our signatures were needed we stayed overnight in Auburn. Couldn't leave the dogs behind so they enjoyed the air conditioning at RV Connection while we took care of business. What could be better than a dog-friendly RV dealer?!Glen and his family went out of their way to accommodate our needs. A special shout out to daughter, Brandy for the loan of the exercise pen for our dogs. You won't find a better place to make this big purchase. We are so happy we violated the #1 rule of purchasing an RV from a private party. There's a reason that RV Connection has a good return customer business...honesty, integrity and experience!"
"What a great experience. Bought a used camp trailer and could not be happier. They made this thing look brand new on the inside and fixed a few things that need touching up. Ryan and Gary are as cool as they come. These things are not small purchases, so you want to go with someone you can trust. I highly recommend RF Motorsports."
"Drove my Brand new travel trailer here from Los Angeles because it had some issues that originated in the factory . I bought my travel trailer in Colorado And by the time I drove it home we have multiple issues with it . Such as some drawers not closing - water filter leaking and the window cracked from pressure . Unfortunately nobody in Los Angeles wanted to touch ( meaning fix ) it because i bought it in Colorado. iI found this gem through a representative for Flagstaff who recommended that I call a couple places .... those calls have led me to this place . Jerry Halsey was the repair guy . He Was quick and sufficient. All parts were ordered prior and after we dropped off the trailer we went to the city to have breakfast - and by the time we finished it was ready to be picked up."
"TL/DRAVOID AT ALL COSTS THEY SUCK FROM THE WORD GO!! DO NOT USE LA MESA FOR A PURCHASE OR SERVICE!!!I'm usually one to be quick to bring a review up and slow to bring it down. This one has fallen fast and hard. We paid up for a nice Entegra 24L class C on a Mercedes chassis. In short Mercedes did their this right and Entegra and La Mesa have done one thing wrong after another. Too many items are a complete failure to even enumerate them in detail. DO NOT USE LA MESA FOR SALES OR SERVICE YOU WILL REGRET IT COMPLETELY. We have canceled more trips than we've made since February when we took ownership of the new coach. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing and the buck gets passed, shoulders get shrugged and calls are very rarely returned even when we reach out 2-3 times a week. It's been there for 2 full months this time and I have no clue when it will return. This place is a joke. We had a helpful service advisor who is now gone. He was hamstrung by the inept service department management. It has never worked properly and we have never been offered any recourse. It's been one shot show after another dating back to February. The gloves come off this week. Dealing with this ineptitude and unresponsive company is absolutely the most frustrating work experience of a lifetime."
"We just bought a travel trailer from this place. We were treated very well by sales staff. They had all the paperwork ready to close the sale before we arrived and saved us lots of time. Before leaving Mike from the service department walked us through all the systems in the trailer and answered all of our questions. Dan in service was also helpful and gave us really good advice. I know its not the nicest looking RV place. Yet, we got a very good deal on our trailer, everyone was helpful and professional. Would i recommend someone buy an RV from here? Yes."
"Purchased a Jayco 195RB . Great sales experience. No pressure, delivered on time. No rush walk thru. Great people to do business with."
"Not thrilled with this place. Went to look at an RV that was there on consignment. I felt like I was rushed to complete the sale. The person at the front office was more interested in going home than to answer questions and did not.appear to have much knowledge about how the features work. Condition was not even close to how it was described over the phone. No fresh water in the tank to even test and verify the plumbing was working. Am I just supposed to take your word for it? Seems like a fly by night operation to me. Avoid this place."
"We recently sold our trailer on consignment through Lemke RV and I can't say enough good about this dealer! This was a truly low pressure, friendly and very effective company to do business with. I contacted them to find out more about how consignment works and I spoke with Suzanne Lemke. She was extremely friendly and helpful and took all the time needed to make sure my questions were answered completely. Not only was the process easy, but we got a fair price for our trailer. If you need to sell your trailer, I would not hesitate to use Lemke RV! Ask for Suzanne, she is wonderful to work with! Thank you!"
"We decided to sell our trailer because we were upgrading. While we knew we could probably make more by selling it privately, we didn't want the hassle. Armando treated us very well and understood we wanted to at least get payoff for our trailer. Carson Pass RV posts the trailers on their lot in a variety of places. More visibility means greater chance of a sale. Armando came through for us and sold our trailer quickly and at a price that was very attractive for us. If you need to sell a trailer or if you are in the market for a new or previously owned RV, check out Carson Pass RV."
"When the slide out failed on our Lance 1995, I called Affordable RV Repair. The first open appointment was several weeks out, but because of their overall positive reviews, I decided to book the appointment and wait patiently. After the initial assessment, the prognosis was not good. A week later what the tech at first suspected was confirmed: we needed to replace the entire slide out mechanism. The parts were ordered and the repair completed. What impressed me most about the service we received was the responsiveness of the staff. If I asked to have the tech call me, he did. When I asked for an update on when the parts were to be delivered, the parts department called me. Whenever I had a question, I called and received a cheerful answer.Unlike many other businesses where one department seems to have little communication with another, Affordable RV Repair has everyone on speed dial.Although it probably means that I will wait even longer for my next appointment as new customers reach out to Affordable RV Repair for their service needs, I must give this business my highest recommendation."

Me and my Wife sold our trailer at the end of last year because we wanted to upgrade. We have spent months looking for the right size, layout and price and really were getting a bit discouraged. Then on a random Craigslist search we found the trailer we wanted at RV Connection. I called immediately and scheduled a visit to see it. Glen Sr. promised to hold it for us until we arrived to view it. We drove up from San Francisco on a Saturday and immediately knew we wanted it. I gave him my ID to copy and we reserved it for pickup the following weekend. The next weekend we arrive to pickup the trailer it was washed and ready for us to take. They threw in a starter kit which included some septic hoses and other convenient accessories. This is a nice touch that they didn't have to do. I was most impressed at this stage of the transaction when Glen Jr. came out and began giving us the trailer walk through. I'm so used to dealing with know-it-all hard attitude people when it comes to trailers or anything remotely "manly". I'm not sure what it is but there always has to be this attitude of "I know more than you and you shouldn't be asking me any questions." I'm not a jerk so when I call places or interact I'm trying to be respectful and ask questions which rarely are received with helpful responses. So.... Glen spent so much time pointing out all the ins and outs of the trailer system and answering questions. We knew a lot about trailer systems but were happy to hear repeat data and some new data about this specific model. I can't tell you how excited we are to not have to go outside now to light our water heater pilot light. And having a powered awning is a game changer for sure. After the walk through we went inside to talk to Glen Sr. who literally wrapped up the paperwork in 5 minutes. No BS, no annoyances and no hidden fees. We then went outside and went to put our hitch on our truck. At this point our hitch lock would not open. Glen Jr. helped us break the frozen lock and set us up with a new pin to keep our hitch in place.I backed up my truck to the trailer coupling and at that point Glen Jr. proceeded to completely adjust my weight distributing hitch. He measured and disassembled my hitch and put it all back together to be properly aligned with the new trailer weight and height. This kind of service was completely above and beyond what I was expecting and was done without me asking and with no additional charge. I'm grateful and appreciate this kind of service. I will definitely recommend them for anything RV related to anyone that asks. I can't wait to take our trailer out soon.

I've been going to RF for reliable RV care/repair for a few years. Family members have purchased their trailers from RF and have always had great service. I recently purchased SxS tires. They were able to mounted the wheels and tires. Great 1 stop shop! Ryan & Gary are awesome to deal with.

We purchased a Used Travel Trailer today (11-23-21). Mr Armed made the purchasing experience delightful. Mark, the Finance Manager, obtained loan approval the next day and followed up with us even though he was out of town. We set an appointment for a pick up date and thorough walk through of the unit. The appointment was kept on time and the RV was detailed and all operational parts were explained in detail by Richard. He was very knowledgeable and took his time to make sure we tested every appliance and knew how everything worked. They hooked up the trailer for us, making sure we knew how to do it in the easiest manner, checked all lights and made sure we were happy with the purchase. This was a great RV buying experience!!

We have dealt with a lot of rv dealerships over the past 6 years and La Mesa has been the easiest to work with. They have been so helpful and even put up with us bugging them almost daily about certain rigs and ordering, etcWe worked mostly with Zack and he was so gracious. Always answered our calls or called us back. He greeted us with a smile every time we came in. He was very honest and we felt like valued customers. He definitely went above and beyond! The entire team we worked with to get our rig was awesome. We even had to bring it back to have something looked at and that was not a nightmare! I definitely recommend going to La Mesa RV

I called Curtis asking if he had some parts for my truck camper. He is out in the rain and digging in dark corners of his shop looking to see if he has these odd parts. What a nice guy!

I highly recommend Lemke RV! I recently purchased my first RV via Mark and Audra, but honestly the office personal and the rv prep person where amazing as well. They were courteous and very helpful by answering my many questions about the rv even after they did a great job taking me on a step-by-step tour which included demonstrating its features, how to set-up it up and things to keep in mind...and much more! Thank you to the whole crew at Lemke RV, Rocklin, DH, Penryn, CA

"So I would like to share the experience I had with the folks of RV's of Sacramento. When my wife and I decided to buy a new RV we did what most people do. We started by looking on the internet, we wanted to see what was out there and what met our needs. We have a 03' Prowler that we have been able to get good use out of, after a lot of time searching we decided to take a serious look at the Jayco travel trailers. I reached out to RV's of Sacramento through email, a couple of days later I was contacted by Reggie Rojas, we spoke and he said he would do whatever it took to earn our business. He was kind enough to invite us to the RV show, he met us at the gate and gave us tickets so we could get in and view the trailers he had as well as look at the competitor's inventory to see what fit our needs. He walked us through a few Jayco TT's and showed us how they were different and the importance of understanding why Jayco made great trailers. We then went to look at other trailers, we spent several hours walking around, once we felt we seen a fair amount of trailers we (My wife and I) talked and came to a conclusion, the Jayco would be best for our needs. We went back to RV's of Sacramento's section and picked the 2018 287BHS, Reggie asked us to follow him to his office. Once we got in his office we talked about price and our budget. At which point we agreed on a price and gave him a deposit. Now where it gets tricky, we started reading the negative yelp reviews, instantly we thought "oh no, have we made a bad decision". As much as the reviews made us worried about the purchase, we felt we had been treated properly and we started to say let's just see how it plays out. Today, we went to do the PDI walk through, we met with Reggie and he introduced us to Corbette. Corbette (great guy in the service department) gave us the walk through and spent a fair amount of time explaining and making sure we understood the features and how they worked. I couldn't be happier with our decision to purchase a Jayco from RV's of Sac and the level of professionalism we were given throughout the process, I mean EVERYONE, Reggie, Corbette and Bill B treated us well. I strongly recommend you at least give them a shot to earn your business."
"My mom was in the market for an Evoke. She did a quick google search and found this place. Hence I'm writing the review on my parents behalf. We came out on a whim and checked out a few trailers to see which one my parents would like along with the "kids" input and we settled on a model L. This review isn't just for the perfect trailer that my parents bought but for Tony an his wife. Tony was very informative he knew the ins and out of every trailer and was very HONEST about what they had to to offer. He wasn't pushy and said you had to get this one or that one he let us decide on what we liked and then walked us through the entire process. Both him and his wife are very accommodating. We did an unconventional trade in that my parents are very happy about and happy that it worked out for both parties. Tony helped my stepdad through the process of what we needed for his truck if that was the vehicle he would be using. All in all it worked out for them. We can't wait to go camping and enjoy the new haul. Thank you guys for your help and I know my parents are both very happy with their buy and more importantly who they purchased it from!!"
"Not a great experience here. The salesperson kept asking questions incessantly. I understand as a salesperson you would want to qualify your potential customer but it truly seemed like the standard "used car" salesman experience. Conversely, when asking the salesperson whether a particular model had a specific feature the answer was "no" but that was incorrect after pointing certain details. C'mon, before you give a customer an answer shouldn't you truly know the answer as a representative of your business? In any event, their inventory seemed to have a decent a variety of used and some new RVs. What I thought stood out among everything was the huge sign stating something about having lower than show prices. The prices of their used inventory was significantly higher than the brand new models just down the street. Not a good experience."
"I was our first time at Happy Daze and were very impressed with the friendly, professional sales people."
"Paula, "The Trailer Queen" is incredible. Her wealth of knowledge is astounding and she is so funny and entertaining as she explains all the features. The selection was good for us - not vast, but they had what we needed so we were happy."
"No joke... if you're looking for a Harley Davidson, RV, Boat, Tractor Trailer, etc. etc., Nationwide-Fleet is the ONLY place you should be shopping at. This past November, I sold my prior motorcycle (2020 HD RGS), and I had been missing riding ever since. Started looking, but I didn't want to break the bank. Started with the local Harley-Davidson dealerships (Yuba City, Rocklin, Sac, etc.). Then I went to the Sacramento area motorsport superstores. I can confirm that Nationwide Fleet is the only place to shop. Period. This is my seventh motorcycle purchased over the years, and this has been my best purchase experience - bar none. Why? First off - zero pressure sales team! (Javier, keep up the good work). The bikes here are super clean, well taken care of, present impeccably well, and are priced just right. Amazing deals here! I was given more than ample time to look over the bike I liked (photos attached), hear her purr, and take photos & videos. I dropped off a deposit to reserve her, then came back a few days for pickup. I was in, out, and on the road in no time. It was clear, that as soon as I walked into the building I wish I had found Nationwide-Fleet sooner. If you're reading this review, don't waste your time elsewhere. Honestly, you won't be disappointed."

"Recently purchased a travel trailer at Discover. The purchase was completely painless, and no-pressure. Steve was honest, straightforward, and very knowledgeable. The vehicle was delivered when promised, as promised. It was nice to buy from a smaller dealership where I can call with questions and return for service."
"Up until the 6th of this month, the location WAS Pan Pacific. It is NOW camping World. Prior to this we started out with meeting Pete. Cool guy. When we went back a second time about two weeks later, Rick assisted us, great guy as well. From there on after our purchase it has been too many hands in the pot so to speak and not as smooth as we would have hoped for. It seemed more of leta het the sale, and then after that no one was ever on the same page it knowing what was happening on the floor except the owner at the time named Matt. At this time I will leave this review as it is. Because my updated review will fall under AKA Camping world. And let me tell you under the new take over it has NOT been. A successful one with them. Should of had or 5th will ready for us today and delivered by a contracted driver, only to be told today the day off, that our trailer cannot be taken because the propane canister had a defect. ODD because we just had our walk through Friday and was told and shown that everything was ready to go. Not only was the hauler there and ready to deliver and waiting but we were at our resort location waiting as well. The newer crew for camping world had NO great assistance in our favor as the customer and had a laugh at US behavior with no answers around anything. But just to tell us that MAYBE Monday it will be ready or Tuesday. And to pretty much accept it. They rather put the blame on the computer switch over than really work on making the situation at hand better.,so here we are having to take an extra day or two from work to work around them. It's rare that I have to review as such. But this one definitely needs attention to it. Hope that others have a much better final process than we have been going through."
"Excellent service! Just picked up my 20' trailer from a head-to-toe new Custer checkup and a number of needed fixes. The service department was wonderfully helpful. Always polite and explained things along the way."
"We have been looking for a RV all over the place and found one we liked at AMS wholesale. We ended up going up to look at it on the day they were closed. The owner, Scott, made a special trip out to show us the RV even though he was closed, educated us on what to and not to look for and even advised us to look at a different style of RV that was not on his lot. I am really appreciative of his up front, not pushy, and informative manner. When we do end up buying an RV, I hope it is one that he has for sale."
"Happy Daze is a super clean lot with a large business office. The guys there are very honest and knowledgeable. Our sales guy Steve was great. We will definitely be back when we are due to upgrade!"
"We had searched everywhere for a trailer for my mother, so she could be closer to us. We secured a spot but couldn't find a trailer private party that wasn't overpriced, a scam, or in horrible condition. We went to the Loomis and Rocklin Rv Max locations and had a great experience both times. Every person we encountered was so helpful, knowledgeable and made every effort to make us informed trailer owners(we are very new to this). Mike, the owner, was very flexible and accommodating. The location for delivery was a tight complicated fit and against a deck. Mike nailed it! Very happy!"
"We were very satisfied with all aspects of selling our RV to Basecamp RV Sales. Highly recommend them. Sean Millard contacted me through our ad in RVTrader. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He took a lot of time answering all my questions. When I decided it would be easier to just let him sell it, he agreed to meet us halfway to pick the van up. He had guaranteed me a price on day one and explained how they come up with that price. Are they making money? Of course. Could I have sold it for more privately? Probably. But I just wanted to be done with the hassle. Was it worth it? ABSOLUTELY! Paperwork was signed and 3 days later our van was sold! They handled everything. From DMV to paying our credit Union, it was all done quickly and efficiently. Both he and Skylar were available to answer any of our questions along the way. They are a smaller operation and I think this helps them sell the RV's quickly. Our RV ad was posted on their site the next day. They know what they are doing. Again, I highly recommend this company."
