I understand some customers just leave their tables without putting their garbage and trays away, but I hope staff would be there to clean up to allow for the next guests to sit. Theres been a few times that just didnt happen while we were there. Otherwise, the pizzas are great and I especially like the dough here."

"When the nights get colder, sometimes you just crave a hearty meal. Thankfully, Falafel Flame was able to fulfill that need.This is a mom and pop shop tucked in a corner of a plaza that houses a variety of other small businesses. As it is a shared lot, parking was easy enough. Upon walking in, the restaurant was small, but cozy. Despite this, it seems they've built a reputable place because a good amount of people came and went, whether it was to pick up food or to dine in. We ordered a veggie burger, gyro plate, curly fries, dolma, and two bottled waters. The food came out within 10 minutes and our server/cashier was so nice and hospitable. He made sure to check up on us multiple times and gave us napkins and utensils. Hilariously, he also gave us chlorox wipes for our phones because he noticed us trying to clean the dust off of them, lol!I actually dug into the dolma and curly fries first, because I'm an avid fries girly and also enjoyed how the dolma was presented. My friend said her previous experience eating dolma left her with a mixed impression, but she liked these ones. The fries had a nice crunch to them and were so, so addicting! The burger was delicious, too. The server explained that the sauce that was served with my burger was a unique "cocktail" that had a spicy kick to it. Although I infrequently eat burgers, I always like to deck it out in toppings like onions, pickles, lettuce, etc. when I do. This burger met my expectations, and the sauce the server gave me definitely gave it an extra kick. When you check in on Yelp, you get a coupon for 1 baklava. We went up to claim it, and the server gave us not one but TWO baklava, so we could both try it (My friend isn't a yelper). Talk about amazing generosity and hospitality! I'm a sucker for great food, but I'm an even bigger sucker for great service! I'm super glad we found this place, and you bet we'll be returning for another meal."

"Im a first time customer and came in shortly after opening on a Thursday. The place gives a comfortable home type feel. I ordered the chicken caprese sandwich with a side of mash potatoes. The sandwich was good quality although it was lacking a flavor or some sort, I couldn't put my finger on it. (Maybe more aioli? Seasoning on the chicken? A good addition would be bacon, I don't know if they have it though!) The mash and gravy were great. I also ordered a hot caramel macchiato which was great! I originally went in for the old school red steer french dip which I haven't had in years but changed my mind last minute! The cashier was friendly and the woman that brought my food out had a pleasant smile and looked happy to be at work. I'll definitely try this place again!"

Today I went to this restaurant with my family, it was also a good decision because it was filling. The way it looks inside though, it feels like it didn't change. I didn't know what to order first and for me I was torn between the Spicy Chicken Alfredo and the Fettuccine Alfredo. I did end up picking the Spicy Chicken Alfredo. It is a 7.5/10 for me and I have to say that the dish felt underwhelming because I expected a lot of flavor by looking at it. I will say that the chef does know how to cook the chicken because it is juicy and tender. My family has chosen to get the BBQ Chicken Pizza, Garlic Chicken, and the Succulent Ribeye. FIRST OFF, GARLIC CHICKEN PIZZA IS SO DAMN GOOD. 10/10If I were to recommend anything to get to anyone, it would definitely be the Garlic Chicken Pizza. It taste so hearty and flavorful. The BBQ Chicken Pizza is also very good and I love how BBQ has a good layer that doesn't make BBQ to bold to taste. 9/10THE CHEESE PULL. the pizza has the CHEESE PULL!!!!The Succulent Ribeye aka "Steak", I was taken by surprise by how tender and juicy the steak is. I have went to many restaurants that serve steak and it is dry but this steak was tender, juicy, and flavorful. I recommend that people should come by and eat here, the energy is lively, the waitresses are really nice, and they do play sports games and leave it on too."

But this location is the worst. The waitress are borderline rude. They don't smile, you don't really feel welcome. But they do come and check in you every once in a while. I was irritated because I had a appreciation dinner for some volunteers there. we were given flimsy paper plates, only to look around and see everyone else had the regular plastic plates.I ended up having to triple plate it because the plate had gotten so soggy. The David's pizza on hammer lane is way better. The servers are friendlier which makes the food taste better."

In a town where mom and pop pizza places are still more expensive than most other areas, it's nice to know that at Rice & Spice you can pay a little less and get a whole lot more. They also have a lot of signature specialties that are really great. Their BBQ Chicken Pizza has decent portions of tasty roasted chicken, and a BBQ sauce that is just the right amount of sweet and spicy. I like to get it with olives instead of onions. Definitely drop in for take-out, and be sure to pick up goods from the market. There's a lot there to spice up your kitchen!"

She recommended the cucumber kamikaze, and jeez, these were absolutely delicious. I don't know what goes in them, but they were scary easy to drink and we definitely had more than one. Something I learned about the Central Valley, is that a lot of their drinks come with a tajin rim, which I'm slowly coming around to. We also ordered a michelada, and this was one of the better ones I've had, plus for a large it was quite affordable.For a snack, we got buffalo wings for the table. Between the buffalo and the mango habanero, the buffalo was the winner for me. The mango wasn't as spicy as I'd hope for. Flavors aside, they did give some above average sized wings, my only critique is that I wished they were crispier.It's a definitely a neighborhood spot and by the time the game was over, it was getting pretty packed. Pricing wise, it's pretty affordable compared to Bay Area prices, which is always a plus. Definitely would come back when visiting and staying in the city of Livingston."

I would give our first visit 4 stars.____On a recent Sunday night when we had out of town guests over, we decided to call in a pizza order for two pizzas around 7 pm. They close at 8 pm. The female who answered the phone said that they were closing up the kitchen soon. We were confused as to whether or not they were still open till 8 pm. So we asked if we should still place an order for pizza to be picked up whenever they were ready. She reluctantly said, "Yes." Geez, if you don't want to make pizza then just tell us and we'll order from somewhere else... and save us the trouble. We ordered two large specialty pizzas (Railroad and California Chicken) with well done crusts. We sent two people to pick up the pizzas and it seemed like the owner and his family were all there hanging out, waiting for the shop to close. The nice guy who seemed like the manager last time wasn't there this time. We probably picked up the pizzas around 7:35 - 7:40 pm. The pizza was totally different from our first visit despite ordering the same pizzas. The pizza crust was disappointingly pale and very soft. It was the last time that I'll ever order pizza here again. I try to support locally owned businesses, but when pizza hut gives you better customer service and better pizza..."
