"They have all the materials I need to make my party favors!So glad I found this place! It is located in a business plaza between a Thai restaurant and a Japanese restaurant in Elk Grove. Their main business is the rental for any party occasion - weddings, birthdays, whatever your celebrating but I'm here for the party supplies. I've been in search of a party store that offered these types of items on their shelves. I've gone to Party City, Michael's JoAnn's, Dollar Tree and 99-Cent Store in Roseville and none of them completed the type of party favors I had in mind to make. I just had to be creative and made do with the materials I had.......... then this, all in one roof!I thought I would have to drive to the South Bay to get my materials. Laguna Party & Rental store carry a nice selection of tulle (variety of colors), glue gun, crystals, ribbons, silk floral accents, beads, organza, mini plastic products for weddings, baby favors, and whatever ones creative talent has in mind. Once I had all the materials I needed to make my party favors my creative ideas started formulating. I was also able to order custom-made personalized ribbons here (allow one week before available for pick up). The prices were incredibly reasonable but once you buy them they don't accept returns (only downside). This family-owned business was formerly Liz's Craft & Party. "My friend was turning 47 and what did she want for her birthday... a water slide. Really? A water slide for an adult only party??? HECK YAH!!!I can't remember the last time we had so much fun! First of all, I have never rented a water slide before so what is my go-to place...YELP! I put out for a quote and E&J were the first to respond and answered a lot of questions that I had. After calling and talking to multiple locations, E&J had the most options and the most reasonable price. We settled for the Green and Blue Water Slide 16 (we wanted the bigger one but my entry way was not big enough). The slide we order was perfect. I received a confirmation email and schedule time for set up the day before, just as they promised. They came in the time that they said they would and they set everything up in less than 1/2 an hour. The next day, they came and took down the slide at the schedule time they said. They did a very clean and professional job. I would definitely be renting from them again."

They were able to come out to see what size tent I need for my backyard a week prior to the event and gave me a reasonable rate for the tent, tables and chairs. "Need a bouncy house? Bay to Bay Jumpers delivers, both literally and figuratively. We paid a deposit, they came (early) and set it up and came and picked it up (with a little bit of a grace period). This is not their first rodeo, so they knew what they were doing and were able to help us move furniture around as not to completely ruin our trees.The bouncy house was huge with a bball hoop and slide inside. It was big enough for about 12-15 5 year olds - it was quite massive.They were professional, quick and easy. My five year old and his friends had a grand ole time, although I didn't realize that bouncy house for five year olds is the equivalent of fight club/mma cage fighting, but, hey, what doesn't kill ya makes ya stronger."

"I haven't been to this shop in years, but I stopped here recently to grab some items for a party I was throwing. I couldn't find the range of balloon colors I wanted at my usual stores. I was able to find exactly what I needed here and they had a lot of interesting items that inspired me as well. The AC was either not on or it was on low so I didn't stay long because it was uncomfortably warm inside. I would have loved to be able to browse longer and to have given 5 stars. I highly recommend stopping in... They have things you might not even know you want or need and I found the prices to be reasonable. Also, for anyone who is wondering if the balloon arch kits are worth it, I made one that I created myself with custom colors and one in another room that was a kit and the kit came out much better and less expensive. I was bummed but hopefully I learned the hard way so you don't have to. Happy party planning!"

I rented six chafing dishes for a baby shower 7 days before the event and they had just enough in stock for me to rent. Chafing dishes come with sternos but do not come with utensils (which are an extra charge).I was originally going to just rent on the website but when going into the showroom, you have a chance to check out all of their inventory and see the quality and dimensions of the items you need.I'll be coming here again for my next event!"

"We were throwing a 50th anniversary party for my parents, and while we had tables, we did not have chairs to sit 62 people. However, Fiesta D's had just the chairs we were looking for! I didn't want the everyday plastic fold up chairs but something small and classy, and they had the black bistro chairs I was looking for to complete my party's look. I started my search with yelp, and started making phone calls and requesting chair quotes. Fiesta D's was one of the first party rental providers to answer and provide a quote and picture. They answered within the hour, which was quick. Of course, I took some time to make phone calls and learn which rental provider would be the best. I was also concerned because they only had one review on yelp, so don't let that stop you from renting from them. They were professional, courteous, had great response time, and were super easy to work with. I'm glad I took the chance on them! And to top it off, of course, I started my quote with 50 chairs, then upped it to 60, and up until the night before, I changed the request to 62 chairs! They were awesome to work with. "We always go to them for our party rental needs only because they're the only option in Tracy. But the supplies (tables) are in poor condition. I got a splinter carrying one of the tables because the wood was sticking out about to fall apart. The prices are decent and they allow you a few extra days to return items. The guy who answers the phone is kind of out of it, everytime I have called there he's like, "Oh yah, come in whenever and it should be available." Just not organized, but they do have a lot of supplies. Should definitely work on their customer service that's for sure!"
