"Let me start off by saying I'm not huge on Chinese food.Buuuuuut every once in a while I'll have a craving.Tonight is started with wanting hot and sour soup- turned into a whole family meal. The soup was absolutely delicious. Love it. The chow mien was really good, nice flavor. The fried rice, nice and fluffy. The main entrees of beef and broccoli, black bean chicken and lemon chicken were all full of flavor! Will definitely be returning !"

"AWARENESS:Gearing up for our family trip to Japan in 2026, I know I needed to start getting my picky wife acclimated to eating things she's never tried like, Ramen and Pho, so a few weeks ago, I talked to her into joining me here at Pho Rice & Roll'd for a late lunch, early dinner.NARRATIVE:We arrived around 4:00 pm on a Saturday and were seated and drink orders were taken right away.The menu here is really extensive. Lots of Pho and Ramen combinations, but it was nice to see to they also serve Chinese dishes like, Chow Fun, Chow Mein and stir fried items.I ordered a large Pho with both Rare and Flank Steak, Brisket, Tendon and Tri Tip. I also ordered Beef Spring rolls for the wife and I to share. The wife ordered a small Pho with Beef.The Pho made it to the table within 10 minutes of our orders and it was piping hot. Lots a vermicelli noodles, veggies and meat and sides of jalapeños, bean sprouts and aromatic herbs.SCENE:Pho Rice & Roll'd is located in the City of Tracy off of Naglee Rd.RECOMMENDATION(S):Outstanding Pho. "Amazing food, not the fanciest place, but definitely great, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Pretty big restaurant, also able to accommodate if you have a bigger group. Reasonably priced.. and will customize a dish if you have specific dietary needs. I asked if they could make charbroiled beef wrapped onions, a dish I had at another Vietnamese restaurant in the Bay Area.. and the Lotus salad was fresh and delicious.. with a little spice.. Everything was yummy! This is our go to for Vietnamese. Price and quality of food along with the staff is 5 stars"

"When it comes to aesthetics this is not the place for aesthetics. But as far as the food. the food was really good. I had the pho dac biet. The broth was very flavorful and very enjoyable. For appetizers I had the spring rolls. They have shrimp and pork so I asked for a combination of both and that was superb. That was delicious. matcha lemonade was really good as well. Customer service was really really good. They smiled and the food came out fast."

Clean and bright when you walk in, quickly greeted and seated.I ordered pho with no meat (kept the beef broth, just wasn't feeling anything too heavy today). Also ordered the potstickers.The pho hit the spot for me and I'm more than full. The potstickers were a little on the oily side for me. Not sure I'd order them again, but the flavor was there.Once you finish, you pay up at the counter."

"I started vacation early As I picked up my online order, I sat and ordered a drink The young man who made this astonishing oyster shot for me, was one of the cooks. Cross strained. He got up from his meal to prepare my oyster shooter. I actually begged him to finish his meal first but exactly as I would have done, he left his meal to wait on me. I appreciated beyond words it as someone with over 20 years in the industry. Cheers to vacation Light the fires and kick the tires I'm comin' home I haven't been into this location in months. But consider myself a regular as I use to go once a week. I love the staff and the owner is a friend. The place has improved since I last visited and that says so much, this is a beautiful establishment. Bravo"
