"Food was delicious! Service was amazing (despite being short staffed). My dad accidentally spilt my wine & our server got me a replacement, no questions asked, & it was topped off the ambiance reminds me of a repurposed home, it was cozy, but very open in the dining area."
"I will say that the dining setting matches the food produced by this place. I've not lived in Tracy very long but have tried some restaurants and this is the place to eat. The shrimp appetizer, the artichoke dip, the macaroni and cheese all are spectacular. I've now eaten dinner and this week lunch. Let me tell you about the Parm chicken sandwich. Amazing!!! The chicken was hanging out of the side I could have made a whole other sandwich!! The he sauce is amazing , the cheese was melted perfectly. The chicken was crunchy yet moist. The tomato sauce perfect balance of acidity and tang. Everything I've tried here is well seasoned and I'll be returning again soon. I have heard issues with service but until I get bad service I'll keep coming here."

The menu offers a variety of dishes, ranging from hearty comfort food to fresh, light options, all full of flavor with creative twists on classic favorites. The service is top-notch--friendly and attentive, making sure you have a great experience from start to finish. The vibe is perfect for both casual dining and special occasions.Whether you're looking for a filling meal or just a quick bite, FED is definitely worth a visit. I'll be back for sure!"
"A little charming gem in Amador City you must go to! It's such a cute and inviting venue you will appreciate. Sharing a few dishes is recommended so you can try different unique dishes prepared fresh and delicious. The staff is so friendly and courteous, you will feel right at home. This is the cozy romantic getaway you have been searching for, or just a fun brunch with your friends. Highly recommend!"
"I'm not a fan of this place. The service isn't great. Nobody seems to have a good attitude or like their job working there. Every time I've gone in (because my mom likes it) it always takes forever just to get service. Took us 30 min just to get drinks today or even a waiter come to our table. We had to wave someone down. The food is overpriced when it's just mediocre. Nothing special about the food. There are so many better places."
"This is our second visit after the opening post covid.Have been more times than our original review.Service is laid back and takes time. So don't be in a hurry. We travel with our dog. Dog friendly is important.Outdoor seating is available for us and dog. Relatively large patio. Food....omelet with caramelized onions, bacon, spinach and goat cheese was great. Fingerling potatoes a nice touch. The All Sutter Creek...traditional breakfast with eggs, sausage and toast."
"Dang I'm getting such a good run of places I've tried lately. Came here for dinner and sat at the bar to do some work. Tochel, was super friendly and inviting. The esthetic of this place from when you enter is just stunning. Not over the top but just enough!Started with a cucumber mocktail and ordered deviled eggs to start with. The eggs were delicious! I forgot what's in them but they had like a candied pickled jalapeño that was just divine! Then I tried the strawberry fields salad! Sooooo good drool worthy. Delicious dressing along with mixed greens, juicy strawberries, plump blue berries, with blue cheese and candied walnuts! Can't wait to have this salad again when I'm in town again. By the time I finished the salad I barely could eat my C.A.B steak and masked potatoes. I did have a couple pieces and a bite of the potatoes and it was cooked to perfection! I'm not usually a fan of left overs but I was more than happy to take it to go. I then wanted to try the chocolate cake and a glass of milk. I was there for a long time so I took my time for each thing I tried. Tochel, again made my experience so memorable and invited me back and let me know about a Valentine's Day special they're having on the 8th. I won't be able to join but will keep a look out on what they have next in the future."
"Very good homemade authentic Mexican food . Served fast, fresh and hot. Everyone here is very nice and again the food and service is great . We will be returning often. Seating and decor is acceptable and clean."
"Our favorite restaurant in town!!! We love their posole and it's our go to item. We've tried other dishes and they don't disappoint. Authentic and prices are reasonable. Restaurant is always clean and customer service is 100 plus. In the evenings it does get busy and food takes a little longer to get so be patient. Trust me it's worth giving this place a shot."
"They have a lot of selection and we each of the 4 of us ordered a different flight. I had the Aguacates Rellenos which were avocado halves stuffed with mushrooms and wine and lemon chicken. Food was pretty good. Music was too loud for Sunday at lunch."
"Very good, fantastic server, very well kept restaurant! Gladly to go back! I had salad with green salad, friends hadGrilled Ahi Tuna with salad, New York steak with steamed veggies, other had linguine with clams. Excellent food and portions, I had a second meal the next day! Really a great place."
"The 77 and 81 year olds wanted to go eat and we ended up here because the Chinese restaurant doesn't serve sit-down food.It was a happy coincidence since there is Hawaiian food on the menu and the 81 year old came from Hawaii. The chef explained that the food wasn't what Hawaiians would expect. People didn't like the correct recipe, just like Chinese restaurants adapt the recipes for non-Chinese people. They got the Kalua Pork and I got fried rice. It took a while but was fresh. They were still hoping that it tasted like they were in Hawaii. She commented that the fried rice was really good and I agreed.Sincewe were the only customers in the restaurant, it was pleasant and we got to hear the whole backstory.Prices were 2024-reasonable and the service was friendly."

Great service, generous portion sizes, reasonably priced. Food was okay- I liked my husband's chicken picatta better than my eggplant parm.

This place is a gem, literally! Apparently they recently remodeled it and it has one of the most amazing floors I've seen in a restaurant. The food is amazing!!! It is the best in a 50 miles radius! They also have some nifty craft beers. I haven't tried their cocktails but they look like artwork themselves. Overall this place has amazing service and food. Their prices are very reasonable for the quality they offer. I look forward to my next trip to Tracy!

We stayed for a night at the hotel, so it was very convenient to be able to rest up after a day of wine tasting and walk downstairs to have dinner at the beautiful restaurant. Our server was extremely friendly and attentive, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal.- Roasted beet salad: an excellent start to dinner.- Mediterranean mussels: the broth was so delicious that we ordered more bread to soak up all that yummy goodness.- Pork cheek: the meat is salty by nature, but having the whipped potato to cut that was great.

The Secret Garden has a very Instagrammy type of vibe especially when it comes to some of their pancake/french toast dishes. The whole ambiance gives off that ambiance as well. I decided to give this restaurant in Modesto a shot. I would say the service is friendly, but the downside is the food does take a long time to arrive. Once we ordered, my table waited 40 minutes to get our food which is too long for in my opinion basic breakfast food dishes. What I ordered personally was the South Of The Border Omelette ($18). It appealed to me because it wasn't a omelette I see at every restaurant and it had ingredients like pepper jack cheese, chorizo, refried beans, avocado, sour cream, etc. With my first bite of the omelette, I tasted something familiar. You know those El Monterey frozen beef and bean burritos? Those are my favorite frozen burritos of all time. This omelette tasted exactly like that. I wasn't mad at it. It was honestly great. It joined the clean plate club. They did serve avocado on top that was really browning which is a minus point. The hash browns also weren't crisp on the service and the shredded potatoes were a little mushier than I would've liked.Personally, the long wait times plus the service not being the most attentive was a drawback for me. Some things I tasted were a bit hit or miss like a smoked salmon I ate off someone's plate being way too salty or the country potatoes being too oily. I enjoyed my omelette a lot, but overall The Secret Garden is a 6.5-7 out of 10 type of restaurant to me.

This place is modern and bright. Great for a date and some quality food. You'll be greeted with smiles as you walk in. The start to a great meal is great service. This place is wonderful. We ordered the Huevos Rancheros, Eggs Benedict, and Lemon Ricotta Waffle. The food was amazing. We had to order extra potatoes bc WOW. Their mustard here has a bit of horseradish and pairs very well with the potatoes. Ask for a side of mustard.

Wow, I was thinking 4/5 but I will say this place is 5/5! Everything was perfect. Walked in, great table & no wait. I loved the gold accents in the restaurant. The brunch menu was full of options that sounded delicious. Our food and iced coffee drinks were super delicious and shareable sizes.

It is not the best or the worst food i've ever had. My problem with them is when I try to get a delivery. They always have excuses. Customer service, It's not the best and and it could be better. So I don't bother to order from them anymore.

"The food is delicious, a little on the pricey side. The service is excellent, always coming & checking on the table to see what we might need. The ambiance is upscale & classy"
"Found ourselves in Jackson tonight and there were only a couple of restaurants open within walking distance. We didn't want to pay for the more expensive Italian restaurant and ended up at Mel and Faye's. The place was hopping! Inside and outside. We ended up getting and splitting a 10 oz NY Steak w/salad, vegetables, Texas toast and baked potato. It was more than enough for both of us. Our server was adorable! I can't remember the last time we got that kind of attention, especially when they were so busy and missing a couple of servers. It was obviously a favorite for locals and it was enjoyable to watch their interactions."
"I've been coming here a few times alone the last week or so. I had the sweet potato fries and they were really good. I think her name is Toni? She is very nice and my drinks were good. All of the bartenders are really nice. The security guards are nice. Good place for a drink ."
"Cash only, but cheap drinks, well made a lot of locals. Fun place and great remodel done!"
"Well decorated and smoked old fashioned would order again. Dinner was good but would come back for drinks and lounge"
"Thank you Yelpers! We're heading west on HWY 88, make a left at Jackson (on our way to Yosemite with Tioga Pass closed), and we are hungry. It seems like we're heading into a problem, no reception, and not a lot of choices, when my wife finds this place on Yelp. It's three blocks off HWY 49 and we park about 1/4 mile away as we've been in our car for a while and the walk will do us good.We approach the restaurant, which is located in a mining era building, and we are all smiles. The building has that Virginia City sort of feel, but without the gaming and extensive tourist activity that you see in Virginia City.We walk in, and it felt like, if we'd been known, people would have shouted our names, but that didn't happen, we'd never been here, but it looked like a friendly crowd. After the bartender rang up his tab he got somebody to seat us in the restaurant, and here's a hot tip for you. They seem to have two menus, one for the bar and one for the restaurant. We had read a lot about the burgers on yelp, and so that's what we had in mind, but the dinner menu did have some items that looked very interesting. Our waitress gladly brought us the other menu, and that's the one that we ordered from.We started by sharing the crab cake appetizers, and they were good, but when I have crab cakes I always go back to my first crab cakes, which I bought at a food shack in the Inner Harbor of Baltimore, and nothing seems to stack up. Yep, they were good, but....The waitress was kind enough to tell us that their burgers are huge, and so we opted into sharing one, the spicy one, served with garlic fries.Dinner was good, and, fortified, we made it to Yosemite safely."
"We went here for a family birthday and had a wonderful time! It was our first time most of us had been there. The service was great as our server was delightful, cheerful and on point! Atmosphere was very nice great for a date of some sort! The food was excellent as they have a diverse menu from ramen to steaks and even sushi! We enjoyed great cocktails, beer, and wine! You may not want to bring the family as it a little pricey! I definitely will be back to enjoy First and Main again!"
"I am regularly on conference calls which originate in the boardroom. I have gone to corporate and had meetings in the boardroom. I had never enjoyed a salad and a manhattan in the boardroom before. When I spotted this place on yelp and saw it was within walking distance of my hotel I immediately planned on heading over for dinner and a cocktail. The site said there was a dress code so I donned my sport coat before heading out. I felt a little silly...there was not another sport coat or suit wearing man within 5 miles of me.When I entered I was one of two customers and I had to wait for the bartender to get done messing around on his cell phone for a minute before I was acknowledged. Not the best foot forward.Service overall ended up being good but distracted. The food was pretty good but the star of this boardroom was the manhattan, well executed (as it should be for about 9 bucks) with the traditional rye whiskey."
"Amazing service .... And I'm so full.We went for a birthday and they treated us impeccably the entire time. Food was great.. you can see the picture and yes they tasted as good as they looked.Give this place a try - you'll leave going "yeah, I'll be back""
"My husband and I stopped here on our way to Yosemite to grab a couple appetizers. Tasty food. The perfect mimosas... more booze than OJ. Our server, Richy, was friendly and provided great service. You should stop and try this place out if you are in the area."
"Excellent bar food! Sometimes Korean delight. Fast and friendly service from Yong ! Great locals bar."
"Can here with my friends for some drinks and a good time, which is what we got. They had a DJ and it was great vibe. Drinks and food was not too expensive and the music was great. Can't wait to come back again another time."
"Happy New Year! We had the pleasure of celebrating New Year's Eve together by dining at Bistro 234. Luckily we had made reservations because they were very busy. The atmosphere was festive with couples and larger groups dressed to celebrate the end of another year.We were seated promptly and proceeded to order pre-dinner cocktails. I then ordered the spinach salad and my husband had the meatballs as our starters. Very good! For dinner I selected the sea bass which was a special and am I glad I did! I absolutely LOVE sea bass and will almost always order it if it is available. This sea bass was served on top of a risotto with asparagus. Divine! My husband had the short ribs which he raved about. Even though we were both pretty full from our meals, we split the tiramisu for dessert which is always a treat! Our server Shawn was a delight. So friendly yet very professional and efficient. We did not have to wait long between courses which was nice. Bistro 234 is one of our favorite places to dine especially when we are celebrating a special occasion or just want a nice date night venue. We can't wait until our next visit!"
"On our way up to Pinecrest to celebrate our 16th wedding anniversary we stopped at Black Oak Casino to gamble since check it time for our AirBnB wasn't until 4pm Seven Sisters Restaurant, located on the third floor of the Black Oak Casino outside of Sonora, offers award-winning fine dining with top-notch service and tableside manner paying attention to even the unspoken details of guests along with offering a picturesque view of the Sierra Foothills.Seven Sisters uses only the finest ingredients for its menu items that rotate with the seasons. Sauces, breads and desserts are prepared as labors of love by the chefs on a daily basis.Seven Sisters, named after the matriarchs of the Tuolumne Me-Wuk Tribe, has a romantic and luxury ambiance that would be great for a special occasion or dinner date!We shared roasted brussel sprouts and a spring salad. Husband had a filet mignon and I had to the Corkshew Chicken Pesto Pasta! After a few drinks from the bar we ordered dessert and the waitress brought a surprise for our anniversary and the best crème brûlée!"
"Very friendly and attentive staff. Went on a Friday night after watching a movie & this satisfied every craving! Burgers are well seasoned, while definitely messy to eat they are delicious! Cheese skirt adds a nice crisp and flavor to the burgers. Would come back here again!"
"Food and service were great! I was able to take leftovers since the plate size was a good size and my husband liked it so much he wants to go!!"
"Market Tavern was able to accommodate our large party after a mistake at their neighboring restaurant, Papapavlo's. We called less than 30 minutes prior to be seated immediately in their private room on a busy Saturday night. The service was excellent. Our server was very attentive and polite. Our food was served in a timely manner and everyone enjoyed their meal. The staff was also able to keep our birthday cake in the kitchen until we were finished with our dinner. They kindly took it back after we sang happy birthday and served it to us, plated. I got the braised short ribs with polenta and it was delicious. Other dishes such as the chicken parm and autumn lasagna were hits as well. They also have an interesting mock tail menu that everyone should try. I will definitely come back."
"Amazing! One of our favorite things to do is to try new places. I can't believe I haven't been here before. We've tried all the spots in Tracy, but I've got to say...this one takes the cake! Every bite was delicious. Great service, great relaxing ambiance, just what we needed on V-day. Our new favorite spot in Tracy. Every bite was delicious. We will be back!"
"American Social is a new restaurant in Ripon that I am pretty impressed by. I went to the previous restaurant before American Social took over, but both are great. The service here is great and they ask for lots of feedback too which is appreciated. The ambiance is always comfortable and on a weekend I definitely recommend booking a reservation as it can get busy. The Steak Sandwich ($23) and Creamy Chicken Basil Pesto Pasta ($24) are easily my two favorite items on the menu. The Steak Sandwich I asked for it cooked medium rare and it was perfect and so unbelievably tender. The Chimichurri sauce they used was a 10/10. The bread was amazing too. The sandwich itself was definitely one of the best steak sandwiches I've hand. The only negative I have to say is that I wish the fries were cooked longer and they give a pretty small portion for them when they are the most inexpensive part of the dish. The Creamy Chicken Basil Pesto Pasta was also very good minus the unnecessary micro greens that they have an obsession with putting on top of so many of their dishes. It's a taste that does nothing, but subtract from the dish. Flavor rise that pesto was outstanding. The chicken was very juicy and the pasta had a nice texture as well.Ripon and a lot of the central valley isn't loaded with great restaurant options honestly, but American Social definitely has the potential to be one of the best in the area if they keep up the consistency and improve. The service and ambiance alone is great, but I'm happy with every dish I've tried here so far too."
"This place makes some really good food. I love to go here. Great specials of the day and great regular menu items. You can sign up for email notifications of new menu items and what is happening."
"Amazing ambience with a soft grunge and earthy feel. The service is incredible and the drinks even more so. Alejandro, the lead bartender, makes a balanced and smooth drink and excels at customer service. While a comfortable and chill experience close toOpening it does ramp up the later it gets soYou're free to choose your own adventure based on the time you get here. Not to mention all the regulars love to rant and rave about the food pairings. I encourage all to try and give my experience a solid 10/10 with no foreseeable room for improvement."
"Had an amazing side salad that is actually a main course! So fresh and so delicious! The service is is fast and considerate. It's always a pleasure to eat here. Dessert is always an option and they tend to be very yummy as well!"
"The folks at Commonwealth were so accommodating of our youth soccer team! We came at 10 am right when they opened with our big group and they were so efficient in their service, the food was delicious, and the vibe was so good! If we're ever back in Turlock for soccer, we're coming back to Commonwealth."
