"Very friendly, great service and very clean. Highly recommend you to have your repair and service on your motorcycle done here."
"Chad is one of the best I have ever had the pleasure of working with. The clutch went out on my Husqvarna 701, turns out it was a recalled part and Chad was able to squeeze me in despite a busy service schedule. The clutch slave cylinder was replaced quickly and I was back on the road in 2 days. Great customer service and a ton of parts in their shop. I highly recommend MPC for your KTM and Husqvarna needs. Thank you!"
"Yes Frank, I do want glitter, rhinestones and rainbows on my motorcycle. Alright, maybe I'm the only person in the world who wants that on their dream bike but if you want monogram Louis Vuitton seats, gold flecked paint or one of the sickest, fastest bikes on the road check out Frank at Xtreme Cyclez. If you can dream it, Frank can create it. His knowledge and love of bikes truly comes out in his work. Fine ass biker, chicks, hard core biker dudes and anyone who just loves fast bikes should hit him up. That's just not his thang! If you aren't ready to slip something fast and hot between your thighs, visit his web site for a complete listing of shows and events that showcase the latest gear, stunts and other cool stuff for you or the biker in your life. For some reason cute calendar girls are always at Frank's events for you to take pictures with.Just incase you happen to wreck your ride, Frank also does some of the fastest repair work in the business. Don't ask me how I know that, just say I know and am passing useful info on to you."
"I went in a couple of weeks ago to get a mini bike true the wheel and tighten the spokes. I asked them how much and how long, he said it would $65+ and they were busy so it would be several weeks out, so he inspected it said it was not bent and went in the back got a wrench and showed me how we could do it at home. Saved us money and helped me out. They are very fair and kind people, definitely will be going back for purchases and work!"
"I had an excellent experience with this company. I contacted several other shops looking for a Husqvarna EE 2 electric dirt bike for kids. Shops in San Francisco quoted me over $5,000 and required a special order. When I called Mack 1, the sales team informed me that Husqvarna owns KTM and that the bike I was seeking, the KTM SXE2, was in stock and identical to the EE 2. Not only did they have it available, but it was also much cheaper than what was quoted in San Francisco. I drove to Vallejo, which took just 30 minutes, and quickly returned home with the bike. Although the dealership isn't fancy and requires a bit of a drive, the fair pricing and the friendly, down-to-earth staff made the experience exceptional. I will definitely return to this dealership for my future bike needs."
"My Dad gave me some advice, as he wanted me to grow into a lovely, upright citizen:* Never get involved with a married man* Don't have a child out of wedlock* Never run with a Popsicle/lollipop in your mouth* Stay away from motorcycles*cough-cough* Yesterday, I found myself wondering why it took me so long to actually get on a hog. John at Motohaven made it so easy and convenient - extremely affordable day rates; a reasonable deposit, and essential wardrobe outfitting: leathers, helmets and gloves available in a wide array of sizes. With one note - the smallest gloves they had were mediums... but it wasn't the end of the world. As I love hogs... (bacon, rillette, pork belly) it was natural for me to instantly become enamored with the Harley Fat Boy... It's a sexy, sexy ride...! And, there's the added bonus of... a very pronounced, very enjoyable ummm... vibration that put a blissed out smile on my face. I've never achieved that state of giddiness sans D Cell batteries. Probably too much information, but I'm just trying to give you guys the big picture. (Vibration included in the day rate).So... I was not the driver, and I was a bit wary at first, when John showed me the rather innocuous "grip strap" - it wasn't even as wide as any of the belts that I own, but it felt (and was) very sturdy. So, with my Dear Dad's cautionary advice ringing in my conscious mind, I mounted the hog, and then smiled, because I realized I was batting 1000. It was pretty overcast on Monday... and there were times on the freeway that I was grinding my teeth with equal parts exhilaration and anxiety... The other thing about sitting in the bitch seat is: I felt compelled to tilt my helmeted head to one side or the other, so I could see where we were going. The blustery conditions made that a bit uncomfortable, as we hit the highway and then wound our way through Napa and Sonoma, en route to lunch in Yountville. The side roads less traveled were much more enjoyable, cruising at 35 mph; I must confess that doing 75 on the highway was a lot more... windy. But I digress!I'm definitely going to go for another ride when it's more summery weather... it was a bit chilly - and that was my fault... I didn't suit up with the proper layers under the leather jacket that was provided. That said, I am eagerly awaiting the warmer weather, and another chance to have a culinary splurge on Washington Street. The sensation was akin to flying - the wind swirling around me, as I risked multiple compound fractures and possible massive head trauma... an absolute high. When you find yourself pining for a mini-vacation and want to consider an alternate style of enjoying the decadence of Yountville, I can't recommend renting a Harley from Harleymc.com enough. Trust me... you'll arrive with a smile on your face. Wooooooo-hooooooo!"
"Came in for a part last week and they helped me find exactly what needed in parts! Thank you Michael!!Then I swung back in to have Justin service my daughter's quad and they got me in right away and provide truly exceptional customer service and got the quad up and running right away. While walking around I spoke to Jacob a little about purchasing my son a quad! I couldn't help but notice the amazing selection! They had my son's favorite colors In stock! When I saw the price it was such a great price on such a reliable quad I had to buy it. I have already owed 2 quads from Atv wholesale outlet and know the quality and reliability of the ATV'S they sell!! Jacob and his entire team is amazing! Save money and buy from a family owned and operated establishment! Where they put quality and relationships as a top priority!!!Sales Jacob Parts Mike Service Justin"
"My husband and my son spontaneously decided that now was the time to purchase new bikes. My son wanted the CRF450 RL and my husband made a mature decision this time and decided on the CRF250 F. It had been years since we had been here. He called and then visited the showroom. The 450 was in stock and they were able to get the 250 from another location the next day. So it wasn't a long or difficult process it was quick and easy. 5 stars for quick and easy and no BS. ;)"
"I want to thank the staff at VTP Motor sports for assisting me on buy some parts for my mini bike. They were kind and friendly and made me feel at home. Now I want to give a big shout out to the two gentlemen Next door at their service shop that helped me get my mini bike running the proper way. The link I had on my vintage motor had a few missing springs. They adjusted it and installed a link of their own and they installed the throttle and throttle wire to the carburetor. I didn't think it was going to happen but the made it happen for a very generous price. I'm coming back!!! I will bring my beach cruiser in to get a 4 stroke engine put on it. Thank you again for the great service from everyone out of that store."
"No joke... if you're looking for a Harley Davidson, RV, Boat, Tractor Trailer, etc. etc., Nationwide-Fleet is the ONLY place you should be shopping at. This past November, I sold my prior motorcycle (2020 HD RGS), and I had been missing riding ever since. Started looking, but I didn't want to break the bank. Started with the local Harley-Davidson dealerships (Yuba City, Rocklin, Sac, etc.). Then I went to the Sacramento area motorsport superstores. I can confirm that Nationwide Fleet is the only place to shop. Period. This is my seventh motorcycle purchased over the years, and this has been my best purchase experience - bar none. Why? First off - zero pressure sales team! (Javier, keep up the good work). The bikes here are super clean, well taken care of, present impeccably well, and are priced just right. Amazing deals here! I was given more than ample time to look over the bike I liked (photos attached), hear her purr, and take photos & videos. I dropped off a deposit to reserve her, then came back a few days for pickup. I was in, out, and on the road in no time. It was clear, that as soon as I walked into the building I wish I had found Nationwide-Fleet sooner. If you're reading this review, don't waste your time elsewhere. Honestly, you won't be disappointed."
"Was recommended this shop by a mechanic from another shop. I called the shop ahead of time to make an appointment but they told me to just come in. Brought my friend's car in to have some body work done because she ran over a curb and her bumper completely fell off. She managed to get most of the bumper back on but the bumper was still wobbly. The gentleman at the shop looked the car over and gave us an estimate. Then my friend and I left to grab lunch. Not long after we finished lunch and got some groceries, we got a call that the car was done. Super quick service! In the end, he didn't charge us for the service. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Hall's for their great customer service and quick work. I will definitely be back when I need work done. Thank you!!"
"Dropped in 12/10/24 this place treats everyone including myself like family. CJ Jason in service, tthe sales manager. Always take care of and remember me.? nice to see some used twin cams in stock. Sales service and motor clothes, always on point! I never had a bad experience here. Highly recommend."

MPC is such a great shop, family owned, timely, great selection, hugely helpful staff. Every-time I walk in there's a warm welcome and someone to help me out with whatever I need big or small whether it is parts, service, or just to swing in for a high five and to chat Moto for a little bit. 10/10 recommend.

Xtreme Cycles is probably hands down the best place for true customer service. The owner is an amazing guy with talent you can believe. I've known him for years and he showed me his personal collection and I about fell over with the attention to detail. If I could still ride this is the place that would be doing all my work.

Soooo.. we made an appointment for our Rzr to be looked at .. back in late June . Every extreme sport center is packed and busy (Covid , summer - we totally get it !) The appointment was set for July 23 to drop it off . It has been 3 weeks and not ONE courtesy phone call or anything ... so my BF calls today finally. Fed up ( He is patient and tolerant since he's in the auto repair business ) . He spoke to the actual owner . This guy has no reason for the lack of communication and then proceeds to tell us that it hasn't even been looked at . "We're busy" he says . Wow! I would have given 0 stars if it let me . Unbelievable lack of courtesy of service . Must be nice to have so much business you don't care about the actual customer . Needless to say we made an appointment somewhere else and will be picking up the Rzr.

I purchased my 2022 Yamaha XSR900 here from James and Jeff. Very knowledgeable gentleman. I also recommend their service department very highly- Todd and his amazingly talented mechanics have taken care of my Aprilia, Ducati, KTM, Husqvarna and Yamaha! Being a female rider- I cannot recommend this place enough!

I am what is probably a typical Harley rider. My bike is a very special piece of machinery, and I don't let just anyone touch it with a wrench. There are many Harley dealerships in fact, that would never be allowed to work on my bike. Motohaven is completely different. It is run by mechanics and bikers who know Harleys well, and have been working on them literally for decades. John (the owner) and Marty (the chief mechanic), and Steffan (the do-all) run the place the way old school bike shops used to be run before all the glitter and nonsense started. The place is a place of business, not show biz. You get solid value for your money, and a business that stands behind its work. Advice is free, and given freely if you're asking questions. I have had these guys work on my bike for years, and often asked for them specifically to work on my bike when they both worked at a now-defunct local Harley dealership. Both Marty and John have a local reputation of excellence, with no overcharging BS or upselling. You get what you ask for, and if you need more work, they suggest it because you need it, not because they want to make more money.I took my bike to Motohaven a couple of months ago for service and detailing. John got my bike right in on the lift and got to work on it. Between the servicing and detail work, I found out the bike was going to need to be at the shop all day long. I casually mentioned that I didn't arrange for a ride, so John gave me a bike to ride, free of charge, until my bike was ready. Now, don't get me wrong, John did that because I'm a long-time loyal customer, but the simple fact that he would take a potential rental out of the fleet and let me ride it tells you what kind of a guy he is. For him, Marty, and Steffen, it really is all about motorcycles and riders. if you want technicolor leathers and helmets with Sponge Bob stickers all over them that match your boots and gloves, and you want to ride a bike that sounds like a psychotic mosquito, serviced by a recent graduate of MMI who isn't old enough to buy himself a beer, this is not the business for you. If you want value for your money, and a team that stands behind what they do and then some, then go see these guys. You won't be disappointed.

"Great shop for people that ride and care about their customers. Cloyse is very knowledgeable. I'm all about supporting the shop that supports the industry"
"Needed a local shop to work on my Beast. He had been down for 2 months and I was going through serious riding withdrawals. I knew he needed a stator and rear brakes, had a feeling he might need a few other things. After receiving several recommendations I took him in to Ride On. Dropped him off Wednesday afternoon, just before closing and was back on the road Friday 5 pm!!!They communicate well and kept in the loop every step of the way. They took care of my stator, front & rear brakes, a new tire, and a clutch issue. They even returned him to me cleaner than He's been in a long time :-)I felt the prices to be reasonably competitive over all. Looks like I found my new go-to shop!"
"just nowMy first experience with Capitol Yamaha was with Julie, who responded to a chat I initiated on their website. She was very welcoming, and I was immediately comfortable with her. She introduced me to Trevor, their sales person, and I was also quickly comfortable with him, too. Long story short, we bought two new WaveRunners and a trailer. We spent a little more here than we would have spent in our own city, but I had no confidence in the sales person who I tried to work with there, so paying a little more at CYS was not as painful as it might have been. We also purchased another $700+ on accessories, and Julie took good care of us there. All in all, the CYS experience was great! Thank you, Julie and Trevor!"
"Eric and Hondo worked to earn my business. I'm definitely a hard person to negotiate with but they went above and beyond to keep me happy. Highly suggest you ask for Homdo if you are in the market for a bike. Also Joel got me setup with all the aftermarket stuff I needed for my bike and Sarah got me dialed with helmets and headsets. Way to turn this place into a customer service focused store Eric. Thank you."
"Took my vintage Vespa to Nor Cal Scooter (Sac city cycles) and they did what midtown scooters (who I would avoid at all costs) would not do. They found the part I needed and went above and beyond what I expected. Take your Vespas to this shop don't get ripped off at specialty Vespa repair shop. I will never go anywhere else for service. Honest and very cool people to deal with!"
"My husband was looking at a bike here and had been in contact with Lennon a few times. Right off the bat, he's very friendly, helpful and professional. We came to do a test ride, and the process was extremely smooth and easy. They give you options for your test ride, and one of those is to ride on your own for up to 30 minutes. Seems pretty lenient to me! It's a great way to know if you're a good fit with the bike before committing to buy it. Lennon was proactive and looked up how much the taxes would be for us to give a more accurate price as well. The other person I want to point out is Matt. He was such a friendly guy. I had my 3 year old and 4 month old daughter with me when we were waiting and he brought my 3 year old a BMW bear stuffed animal. It's such a nice stuffed animal, I bet it's like $40-50. And he gave it to her just out of the kindness of his heart, and also because he said he heard she liked motorcycles (which she does!). They are both very kind and if we had to interact with them more, I'm sure it would be a breeze. Finally, the dealership as a whole is very large, clean, nicely laid out. It's behind the Hobby Lobby, kinda hidden, but has a nice large parking lot, and once you know where it is, it's easy in and out. All around a great experience!"
"Great experience. They fixed my Ducati after a crash. Perfectly worked with Geiko and was able to get it done in a reasonable time frame. They were very responsive and easy to work with. Thanks."
"I'm going to be honest, I've been casual yet consistent friends with the owner Matt since he owned his small suspension shop BOSS years ago, so we all were really psyched when he purchased the KTM dealer. Matt and his crew are excellent, very knowledgeable, the shop is spotless and laid out really well, with a good selection of essential parts and gear. I've used their service department as well for my KTM and these guys are all pros.I can't recommend the shop enough, a good KTM dealer is almost impossible to find, I go out of my way to support local businesses, and I know the owner personally. (He really is a fantastic guy, kind and generous) My only * is that is that I would like to see more mask use and hand sanitizer because I am an RN and I care about these folks."
"The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The store has pretty much everything for atvs and motorcycles, not so much for 4x4s. Loved the fire pit on the cold and foggy day. I didn't try the snack bar, but saw several other people eating and seemed to enjoy their food."
"I have used Roseville Honda for all my motorcycle parts and accessory needs for about 10 years. They always provide good service, have always had what I needed in stock, and also went through options with me if I asked for them. Although I have never purchased a motorcycle from them, they have a reasonable amount of them in the showroom (See pictures)."
"I have bought a few dirt bikes from Dan at Roseville. This time it was a Specialized mtn bike. Tyson is super knowledgeable on all the components of the bike and went over stuff over the phone and again in person. Feel the price was fair as nothing is free. Thanks Tuson and the crew for keeping a great running two wheel bike shop. Stoked on my new emtn bike"
"I really love the vibe of this bike store. The clerk Bryson is totally chill and has a lot of great info to share. The Annex is the bicycle side of the Motoxotica business. This store features traditional bikes, pedal assist bikes for all ages, and also purely electric throttle based bikes for small kids.Had only come to check out this bike shop along with the other shops in the area. I was immediately struck by the 80's pop culture artwork and the huge assortment of fun looking and unique bikes. Also a very cool 80's themed selection. The lineup is really an eclectic bunch of modernized classics. The color schemes and build quality of these bikes takes me back to summers past, riding bikes all day until the sun went down. They of course also have some electric bikes, and a huge wall of competitively priced accessories. This is really a store you can spend a lot of time browsing and find something neat to catch your fancy. The assortment is really unique, and also very well priced. I got hooked on some wheel accessories, and I was glad to take it home right then and there. The photos speak for themselves, but definitely come check this place out if you are looking for a bike for yourself or as a gift. There's lots of parking nearby, or right in front of the store."
"Great Harley Davidson store in the outskirts of Modesto, that has a wide variety of motorcycles, apparel, decor and other Harley Davidson themed items! We found a beautiful road glide here for a reasonable price, and everyone we encountered was super friendly and helpful along the way! Highly recommend this Harley Davidson location!"
"Brought my R6 in for spark plug and air filter change. The shop was extremely busy, but they nonetheless did the work quickly, in order to accommodate me (I don't own a car, so moto is only transportation).Labor cost was more than fair, and they didn't try to add on unnecessary services (in fact, because my coolant fluid was clean, they didn't flush it even though I had said I'd be willing to have it done). They also gave me a tank and triple tree bolt, for free.Highly recommend DMS. It's awesome to have a local shop with competent, good guys."
"I am a very simple and straightforward customer and this was my exact experience at CalMoto Livermore with the purchase of my 2022BMW R1250GS Adventure, simple and straightforward. David in sales expertly presented my options with my new bike and keep me informed as to the progress and timeline of the delivery of my new bike. Mike assisted with the purchase and financing making it super easy to simply ride my bike away once delivered. Jeff in the service department has assisted me with service and takes the time to explain what I should expect while in for service. The CalMoto Team presents a feeling of service and trust. I am recommending you check them out if your search for BMW/KTM dealer brought you here."
"So I bought my jet ski at the boat and Rv show at cal expo. Roseville power sports was at the show. Saw the price on a new 2022 seadoo gti 170 with audio. Bought it, and bought trailer. Picked up 5 days later, jet ski was filthy, trailer had couple nicks and scratches, and rust. Mind you I should've looked, no license plate bracket, had to pay for my ski numbers, you get registration numbers for years, but not your identification numbers. Didn't get temporary license plate number at all. Definitely sketchy. Parts guy says I should've gotten one, and a bracket is on all trailers. Not mine. Now he has to order one. Sketchy as all hell"
"I came into this place reluctantly to for a little bike they carry for kids and have to say I was pleasantly surprised! They have bikes outside and inside, some on sale, some brand new. When I walked in a guy named Nathan asked me if I needed any help and just kind of fell back when I said I didn't need any help. Then like two minutes later i asked him for help. HILARIOUS.Nathan wasn't pushy at all! A younger guy, super knowledgeable! I took a gander in their parts accessories department and OH MY SWEET BEGONIAS! HELMETS FOR DAYS!! I need to get the nieces and nephews helmets for their little/big heads when they ride their little bikes! Jesse could tell I was super clueless and helped me out. How embarrassing! He also helped me pick out gloves for the kids too. Such an unassuming guy! Super cool. While I was waiting for the staff members to get the bikes all good and ready to go, I went over to the waiting area and sipped on some starbucks coffee and munched on donuts they had out for customers. I was the only one in the waiting area lounging on that comfy ass leather couch! LOL. COOL POINTS - 1. They give out free snacks/drinks EVERY SATURDAY!! So make sure you come on a Saturday! HAHA.2. They give out FREE COFFEE everyday.3. LOTS of parking space AND right across from a WINCO (which we will go over in my next review, lol) WIN WIN!! 4. SUPER CLEAN bathrooms. Hey, that's SUPER important! Not going to lie, kinda fell asleep waiting for the bikes. A gal named Rachel (I immediately thought of "Friends" as well because I'm Monika), woke me up and said they were ready. I head outside and this SUPER intimidating looking dude named Danny starts telling me all these fun facts about the items I just bought. SUPER KNOWLEDGEABLE and SUPER DOWN TO EARTH! MAN. This was a great experience! I got some Christmas presents knocked out, got some snacks and drinks, took a nap, AND pretty much got a class on all things Striders (the name of the bikes I got)! The people that work here are super cool! Please stop in if you're looking for something for the kids ESPECIALLY if it's last minute! FYI - They run about $100. Throw a bow on that bad boy and you're good to go! Thanks Guys!"
"I've mail ordered parts from them several times, good pricing and fast shipping, highly recommended: AAAAA+++++"
"Rating is for sales. I went to cycle gear for my gear as their gear was more entry level and although I am entry level wanted to spend more money on, hopefully, safer/better gear Samantha is nothing short of awesome. From answering questions on the phone to helping me pick out my first bike. She made the process super smooth and easy and helped me pick out my first bike. She went over the differences and helped me choose between a ninja and a Yamaha. Not having my license at the time she even offered to deliver the bike which she did. Way cool. And afterwards, answered all my annoying texts including helping me pick my next bike as it is time. If only she sold Ducati's! But if I do upgrade within the Kawasaki or other brands she carries I will be getting it there. Also had my first service there and they were nice. Seemed expensive but I am basing that on nothing as I have no clue what that normally costs anyways. ONLY con in sales is no test drives thanks to some yahoos. Wish you could leave a deposit or something to change that. Makes going somewhere that offers test drive days or times appealing. Again not her fault. If you are looking for a Kawasaki this is the place. You will not be disappointed and the transaction was less than 15 min once I picked out the bike I wanted"
"Needed PM chrome calipers... Paul made sure he had them in stock and one was not.. he got the other one in 24 hrs and I was a happy camper to say the least. Paul is awesome to work with. Thank you for saving my build. Bike looks awesome now."
