"Whether you arrive at Village West by boat or car, FUN will find you! One of the Delta's best boating destinations, VWMR offers safe berthing, easy access to fun on the water, and onsite dining & drinking. However, this boater recently discovered their waterfront bungalows...well-appointed interiors with a fantastic private deck outside. You can fish off the deck, fire up the furnished grill, keep the beer cold in the full-sized frig, and use the free internet to post photos of yourself having fun. Now they also have a classy RV park where every caravan is on the water. The excellent staff adds to the experience."
"All new restaurant, very nice, clean, nice restrooms.Full bar, fast friendly service.Great food.Looking forward to our return trip."
"Just getting settled in but loving Owl Harbor so far. Staff is fantastic. Facilities are kept clean. We enjoy the wildlife and the peaceful setting. Our boat draws 6.5 feet but we managed to get in on a low tide. Georgianne and Julia R's reviews are accurate so I'm not gong to repeat in this review. We have our grandkids with us and this is a great place for kids."
"Great place owners are very nice and helpful great clean place to keep your boat and bring your family too"
"We live in Sac but the houseboat has lived at Walnut Grove Marina for many years now. The price is right ($500 a month) for convenient location and easy parking, however the wifi is spotty. There is an ugly band of seemingly abandoned boats that you see when you first pull in the driveway, but the neighboring areas have been cleaned up significantly. The marina itself has undergone some slow improvements, like fixing up the decks and walkways, and a nice clubhouse with men's and women's bathrooms, gym and a small convenience shop. The staff is knowledgeable and attentive and we get a discount on propane. Folks are friendly and it is just a short walk to Giusti's."
"I've had my boat docked at Riverview Marina for the last six years straight I have been pleased and happy with the service and comfort that the Marina has provided me the harbormaster has always assisted me with all the needs that I have had the rates of gone up a little bit in the last couple years but all the marinas in the Sacramento area's have so I'm not really too concerned I love the location I love the parking I love that there is a garbage pick up and every dog couldn't be happier where I am five stars wouldn't wanna be anywhere else chucks the man go see Chuck if you need to slip for your boat"
"Heat time, beautiful place. They work hard to keep things clean and neat. They have some dog restrictions that don't make everyone happy. Overall great experience ."
"Russo's Marina has a lot to offer in addition to boat storage they offer: Campsites, a convenience store, day-use picnic areas, fishing tackle sales, fuel sales, shore boat service, launching services, restrooms, and showers. You might find some of these services at other marinas in the Delta but none of these compare to Russo's. They are located in a beautiful peaceful spot on the river. If you fish, they host numerous fishing tournaments during the year. They sponsor youth programs. They are an important part of the community. For these reasons Russo's unquestionably deserves 5 stars.I do wish I could give them more. Chuck Russo and the wonderful people who work for him are amazing. I inherited a boat. I needed to sell them, I don't fish and I get seasick even on calm water. He helped me so much I could not have done it without him.If you have a boat, want to do some fishing, or even just want a day in the country you should come to Russo's"
"Awesome place and beautiful view I will return many more times. This place take care of your vehicle as your fishing are on the water."
"caught my first fish here man. it was a canon event in life bro. that's all i have to say... good place to dock ur boat n go fishing tho. lotta striped bass"
"Love the place always launches the boat for you you can call ahead and they will pull it out for you the docks are gated so the theft is rare 1 minute and your in fast water the prices are cheap and I've stored my boats here for days and the rusty porthole is right next door so when you get off the boat the best food on the delta is right there"
"So, unlike the other user, we did have public access using Clarksburg Marina, however, we made arrangements ahead of time. They were very accommodating, and were very easy to correspond with via email. thanks to them we were able to enjoy the delta with friends and take them to one of our favorite spots on the delta after docking, The BBQ Proper and Tap Room at Husicks. We were so thankful for their willingness to help us out with that. Super friendly, great service, and convenient location. Thank you!!!"

Very clean and modern, friendly staff. My only complaint is that my Let's Go Brandon flag apparently offended one of the other guest and I was asked by management to remove it. Nice park, but unfortunately I believe in my freedom of speech, and expression more than I like to camp at Village West. I will never step foot there again.

You wonder where you're being taken, or kidnapped, on the way here! It's like the middle of farmville and swampville imo. We arrived and there's no parking areas. It's a one way road and there's a lawn that's BELOW SEA LEVEL to park your car if you don't want to park on the skinny road... D: Besides that, it looks like people are very nice and easy going here. Lots of boat homes.I didn't get to enjoy it as much as the other reviews but maybe next time!!!! I saw the video casettes (yes, casettes.) by where the harbor master is and it looks like anyone can borrow them. Like many other harbors, this one has a community lock and community. oh, and there were lots of floating plants and flowers that was choking the sailboats at the dock. Poor sailors are trying to get in but they get stuck..

I have been renting here for a year and do not regret it at all. The aforementioned "Cody" is no longer there and has been replaced by the professional and knowledgeable harbormaster named "Chuck". The thing that I love most about this marina is that it is a family. Most people know each other and keep a close eye out for your boat. The views are unrestricted, the noise and crowds are small specifically due to the fact that there are no connected restaurants. My wife and I can boat to dinner and come back to our quiet marina. Bathrooms are clean and heated. We have compared visual and financial aspects of riverview to local marinas and decided to stay in this family environment.

Clean RV park with water and electric hook up but no sewer hookups. The lower lot (where we parked for a night) is grassy and well kept. They do have the sprinklers on regularly to maintain the grass but those are manually turned on by staff and adjusted to avoid wetting your RV or vehicle. However, because of the constant watering the ground can be soft which can cause jacks and tires to sink in. The store is on the upper lot, it also serves as the office. There are two public bathrooms available across from the office. One is always open, the second requires a key. You can borrow a key to the bathroom for $15. Once key is returned, you get a full refund. I am told the locked bathroom is usually cleaner. Both bathrooms have a shower, toilet and sink. No soap provided but they are stocked with paper towels for hand washing. Adapters are also available on loan for $40. Full refund upon return. The marina was lovely and we liked being right on the river. The staff were helpful and friendly. My only complaint is the park needs directional signs at the entrance from the main road. If traveling with RV, make sure you turn at the sign that points to the marina. It is very challenging to get in and out or maneuver a large/long RV. Route is a loop and down a steep hill with sharp turn. If you enter through the wrong way, it's difficult to turn around. You pretty much have to back out.

Our friend stores his bass boat in dry storage here whereas hubby keeps his at Sugar Barge a mile away. This one is gravel and dusty while SB is paved concrete. The Marina is very busy with boat launchings and bass tournaments held over the course of the year.Major con - the enclosed women's bathrooms smell like an outhouse. Imagine three outhouses all in one enclosed area. Pee-you! Hubby said the same for the men's.

"Best marina in Antioch. Very nice clean and friendly. The owner is great and takes good care of you. Central location to the delta and next door to fishing dock. Highly recommend"
"We have been going to this marina for several years now, everytime we plan to go fishing at the Delta. The service is quick and nice once you get there. They let you know on how the conditions are out there. Minimal paperwork. Insurance costs you $16, not bad at all. We usually rent the basic boats with a canopy over our heads for fishing. It does its job. Yesterday they said they ran out of those canopy boats for us because all of them were being reserved, so we bummed out. Scorching hot sun and no canopy for the whole day = burnt skin and us going home early. Once we were about to load, one of the workers checked out what they had left, and TADA... They had one random canopy boat left. Thank God! They do go out of their way to help customers out! If you are planning to rent jet skis here, they stopped doing that a few years ago. I recommend making reservations just in case!"
"We store our jet ski here and we are happy with the service. We come in and pay our fee and are helped within a few minutes for the launch. There's rentals for bikes , carts , etc . As well as gas station and a Convenience store. We had lunch today from there food truck and it was good ."
"Looking for a beautiful spot to birth your boat where all the action is? Stockton Marina is the place. Last night as we made our way down the San Joaquin Delta for a pre-4th of July run, we noticed all the yachts and boats in berths, most from the SF bay area, some from as far as San Diego, CA and Oregon. Adjoining the Promenade is the Waterfront Warehouse. Live music was reverberating off the arena, ballpark and hotel across the channel. Folks were out walking the promenade, dancing to the beat of the Bump City Band in a festive lantern lit patio overlooking the water at Chivita's. Yachts had their neon lights out with martini signs aglow....it's 5 o'clock somewhere I guess! I'd have to say, I'm very proud or our waterfront and Downtown Marina. It's a real feather in the cap of a city trying to beat the bad rap we've gotten over the years. Stockton really is a Magnificent city."
"This is a great city owned Marina, The staff is top notch and they do everything possible to keep you happy. Great Morris rates I brought my boat down from Seattle and I'm about a $110 cheaper. Unless you're a city official then O my God the prices are outrageous leave the prices alone. The lady in the office is a ram sunshine big smile that brightens everything up you tell her that something needs to be fixed their right on it. I love the fact that it's right downtown historic Pittsburgh. You can walk from the Marina across the street to some great little restaurants"
"This restaurant has been closed since Covid time. Many marinas, trailer parks, etc. have been having a hard time now for years in the Delta area. What is going to be the future of the area, not clear. What the Delta does have is more and more vineyards every year: we think that half of all the farms grow wine grapes now.Angela & Dave Peck"
"Place has a beautiful view if your camping near the water. Sites are very close together. If you neighbors are having altercations you will witness this. The sites are unlevel so prepare for that. You are in the middle of a canyon so bring supplies as it is quiet a jaunt to town. We will not be coming back here again."
"We haven't explored much of the Delta, but it's growing on us. It was nice to be able to stay there and explore. Being on the water was nice. I hadn't read Sal's review so the boat launch was an issue, but not much since Mariner's "sister" marina, Beacon launch was free to us. We worked out a float plan so to speak that worked for us. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The water has a bit of a sulfur? smell... didn't affect the coffee flavor really. If you've had well water from areas like this or right on rivers, etc... it seems common enough. The fridge for some reason started to defrost on us. There were small bass and bluegill near the cabin. The folks at the other cabin cast out and caught some stripers. I think because of the launch proximity and also to Frank's tract area, we'll try the Beacon floating cabins next time."
"Have lived in the park since March. We moved to New Hope Landing and shortly after there was manager change and it's crazy how much better this park has gotten with a manager that goes above and beyond to care for the park. She has to manage all the tenants as well as the marina guests, and keep the grounds cleaned and maintained. Any issue we have ever had has been resolved quickly and Barbara always seems to be working on some sort of maintenance project. My only wish for this park is that they hire a separate maintenance person in addition to a manager that way undivided attention can be given in each area. Thanks new hope for the great place to stay for summer. We will be back next spring."
"When Im bored but dont feel like tripping out of town or driving too far, I take my kids here for a bit. Its an ideal spot to be alone and think as well. Great place to bring a lunch or coffee and just chill. Chasing pirate ships in rainy weather- nothing beats that. Sacramento is full of beautiful spots to just sit and be- this is one of them."
"Always a pleasure sharing the Real McCoy Il ferry with these members. There are very few sailing clubs in the delta and our family appreciates the xmas lights display on their iconic sailboat outside the harbor. Love watching the broad reach runs and constant tacking in the delta ;)"
"Our family has had a boat at Folsom for over 35 years and it has always had its home at The Marina. With sizable slips at a relatively reasonable rate we keep coming back year after year. The big knocking Folsom and Not Cal is their lack of water and most times the boat is dry docked by July 15th. The recent rain has allowed us to have access to the boat in late August and with a last minute summer vacation I returned to my roots and we went out on the boat.Ample parking available Marina with gas, snacks and ice Easy access to the lake Lake life is a good life!"
"Low key, I don't want to recommend this place because it is a secret gem! This tIs the best pizza ever, best service and population. The people here are great, so if you are an ass, don't come here. You will ruin the vibe."
"I will give Windmill 3 stars for trying to upgrade. I have heard that there is a new owner. I am hoping that when boating season is in full swing, Windmill will be better than it has been in the past. I was at Windmill in March and the bathroom upgrades were nice. Hoping there will be new bartenders this summer, some of the ones that have been there for an eternity need to go! I will give an update once I see the Windmill Cove this summer!"
"Great location! Access to fast water is minutes away. And docks are sheltered from passing boats and wind. Site is safe and secure. Absolutely the most helpful and best service ever. Rich and team are doing an amazing job to revitalize the marina and surroundings. Been here a year and it's been great to see the progress and to be helped by the Cruiser Haven team. Highly recommended!"
"Well my family and I use this boat ramp all the time during the summer. It's $10 to launch your boat but parking is free, wink wink. The place is getting so run down. There are several house boats that are tied up here and there is one that is sinking. I can't imagine what filth is being leaked into the river from that nasty thing. I'm hoping that the people that manage this place will clean it up and fix the docks that are literally falling a part. Launched at Miller several times and it is so much nicer but so much more crowded. It takes at least 30-40 minutes to get in and out of the water on a weekend. We will continue to use Stan's and we will continue to cross our fingers that they will clean up the place as well."
"Cheap rents and cheap space? Well, I guess a lot of people find this an attractive place to dock. As others have stated, there's quite a few derelict crafts around. Actually, there seem to be more derelict boats than actual usable boats. Please note that you have to drive very slowly and carefully around the area, to avoid kicking up lots of dust. Try to not run into the old boats. We were here for a clean up the regional park day, and had a chance to inspect some of the old boats around. I think a lot of them are at their final resting place. I also tried the little cafe on the grounds. It looks old and junky, but it's actually quite good."
"Cool little marina close to my hotel. I am glad I went down to check it out!Beautiful view of the river with a bunch of cool restaurants. Highly recommend if you staying close by. Enjoy."
"I've been coming to Cliff's Marina for the past year or two during crawfish season. Sorry, I've been hiding this from some of you crawfish lovers. Cliff's is fairly easy to find, you can't miss it as there is a big sign out front. This hidden gem sells blue crawfish starting around the summer until when the rain hits in the fall. I love the service here, all workers are super friendly, nice, and easy to talk to. I noticed a man buying sardines at one point, so I'm assuming this can also be a bait and tackle shop? I'm not entirely sure since I don't fish. The crawfish here is much cleaner than red crawfish that come from the rice field. Cliff's also sells seasonings, boil bags, and oils for crawfish boils as well. I've also seen some snacks for those who might need some for their fishing trip. I usually call in advance to reserve a few lbs of crawfish. Please note that this is a first come first serve basis as well - though I have not had a problem with getting the amount of crawfish I have called in, with a pick up time of around 2pm the latest."
"Pleasure cove marina is the place to visit this summer. The marina store has everything that you need for an amazing weekend. Vivian does such a great job managing the store and keeping everything stocked."
"This ramp puts you in the middle of the southern part of the Delta. Some of the best fishing in the Delta happens around this ramp. There are so many different options for bass fishing. I come here every now and then for a change. Great ramp for me!"
"Friends have a big boat docked here. Overall the facilities are well maintained. Besides the boat areas there are lots of picnic tables, gas barbecues, a tiki hut for parties, a clubhouse with billiards, an exercise room with 6 Nautilus machines. Employees are all nice, cheerful and helpful. My boat owner friends are delighted with Willow Berm."
"I've been coming here since I was a baby. My parents keep their boat in one of the births at the harbor. The people have always been so kind and helpful with anything needed. I love coming out here and going fishing with my family and friends. It has been a great place to get away, especially in times like these. The best memories have been made here"
