"Ezabel is the best !!I called at least 20+ Limo companies to hire a limo for a Saturday to go wine tasting in Lodi. Ezabel was very nice and her prices are fair. She explained what kind of limo I would be receiving and helped out with an itinerary. She know the wineries in that area and set up appointments with them on a very busy Saturday. She also confirmed those appointments so we did not loose them. We were celebration a birthday and she decked out the limo with decorations and the Birthday boy was very pleased. She went out of her way to handle everything. She even gave me the phone number to the Caterer so I could order lunch for my party of 8 which was not easy as 2 of them were Vegan and 1 gluten free. Ezebel pick up the lunch and picked us up on time. We went over out time a little and she was also accommodating. I think she went out of her way and above what you would expect from a Limo service to take care of us. Excellent service"

"Brian, you guys rock! I never thought people like you still exist!I decided to book a limo so we can ride to Fleur De Lys in style for my wife's birthday and. After researching companies from limos.com and reading reviews from here, I opted to go with Elegant Escapes. I left a message for Brian after hours within a few hours, he returned my call. I told him what I wanted to do as well as how long I wanted the limo for and he gave me a total price (gratuity and tax included) that was pretty comparable to others. Brian offered to put a bottle of champagne but instead I opted for some roses (at no additional cost). This guy is so trustworthy that he didn't even require a deposit or advance payment info. Days before the event, he called and confirmed.On Saturday, Joe showed up about 15 minutes early and when he did he didn't ask for any advance payment and patiently waited while we got ready. To sum it up, Joe's a professional who doesn't have "no" in his vocabulary! Very accommodating and a safe driver. The limo was just as Brian described. Where some people would spray air freshener to mask the smell, this limo was very clean, no cigarette smell. The limo was in top top shape and everything in working condition. My two kids loved the ride and were screaming and playing in the back (and not once did Joe said anything nor told us to quiet down). My only bittersweet was we had a three hour dinner and Joe had to wait around for us! The return home was quite adventurous for the kids as they were singing loudly in the cabin.When we got home, Joe opened up the sun roof and let the kids stick their head out to pose for some pictures. Finally he charged my credit card and although Brian quoted a fixed price, I gave Joe a little something extra for his professionalism.Expect a call from me the next time I need a limo!"

"Booked for several occasions. Whatever the occasion. Weddings, wine trips, girls night, etc...We were flying to Mexico and were picked up at 4am to fly out of SF. Flying with two children 6 and 7, the driver was concerned if kids were warm and checked several times. Got there with plenty of time to spare.Then we booked for our honey moon flying out of San Jose, again picked up at 4am in manteca. Missed all the traffic coming out of the valley. Ride couldn't have been any smoother. And when we were picked back up, they were there waiting when the plane arrived. The third time we were picked up we flew out of San Jose and we're picked up from manteca at 4am with 4 adults and 2 children. Definitely can stressful on me, but they got us there once again without the added stress of travels. When we landed they were waiting. We even asked to make a stop to pick up one more passenger in San Jose before returning home.Would I use them again, of course. Reliable, cost efficient, and respectful. Company wasn't the most expensive or the cheapest. His quote, friendly message, and description just struck me as the most genuine, if that makes sense. The vehicle was new and extremely clean. It also matched the pictures on their website (sometimes they don't!). I agree with the other reviews for Raj's service and hospitality. Everything worked out perfectly. I will use them again!"

I even had a last minute change to our location that I was sort of freaking out about, but MJ assured me that all was fine. Our driver was Connie, and she was so amazing and attentive! Our itinerary was sort of go with the flow after the bachelorette shot down our initial idea, and I couldn't be more appreciative of Connie putting up with us. I had never rented a limo before so I have no idea what the average cost is or what exactly I should have expected, but I can guarantee that the next time I need one I'll be calling these guys again!"

"I decided to surprise my friend with a limousine for her birthday celebration in Napa a couple of weeks ago. Initially we were going to uber everywhere, but with 8 people I thought it would be a lot more comfortable and fun to be together in a limo--I am SO glad I decided on Limos of Napa!As soon as we got picked up, I noticed that the limousine was incredibly clean and new. I was worried that with 8 people we would feel squished, but to my surprise it was very spacious and the AC worked well to keep us cool throughout the day. Our driver was so helpful with helping us choose wineries to go to; it was our first time doing wine tours in Napa and we wanted to make sure to go to the best places to make the weekend memorable, and our driver knew EXACTLY where to take us! "Decided to celebrate my birthday with a wine tour in Sonoma with friends of mine. I had found a deal on Groupon and before purchasing it, I called Classic Limo and spoke with Mo about availability for the specific date. They were available but I had read the Groupon incorrectly and it wasn't quite what I had thought it was. Luckily though, Mo was amazing and said he'd match the rate of the Groupon deal and gave me a flat rate for a 6-hour trip to Sonoma from SF with all taxes, tolls and tip included for a 13-pax Sprinter van. What a deal! The day of the trip, our driver showed up and was kind, patient and very helpful. The Sprinter van was comfortable, clean (except the trash bin was full), the sound system worked great, plenty of places for people to plug their phones in and nice black leather with fun blue interior lighting which made the van have the limo feel that I wanted.Lastly, we ended up wanting to extend our trip by 1-hour and our driver worked with us and we came to a quick and fair price. Overall, my birthday went off without a hitch and that was mainly due to the service of Mo and our driver from Classic Limo and I am very grateful."

The limo was clean and well stocked and while it was a cozy fit we did seat 14 adults in the vehicle. (Luckily we like each other). Our driver Charles was personable, helpful and drove responsibly. He even made a last minute adjustment to our route home in order to avoid a long wait on Vasco due to an accident up ahead.
