"H&W Drive In is a cool local spot in Merced. This was not a drive thru fast food restaurant. But, more of a drive in (hence the name) or walk up place. Customers can either drive up to order and have the food delivered to their car. Or, can walk up to the window to place orders to eat at the tables outside or take to-go. The staff was nice. Orders came out quickly.We tried a few of their items - Tuna Sub, Bacon Cheeseburger, Patty Melt, Fries, and Onion Rings. Their fries are crinkle cut in case that matters to you. We enjoyed all of the food. They were all well made and tasty. And the portions seemed to be on the larger size. Prices were quite reasonable. We would go back again if ever in the area."

"Best gelato spot here in Tracy! My fiance and I have been regulars of Aldo's for years now. We love supporting this family owned small business, and you should too! Each and every one of the staff members are so kind and welcoming. They always proudly greet us with a smile when we come in and thank us for our business when we leave. You can tell they really value their customers. There is a large variety of flavors to choose from and the flavors rotate regularly so there's always something new for us to try. They also offer reward punch cards that they stamp each time you visit and you can redeem those for free items. We've had nothing but positive experiences when we visit. Highly recommend! "Tracy was the halfway point for my cousins from Stockton to meet for lunch, and we got Milk & Sugar Creamery for dessert. My oh my this long held bookmark was worth the wait. I think I would drive 28 minutes no traffic to visit again LOL. The flavors are super potent and you get unlimited samples! I got the taro with mochi and horchata (single split scoop) after sampling them, and I wish I sampled more!! Mochi bits were still soft, and I loved the strong cinnamon flavor in the horchata. I tried my sister's sakura ice cream and it was a little too floral for me, but she liked it the more she ate it. You can purchase pints and pre-scooped ice cream to go as well! The games are fun to play since the boards are stuck on the wall and the pieces are magnetic, so it doesn't get too chaotic. I was obsessed with their floor that looks like marble ice cream lol. Service was cheerful, patient, and friendly. Next time I will try the cookie butter and honeydew!"

"The Lulu's that I know and love is back! It had been a minute since we had last dined at Lulu's due to the fact that they no longer offered the veggie burger I loved. I was so sad because I love Lulu's fries and milkshakes too.Fast forward a year or so and I had a craving for a Lulu's milkshake, mint chip if you please. We were also hungry for dinner so I quickly checked the online menu to see if there was an entree I would like. To my pleasant surprise my beloved veggie burger had returned! Needless to say we headed out the door and made our way to Lulu's.My veggie burger did not disappoint! My husband enjoyed his cheeseburger and we split the family order of fries naturally. Of course our meal was not complete without mint chip milkshakes for two! Everything was as yummy as I remembered! We will definitely be back. "I am basing my review only on the Dole Pineapple whip, not the yogurt. I do not like yogurt and would not come here if they did not have Dole Pineapple whip. As you can surmise, I do not like yogurt. What I really don't like are the exorbitant prices that yogurt shops charge. Yogurt must be like crack to those who love it. At least that is what it seems like to me with all the ridiculous pricing. For that I have to give them one less star.I prefer Menchies over their local competitor who shall remain nameless. They both sell Dole whip, but their competitor does not have it on a daily basis. Hence the reason I come here when I need my Pineapple fix."

Today I passed by and got an ice cream cone and a burger, I suffer from HBP and the burger made it go higher. But honestly it's worth it! But if you have high blood pressure don't consume the burgers, they are insultingly good like a mountain of flavors honestly good but really made my preasure go up would recommend at least trying a burger from this establishment once but the ice cream is a must have while stopping at this place"

Full this morning and heard they had a line out the door yesterday. Friendly staff working hard to get it right. Single station espresso machine so takes a while to get the coffees out but very good, worth the wait. Much preferred over the place that's got three stores here in Oakdale nowHad two Pigs in a Blanket to begin with. Only $3 so that they be small - wrong, they're good size and the sausage was pretty dang good. They got them out pretty quick (we gobbled them up before I could get a pic)Also got the Berry Groove waffle. Good covering of sliced strawberries and blueberries. Good flavor to the waffle. Had a little syrup left over from the Pigs in a Blanket which I poured on the waffles (I like mine sweeter than most folks). Didn't come with a container of syrup - probably would have been given one if I asked. A little slow at the moment getting the waffles out. The gent at the counter said they needed to get/getting more waffle irons. Underestimated the demand I think, which can be a good problem. So solid performance. Hope they keep up the momentum. Oakdale can use a nice little alternative like this!"
