"Where to go when you find yourself in Stockton with no idea what to eat? I stumbled on this lil mom n pop donut shop that also serves some HEFTY eats. Big Worms sure feeds you like family. These are what breakfast dreams are made of. The toasted slices of bread were barely enough to hold in all this goodness. And what is this I taste? It came stuffed with proteins and the meat packed a punch of flavor. The pickled papaya and carrots were a different take on your typical bánh mì, but paired well with the lemongrass in the meat, adding a sweet crunchiness that's so refreshing and contrasting against the savoriness of the crumbly meats.Thai Tea Donut 5/5*Donuts here are notoriously BIG! The Thai Tea glaze was spot on and the donut was light and fluffy. Great with a cup of coffee.It was nice to see that the actual owner was there putting in all his passionate love into the food. In talking to him, we found out they've been there for over 7 years! You can tell they support the community with the walls filled with local schools pics, flyers and art. And that mini claw machine game in the corner already won 5 stars in my book. So cool and cute!I was surpirsed to find such a range of delicious cafe food in a donut shop. The donut case was enticing enough already, with their pretty decorated donuts for St. Patty's Day, and the pics on the walls definitely didn't help with my cravings for comfort food. Can't wait to come back to try their loaded Uso Fries and burgers. Support small business!"

"This is such a cute coffee shop located in downtown! So peaceful and the perfect spot to grab a treat and a coffee.We got a croissant and a strawberry danish to eat and I got a matcha tea latte to drink. All items were so good. "My husband and I had Grubhub deliver from here. First, we ordered the croissant breakfast sandwich. It was really good. Ok, so, it's extra to add bacon. I honestly did not mind because the bacon was that big thick bacon. I loved it. I even shared the sandwich with my husband. It's a good size sandwich. We also got a couple doughnuts. The doughnuts were really good. We ordered a cream filled chocolate bar and a glazed doughnut. We received a cream filled chocolate bar, a regular chocolate glazed donut and 5 doughnut holes. I thought that was great. I think they were out of the glazed and substituted instead. I was like, "YAAAY, bonus doughnuts" . Very happy with this place and definitely want to try more items from this place. I give it a 9.5 out of 10 for now."

"Our go to donut shop with our kids. My favorite is the tigers tail with a Vietnamese coffee. The tigers tail is a glazed twist with cinnamon and chocolate twisted in it. It has a subtle taste of cinnamon and it isn't overly sweet. Oh and it has this little crunch to it. I can't describe it, you just have to try it for yourself. And of course my kids love the donut holes and anything with sprinkles on it. My husband enjoyed a Apple fritter and plain glazed donut. I would definitely recommend. They are friendly to customers, has fresh donuts and reasonable priced."

"Btw they're under new ownership and wow! :D The owner was sooooo sweet, I loved being in there not only is the space so cute, but the VIBES ARE AMAZING everything smells soooo good ... the donuts were EXCELLENT, fresh, tasty, with a (not too much) thicker icing/frosting (how I like it) so yummy! They also have boba and fresh brew Viet coffee :) The Vietnamese coffee was amazing, loved how she asked me for sweetness THANK YOU!!!! "I want to tell you about New York Donuts. They are delicious. I could end the review there but I won't. The donuts are crispy on the outside and pillowy soft, airy and risen to perfection on the inside. The donut decor makes me want to decorate baked goods again, they are so clever. When the donut shop closes, they take the remainder of that days stick and sell it next door at Sam's Pizza- so don't feel bad if it's after closing. You can still get a delicious donut. They have recently started updating the inside and I love it. It's very clean and the owners are super nice. Like, so nice. Anyway. If I were to make a suggestion, I would say Wifi access and some music would be nice. This place is doing a fantastic job with the product. Give them a try. You won't be disappointed."

"I've been on a big donut kick lately, and if I'm in an area I don't frequent and pass by a donut shop, it's pretty likely that I'll stop in - which is exactly what I did when I passed by a strip mall off of Thornton and noticed the giant sign that said "Donut" on their marquee. It was like the universe was sending me a sign that I needed to go get donuts.I walked up to a shop fronted by an older gentleman, who was taking a break, but promptly followed me inside to get me what I needed. Donut Appetit had the basics: yeast donuts, cake donuts, maple glazed, apple fritters, etc. What caught my eye was the vanilla glazed donut with Halloween colored sprinkles. I'm big on sprinkles. And aesthetics. And Halloween. It was a no brainer for me.I paid the man behind the counter, who I'm pretty sure was the owner, and he in turn, gave me some money and asked me to go next door and pick out a Mega Millions Quick Pick. If he won, he said, we'd split it. It just reached $1 billion that day, and it seemed like a good deal to me, so I picked one up and brought it back to him. Our numbers weren't winners, but it was fun to get involved in the hype!As for the donut: fresh, and worth the price. Typically what you'd expected out of a vanilla sprinkle donut. I took a pic, ate it in the car, and was on my way. It was exactly the post lunch dessert I wanted, and the lotto ticket part made for a fun story. Not sure I'll be back this way anytime soon, but maybe I'll have to make the trek next time the lotto gets up to a billion again. You know, for good luck."

I've had the maple donut on my first visit and stopped with my daughter on my second visit. The glazed donut was so soft and fresh. It was worth going out of the way to experience before heading back to the airport. My daughter also enjoyed a blended coffee drink. It's worth the visit."

Unfortunately, I had to get it DoorDashed (DD), so I was unable to smell that amazing aroma but, you open up the box and smell in, it is the same great smell. The donuts have amazing flavor and have great density between the different donuts they have. Buttermilk, old fashioned, sprinkles, twists, fritters, also, can't forget! Donut holes!! Who doesn't love donut holes?!? They have great service. You can tell who are their original customers as they always leave with a smile and giving a tip. This time since I had to DD it, they did a great job putting them in two separate boxes, giving enough room for each donut. They are super delicious!"

"Finally tried the infamous donut shop my friends from my university and also my friends from Modesto are always talking about. Let's just say it is well worth the hype. I really like how you can get fresh donuts any time of the day. I like how this place is 24 hours which is awesome. I never heard of a 24 hour donut shop. They usually close early on in the day. The service was excellent and the people working gave out great recommendations. The ambiance is really nice. Probably the best donut shop I have been too. Better than almost all of the donut shops in my hometown. I give this donut shop a 5/5 star review, simply because this donut shop is 24 hours and I can get hot and fresh donuts anytime of the hour. It can be either in the afternoon or past midnight. The donuts will always be fresh. They give a variety of donuts. I particularly like the bacon maple bar and the apple fritter donuts. Those were my favorite of the bunch I ordered. I will definitely be back to try more!"
