"I love coming here! I've been doing Zumba with Gabe since August 12th! During the pandemic they had classes outside at the park and have recently returned back to the studio! I came across this awesome class while on a walk with a gf at Elk Grove Park. The amount of energy I seen from everyone dancing, I knew I wanted to be a part of it! I had recently been driving all the way out to Galt for Zumba so it's nice to of found a studio I can dance with locally! They change up the music and dance moves often so you never get bored! I'm always trying to learn and keep up which is awesome because I tend to burn more calories when doing so lol (I'm all over the place!)Don't be scared, they make sure the studio is super clean and sanitized and clean before and after classes! Highly recommend, be advised they are social distancing so please be sure to follow guidelines if you come! (Guidelines and schedule are posted on the window of the studio)"

"This is my daughters second year as a student at Unique Visions Dance Company and she absolutely loves it. Teacher Chelsea is great with the kids - she is patient, kind and firm. As a heads up, this dance studio is a bit more disciplined and do have strict rules so be prepared - it may not be everybody's cup of tea. I enjoy coming here because I know my daughter is getting great instruction from someone who is truly passionate about her craft and when you have someone passionate and disciplined leading and guiding your child - the result is phenomenal. The showcase show in June is not one to be missed. So worth it!"

"I've been looking for a dance studio for a while and was so grateful to find En Pointe. My 5yrs old daughter went to Summer dance camp and loved it there so much we enrolled her for Ballet, Jazz and Hula for the fall/winter. We also enrolled her 3yrs old sister for Ballet. What sold me on this studio was when I watched Hazel, the owner reminded the children to be respectful of their Team Leaders at Summer dance camp. Ms. Hazel's demeanor is kind, gentle yet firm. You can tell she truly cares about her students and also teaches them good character. The older dancers were also good role models and well mannered. I wanted my girls to be at a place where they can learn to dance in a positive environment and grow with as a family. I can say we've found it here at En Pointe. I also wanted to share my experience with my 3yrs old. For the first 3 or 4 classes, she would cry and would not stay or participate in class without me there. I was thinking about withdrawing her and Hazel understood. She didn't make me feel bad or tried to talk me out of it. Then that next class, my daughter didn't cry and I didn't need to be there. Apparently she found it comforting to dance side by side with Ms. Tiffany. Eventually, Ms. Tiffany would get her back in line with the other dancers but it worked. From then on she went to class and participated and they are practicing for the winter recital now. I love how the instructors connect with each child to build a trusting relationship. Now my daughter gets excited and goes to class even before I tell her to. In summary, I'm giving 5 stars because:1. Great location2. Kind, organized Owner always has a smile on her face and very prompt with any emails or texts.3. Professional and Patient instructors 4. Well mannered older dancers which are good role models for my young children5. Relax atmosphere for parents and non dancing children in the waiting room6. Gorgeous studio. Love their glitter wall.7. I don't know anything about dance or techniques but my girls are learning quick and I see their developments and excited to see their recital this December.8. Love the big screen TV in the waiting room where we can watch our dancers from. 9. The Dance Recital Costumes are so cute!!!10. I see my girls dancing here long term and growing up with their classmates. It's a family environment here. Many if not all of the kids gets along so well. I would definitely recommend En Pointe to my friends and family."

"So far so good! Desiree is really the only staff member I have communicated with at time of registration, I have seen the dance instructor however I have yet to meet her formally. My child is excited after each class and always wants to come back, the other day my child said "I can't wait to be an advance dancer like those guys" My child is an 8 year old boy who was scared to join ballet because of the social stigma that "it's for girls" my son got very happy when he saw another young boy there and even more excited when I took him to the room next door to watch the SENIOR dancers! I think we were both in awweee on how good they were and how amazing they looked. Hopefully this school helps my son with the instruction of dance and they realize his passion for it."

"Everything you could ever want and imagine for your athlete to grow is HERE. My daughter started All star competition cheer 2 years ago and fell in love. After seeing where she was growing I know she had inevitably outgrown her old cheer gym. She has goals to go to Summit, worlds and I knew that we needed to find her a Gym that would train her in a way that she needed, and pushed her with the right equipment, coaching, and most importantly feel like home.Needless to say, I am so thrilled that we have found our new and final Cheer & Tumbling Gym! I brought her here MANY months back to take classes and knew then that this could be it. After tryouts and speaking with the owners and staff. We were excited. When we received the email, letting her know that she made a team and a Senior Level 3 team at that, we were over the moon!Infinite is in the process of constructing a brand new state of the art Gym that should be open by winter 2017 ( be ready for that updated review :-) it will still be in Oakdale and just down the street! We are all so excited for it! Butt goodness the current facility is still pretty amazing! Snack bar and eating area with televisions to watch your athlete on the floor, parent room with comfy couches that stays cool with two AC units and televisions in there as well to sit comfortably. Full tumble track for athletes to train and practice on. 8 full panel spring floor and plenty of equipment to help your athlete grow!They offer $10 classes, ALL classes $10! And currently on their Facebook page a FREE class for first time members! There's no hidden fees or membership requirements and I love the online log in and sign up, makes things so much easier, for on the go parents. The staff is amazing and I love my daughters coaches. I can't praise her coach Nicole and Ashley enough. The dedication and love they have for these girls fills my heart. Definitely a place for the community. Thank you Infinite for helping to guide and train my daughter with her love and passion for cheer. Infinite Athletics is family"

"My daughter does beginner gymnastics at Starstruck. I think the instructors are wonderful. They are patient and fun and my daughter really enjoys the class. The negative aspects are for me as a spectator. First off, there's only a few chairs but about 20 parents cramped in there. You either have to stand or wait outside or in your car. I really want to watch my kid during the class and see her progression, but I have to wait in my car and miss the whole class. The vibe inside is extremely awkward. The moms of the competitive cheerleading class also cram into the same room. You would think the seating was assigned, as the same people always get "their" spots. The cheerleading moms are obnoxious and cliquey. They talk about inappropriate topics that everyone can hear. They have no shame. No one is friendly there except for the instructors. They should make it to where the classes aren't at the same time. I wouldn't recommend this studio based on the atmosphere, but I really hope they can change some things to make it more comfortable."

"I've been to twenty classes and I don't see myself stopping anytime soon! Elvia is great at not only creating classes that are suitable and challenging for all ages, but also mixes regular songs with new ones in order to keep things fresh while you learn routines. Each day of the week challenges you in different ways and Thursdays are for toning! I haven't reached the level where I feel comfortable with the extra toning weights, but as I become more comfortable with the routines I find I'm able to jump and step high, squat lower and add those extra steps to make the dances more challenging. One of the great parts of these classes is that it's a judgment free zone where everyone is ready to have fun and get their sweat on. I have definitely missed a few steps and never feel out of place or discouraged, just pick back up on the next beat and keep going! Elvia also has Herbalife at her location and mixes up a great pre-workout drink as well as some post-workout drinks. Everything I've had has been $6 and they're really filling. A great post work-out meal replacement when you don't want to deal with dinner after class. She offers 9:00am and 6:30pm options and your first class is free! If you're up for something new give it a try and I may see you there!"

My daughter had always wanted to dance so we found this studio on FB and the results have been amazing. My daughter has a physical disability and that doesn't phase them. They got different types of dances that are being taught on certain days. So check ahead before walking in.The place were full both genders between the ages 18 to 70+. But there are more of the range from 35-50+. So its a good place for singles too, if you are the type that likes ballroom dancing and want to find your other half with the same interest of dancing. Go for it.But the instructors are very professional and they are very patient. Anyone can do it. So much fun!"

I attended her school when I was a child from elementary school through high school and now my young daughter takes classes with her. "Just started taking my daughter to this locally owned dance studio for the past month and I love it. It is a diverse community of families and no judgement when you walk through the door making the kids within the studio accepting, and inclusive for all dance levels. There isn't much room in the front office to sit, which is tough when you have the whole crew of family like me tagging along however, everyone is accommodating and most of the space of waiting is taken for the "dancers lounge" This room is a space for the kids/dancers waiting on a their dance class to do their homework, watch other dancers or spend time together. I love this community of acceptance and encouragement which is hard to come by these days. My eleven year old just took her first class and she was nervous as she thought she was going to be judged. The coach came out and told her that " she didn't need to worry and that all of them were there to have fun!" This put her in a different mindset and now she loves it. When you have a dance studio where young dancers and instructors encouraging everyone a like and building a sense of community this is the place to be! "We signed up for the summer session here for pre ballet. Each class was 30 minutes. I think it's different for the fall. My daughter had a blast coming here for her pre ballet sessions. She looked forward to them each week. At the end she also got to keep the fairy wings they used for the pre ballet class. The teachers are very organized, understanding and do very age appropriate routines. My daughter is 4 and she had a great time following along. They had their spots on the floor, music with moves and they were taught ballet terminology of certain twirls, kicks and walking across the room with their toes pointed. Only students are allowed in the ballet room and parents can watch from the waiting area. There is 3 tv's in the waiting area. There are a lot of chairs and there is also a refill water station and two bathrooms in the lobby. On the last day they did allow parents to come into the class at the end to go over and show what students learned during the summer session! We can't wait to do this again next summer!"

"First, let me say I'm 77 years old so I can say you're never too old (or young) to learn. I've been taking hula and ukulele classes at Ohana Dance Group for close to a year. Dancing has helped me regain strength following knee and hip replacement surgery. It has also helped my balance and my self-confidence. Since I am a plus sized lady, I was too embarrassed to wear dresses out in public but since starting classes here and wearing the required pa'u (hula) skirt has made me feel beautiful again.
