"Cool spot in manteca. Tequila bar inside. Great staff. We were seated right away during Friday lunch. The food came out pretty fast and the wait was not long. I got the spicy steak tacos. Meat was tender. And the veggies were sautéed down so it was soft and flavorful. Not too spicy if you eat spicy. 2/5 spice level. Overall really good tacos 5/5. Large amount of rice and beans too. The complementary chips and salsa were good too. Ask for the flour tortilla chips. Those were way better than the corn one."
"HIGHLY RECOMMEND RESERVING THROUGH YELP AHEAD OF TIME. We had made our reservation about 45 min ahead of time and only had about a 5 min wait when we arrived. It's located in the beautiful Lincoln Center so if you do have to wait there's plenty to do nearby. Once seated we were quickly attended to. Not pictures is the delicious Pork Shoulder Torta, we ate it before any picture could be taken. However, everything was delicious. The French toast was extra sweet and the coffee was strong. Definitely will be returning with the rest of our kids as they have plenty of seating indoor and outdoor to accommodate all family sizes."

"The food was great, service was excellent, and ambiance was as best i ever experienced. I would recommend it to all. Thank you for a great Valentine's Day"
"Amazing food. Loved the drag brunch. Drinks were delicious and the vibe is so welcoming! Hoping to have my husband's 50th here."
"Date night with the wife. I've heard that this restaurant was recently renovated. Indeed it looks very nice, they even added valet parking. Our server, Victoria was so informative and patient since I couldn't make up my mind. I ended up ordering the almond-crusted halibut. It was cooked to perfection, flaky and tasteful. It came with mashed potatoes and asparagus. All of this topped by a creamy sauce to complete the dish. My wife ordered the prime rib which she enjoyed very much. The meat was tender, juicy and no gristle found. At the end of the meal, we had no room for dessert since we also had the clam chowder soup as an appetizer. Overall this is a great restaurant for a date night or a special occasion. Nice job on the remodel Papapavlo's !"
"Amazing ambience with a soft grunge and earthy feel. The service is incredible and the drinks even more so. Alejandro, the lead bartender, makes a balanced and smooth drink and excels at customer service. While a comfortable and chill experience close toOpening it does ramp up the later it gets soYou're free to choose your own adventure based on the time you get here. Not to mention all the regulars love to rant and rave about the food pairings. I encourage all to try and give my experience a solid 10/10 with no foreseeable room for improvement."

Time to update my review. Last time I was here was over 7 years ago. And I really enjoyed my food. I had my brother pick me up a chicken tortilla soup & a asada sope for dinner. Didn't care for the soup this time at all so I'm glad I ordered a sope. The soup tasted too much like cilantro. The chicken didn't looked cooked all the way & there was fatty pieces. And the avocado didn't taste ripe. The sope was good.

A bit conflicted on this place. The Denver omelette was very standard. and potato portion was really small. Also didn't come with toast which I thought was odd. The Chilaquiles, however, were some of the best I've had. A must have with the pork shoulder (the best part). The service was good but the prices were high. Plenty of parking. A small restaurant but overall pretty good and a nice welcoming ambiance.

Sometimes it's tough to find a place where you can have a really good experience, not just a meal. On 2/28/25 we had a really great experience from start to finish thanks to Jennifer and Kensington. If they're there ask for them, they will not disappoint.

I only come to visit Ari she's the pretty girl with red hair, she makes the best drinks and Sunday brunch's are always so fun when she's working. Her energy is everything and she's hilarious. Her sense of humor is awesome. All my friends I've brought have continued to come back just for her. Truly amazing service!! I'll be back this Sunday.

It was the first night they served dinner after the interior renovation. We arrived at 4:40pm and were asked to sit in the bar for 20 min. The hostess was very nice and led us over there. I really enjoyed a Corbin (?) Chard (buttery) and my friend enjoyed her margarita. We were seated in a corner that was more quiet because of a wall next to us. Our waitress was attentive and we understood her nervousness due to it being the first time they used the hand held ordering machines. We appreciated her honesty. She seemed to be the only waitress in our section on one side. They seemed short handed around 5:30pm. There was a long lull when we wanted to order more food after our delicious calamari appetizer. My side caesar salad was fresh and served before our dinners. They needed more bussers for the tables since our used plates sat on our table for quite some time. Once our dinners arrived, we were quite pleased with enjoying the beauty of the new interior and also the jazz-like music playing. It was nice to be "fancy" and not have to drive to SF. I've been to their Stockton location before and am pleased they opened in Lodi. Our dinner entrees included Mahi Mahi with rice pilaf and steamed zucchini and Pistachio crusted Salmon topped with a perfect cream sauce and also included a veggie and white rice. My mahi mahi could've been cooked a little less but it was still tasty. I had a bite of the salmon and it was delicious. They offer two portion sizes, small and large, for the entrees we ordered. Small was plenty for the salmon but would not have been for the mahi mahi. Dessert we chose was the chocolate mousse cake. Creamy, chocolatey goodness! I will return for lunch to try the lamb burger since burgers are not served during dinner (per our waitress). This is a nice place to go for something special (date, birthday, etc). My friend enjoyed her Birthday celebration 10/21. Since Hazel's disappeared downtown, we needed this type of ambience back in Lodi.

We had such an amazing experience at Lozas in Modesto for brunch! Our party of 9 was seated almost immediately. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, with a fun and inviting vibe, great music, and clean restrooms. Our waitress, Josie, was the absolute best! so sweet, accommodating, and attentive throughout the meal. She made sure we had everything we needed and truly elevated our experience. The food was fantastic! I ordered the fried panko chicken with garlic mash and broccolini. It was cooked perfectly. Crispy, flavorful, and comforting. My one tiny suggestion would be to add a bit more seasoning to the broccolini, but otherwise, everything was spot on.We also enjoyed several carafes and a mimosa flight, and every single drink was delicious. Lozas nailed the balance of great food, drinks, and ambiance. If you're looking for a great spot for brunch, Lozas is a must-try! The combination of great food, drinks, service, and atmosphere makes it a place I'll definitely be returning to.

Three of us had lunch here on Saturday, February 22.We were seated promptly and water was brought quickly. The three of us each ordered something different. All of the food was very good.My only complaint is that it took 35 minutes from the time our order was taken until we received our entrees. My second complaint was that the acoustics were bad and a group of ladies in the bar were quite loud and the noise carried over throughout the restaurant. So customers need to be aware of the loud noise.Again, the waitstaff were pleasant and the food was very good; orders were a perky turkey sandwich, a breakfast, and ribs. Serving size was generous.

"Fantastic food and beverages! I had the chicken and avocado crepe plus the lavender Lamarca cocktail. The crepe comes with a blue cheese sauce which sounds odd paired with chicken and avocado but I can promise that together it all works somehow, if you like blue cheese already. Loved it and my cocktail! My friend had the avocado toast with balsamic glaze added and it also looked delicious. Service from our waitress was excellent as well."
"Yesterday, twelve of us arrived at Cora for their new brunch menu.I had the foresight to call ahead as 12-people is quite a bit. When we arrived our table was set and we were off. A round of the delicious spicy bloody Mary's served with candied, jalapeno bacon as well as their in house made pumpkin butter coffee was a great start! As far as the group, I cannot recall what was ordered. I, however, ordered "who you calling chicken." George's (Chef, owner) spin on chicken fried steak.Oh my! Melt in your mouth although crispy and light! The gravy, is like honey to a bee... cannot get enough! I also order a short stack. The cakes had a crispy edge and the perfect pillow texture throughout!I order both knowing I could not complete them at the time, and what a great dinner it made later.Food, drinks, service, spot on! No rush, no nonsense and down to earth cooking from the heart.I especially like that both owners, chefs, (George and Alicia) find time to visit with their guest! You looking for your next go to spot and for any meal or just smooth tasting alcohol while watching a game, this is it!Do like I, enjoy brunch... order two plates, eat all day!"
"Great service, yummy food, and good music. Ambiance was nice. We came in as a party of 11. Our waiter was wonderful, so patient and kind."
"Quite simple... if you have loose dollars come here. They take cash only and they have tables for you to eat there if you wish. *order the super tostada (tostada with shrimp, imitation crab, Pico, and octopus) it's the thing to get. So much seafood in one tostada you need a spoon. I haven't tried the rest of their menu but I'm pretty sure it's good. A must if you're passing by!"
"The food was good but not the 25-minute wait that we had. For clarification, there were less than 10 people in the in the building. The service was slow but very friendly. The ambiance on that day was cool. There was a saxophone player on this day (Sunday), which was cool and chill.Though I did not give a high score, I do see potential and am willing to go back in the future in hopes of improvement."
"came here for the first time the food was amazing and customer service was top notch 5starsss"
"My excitement for the new spot in town was undeniable. It was the perfect opportunity to visit and celebrate, as we were out for a birthday dinner. We ordered drinks--El Mariachi and the Katana--and paired them with spicy fish tenders and skewer sensation. The cocktails were fantastic, perfectly balanced with flavors that masked the alcohol just right. After one drink, I was already feeling a pleasant buzz.Being a fan of Indian fusion, I was thrilled with the menu, even though it's limited. The spicy fish tenders didn't quite have enough heat for my liking, but I'll be sure to ask for extra spice next time. We went with both the paneer and chicken skewers, which were fresh out of the tandoor and absolutely hit the spot. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, checking on us several times throughout the evening. The place had a decent crowd for a Thursday night, and we had a wonderful conversation with the owner, learning more about the place. I'm definitely coming back, especially to try their lunch menu. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!"
"This place is lit! I was very excited to try this new spot out and it did not disappoint! We arrived about 6:30 and got seated right away even though there was 2 large parties already in full swing. The inside is pretty spacious but there aren't a lot of tables I think to leave room for dancing. However, the bar is long with lots of seating. For starters we ordered the spam musubi and salt and pepper wings. Spam musubi was good but the wings were on point! Served hot and crispy with sliced jalapeños on top-delicious. For dinner my man ordered the short rib plate and my son and I split the sesame chicken. Each entree came with rice and macaroni salad. Take note-it's Hawaiian style macaroni salad so it has tuna in it and that is not stated on the menu. I'm glad I asked when our meals arrived because my bf hates seafood of any kind and it would have been all bad had he tried it, lol. Short ribs were grilled and very flavorful but the sesame chicken was slightly over cooked and and a little tough. Had it not been for that, it would have been good. As for drinks, my bf stuck to Lagunitas but I tried a pina colada and it was DELICIOUS! Last but not least, our server and the bartenders were all super friendly and totally on top of it. The DJ and music was fire and the place was packed by the time we left. Long story short...we had a blast."
