"Im just a freaking sucker because I love my Chevrolet. Got no choice but to come back here instead of going to Vallejo or Vacaville. I guess over the years they improved a lot, from customer service, parts department, and service department. Finally hired some good people. The service department got renovated and looks very pleasant and comfortable to wait for your car. The staff sounds they're knowledgeable especially the parts person. The last time I was here buying parts the guy didn't even know how to look for it in the computer and don't know how to talk car parts, it felt like the parts guy called in sick and put a car sales person to cover. I liked the change and will be coming here again. Hope they keep these people happy and don't quit. The service coordinator person is knowledgeable and knows what I was talking about even though I didn't."
"Big shout out to Jason, Alom, Rick and Eric!!! If you are looking to purchase a new or used Volkswagen, come to this dealership! After speaking with all of the bay area Volkswagen locations, I decided to make my purchase here. Jason was extremely helpful and very responsive to all of my questions. I didn't feel pressured into making a decision. He didn't ask for a "holding fee". I feel like he values his customers and was straight forward. (Jason, you are one hell of a salesman!)On the day of purchasing the vehicle we worked directly with Rick, Alom, and Eric. Rick was very helpful and in showing us the vehicle and answering us all of our questions we had. Very charismatic. The best part is we didn't feel rushed. It took Rick 10 mins to show us the car and we knew immediately it was the one for us! Eric made sure to get our loan processed and approved. Alom helped us process the paperwork and was extremely helpful. Thank you, Vacaville team! You have a returning customer with us!Nicole and Tony"
"On this Thanksgiving day I am grateful for Justin D and his extreme professionalism, prompt communication and great customer service (shout out to Shawn and Justin too!).I have been looking to buy a new car for about 6 months and finally narrowed it down to a Kia Sportage Hybrid SX-Prestige. I pushed the button through True Car to get some quotes and Justin's email came at the right time & the right price with a kind demeanor. He even helped me with my purchasing options on a Sunday! An hour and a half drive later and I am so glad I went out to Manteca to purchase my new vehicle (her name is Tika in honor of her home dealership). What I loved:1) Communication: I suffer from analysis paralysis and I got this deal done the same day we started emailing. That was the fastest I have made a decision in a while!2) Process: From test drive to purchase, fastest car deal I have ever been witness to or a part of- thank you!3) Customer Service: even though the deal was completed after closing and even though I asked a lot of questions, Justin D took the time to answer them and show me every single feature of my new car. It was impressive. He even hand washed my car because the car wash was closed. That really wasn't necessary because it was cold outside but is a testament to how awesome he is.4) Follow-up: checking in on me through surveys and phone calls/ text messages is really nice. I have great after purchase support.5) Coffee machine- mocha latte was pretty yummy!Thank you to Kia Country for helping me make a purchase that I can rely on for years to come. I am very appreciative of the customer service you provided and my awesome new car."
"They were very friendly yet professional. I was planning on shopping around. They offered a deal I couldn't pass up and I bought a really sweet ride."
"I came into Vacaville Kia Service Department to address an ICCU recall for my EV6. I had an appointment at 12:30pm on a Saturday, arrived around 12:09pm served around 12:15pm. There were only 2 service advisors working and there were no shortage of customers that needed service. Both service advisors were friendly and addressed their customers needs and was not rushing as they want to make sure their customer's needs were addressed. I was helped by Ismael Ayala. After checking in, I was told that it was going to take about 2.5 hrs to complete the recall service, but was called less than 2 hrs later as my car was finished already. I appreciate that they called me when the car was done vs waiting towards the end of the day like some dealers. They offered a complementary vehicle inspection and car wash (not well done as there were still some bird poop and bug splatter that was not fully washed off and some water marks), but the dust was washed off). Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I will return for future services for my EV6."
"I'm not sure what to think about any used car lots in town, this one included. The two salespeople were friendly enough, with one telling me that it was a "no pressure zone", which is always good. The other told me that they have a website, and that the details are there. The cars looked fine but from all of the reviews of lots all over town, I suspect that 99.9% of the cars and trucks are bought at auction and couldn't be sold otherwise. That's a suspicion, not a fact. They seemed no different than anyone else in town, though."
"About a week ago I purchase a car here. As a used car it was not perfect, it had a few minor issues. I notified the dealership not knowing what to expect. I was told to bring the car in to be checked out. The issues that had been my concern have been addressed to my satisfaction. The people at USA Auto are easy to deal with and have proven very helpful."
"This review is for the parts department, specifically for Eamonn and Eric. These two are like Batman and Robin or Ernie and Bert in the parts department. For the past 8 months, every time I have lost a part or broken something while racing all three of my Civics, they have always been there to assist me in getting the right part. There have been times when I was unable to identify a part, but they were able to figure it out and procure it. Eamonn and Eric at Vacaville Honda make sure that their customers receive the right parts. If the GM is reading this, I suggest giving these two a medal for being awesome. Without them, I would have been paying excessive shipping prices to other vendors. Thank you to both of them. You should call them the "Dynamic Honda Parts Duo.""
"The parts department is great! Went by today to pick up a few things I've ordered. Jonathan helped me order the parts on the phone and I received a text when they came in super easy in and out. They also had a huge selection of cars and trucks."

By far the best car buying experience I've ever had! This would be my 6th car from a dealership.Levi and Sech, we're the most straightforward, polite, respectful, and patient people I've ever had the opportunity to buy a car from! I shopped at 5 different dealerships prior to coming here. There was no need for any back and forth haggling as they had straightforward pricing and never tried shoving extras down my throat. I initially left their dealership when another dealership offered me a better deal, which they did not honor once I arrived. I came back to Levi and Sech, who honored the deal they offered me before I left. If you are looking for straightforward pricing and great people who happen to be salesmen, come to Fairfield Chevrolet! Avoid Vacaville Chevy and GMC!

Wayne is helpful. He also takes the time to break down the diagnosis and pricing. He is professional and considerate. When I drop my car off to him, I know my car is in great hands. He gives updates periodically with the status of my vehicle. I have not personal purchased a vehicle here, but when I walk around the show room, someone is there to greet me with no pressure. It seems the customer service is all around great.

They are always professional and honest. The cashiers are usually understandably stoic since folks probably don't want to fork over an arm and a leg and what not but they're always solid and on time for us.

"Had a great experience buying my New Hyundai Santa Fe Calligraphy Hybrid.Alejandro Martinez was very knowledgeable and knew everything about this vehicle. My wife and I were blown away with his knowledge on this vehicle. He made our transaction painless and worry free. A+ Service and will definitely come back for our next New Vehicle. Thanks Alejandro"
"The first week in May, we purchased a 2005 Silverado from Jay. After some back and forth haggling we agreed to a price I considered reasonable for a fairly low mileage truck but definitely not a steal. During the test drive process, I noted that alternator gauge was doing strange things, I mentioned it to Jay, he reluctantly agreed to have it fixed at their cost. He wrote it up, I gave him a check for the full price and left to my home in Sacramento. The next day, I went to put the key into the driver's door, imagine my surprise to find a hole in the handle assembly but the lock cylinder is missing. I immediately called Jay, he admitted they weren't aware it was missing either because they had always used the remote. He said it was an easy fix and would get it done when they fixed the gauge cluster. 4 weeks later after no calls regarding the repairs, I was in Manteca so I went by the lot. Imagine my surprise when I was informed Jay was no longer there and I should speak with David. During my conversation with David, he informed me since the gauges were in writing, he'd repair it but refused to even address the door lock. I advised him the missing lock would be interpreted as a safety issue and by law had to be repaired. Still he refused, and threatened to not do any repairs. I told him he was to get the contracted repairs completed today and have the owner Agustin call me before days end. He said he would. By the end of the day, the gauges were repaired and David agreed to have Agustin call me.Three weeks later, still no call, three attempts to call him but he's rarely there. Will likely have to contact DMV investigations to go after their license to get anything done.Apparently Jay now sells trailers in Turlock so he could care less"
"An acquaintance called the brother of the owner to help me get a car. The next morning, today, I went to talk fo the brother. When I told him the amount of money I had to spend, he suggested a 1986 Honda Accord LX, which probably has a tow away value of about $250. Listed as $6999 when the car was originally about double that almost 30 years ago seems a bit steep."
"My brother and I are shopping American work trucks. This location was our first stop, easy to find and a lot of options. We met the owners son, his name is Tim, nice guy. His family bought the dealership back in January.I'm very impressed with the build on the Diesel 2500's, wry solid!Doing our due diligence we're considering the Dodge or possibly another Chevrolet."
"So I'm someone who obtained a new vehicle from this location since I discovered this joint specifically has the most attractive discounts.I cannot speak on behalf of dealerships since it's not my specialty or field. I can only strongly recommend potential customers to 1000% do their research and understand everything.Know how much you will be paying, OTD price, credit score factors,Monthly, etc."Don't buy what you can't afford""Don't sign up for plans you don't need"I was able only to obtain a new car through months of allocated funds and refinancing with negotiations. If you are in a situation where you require needs before wants, accept it and don't suffer for a new car.I will only offer one tip to all possible buyers:ALWAYS SEE THE FINANCE LEAD TO CONFIRM THE NUMBERS"
"Car shopping can be such a headache but at a time like this with the car shortages and high market rates, I tried to avoid it for as long as I could. I knew what I wanted so that helped, but I just couldn't find a dealership I felt good about. I won't name them but let's just say that I went to three other Mazda dealerships around the East Bay and finally broadened my search. I ended up at Tracy Mazda and have no regrets. I worked with Anna in the Sales department and she was very responsive every time I reached out. She was also to the point and didn't try to do crazy upsells, which I appreciated as a fellow straight shooter also working in sales. Upon arrival, I have to say that everyone I interacted with was friendly and easy going. She mentioned they are a small family-type business and I could see that. Josh was the Finance Manager I worked with and he was also easy to work with. My bank had a lengthy process we had to wait out and I appreciated his willingness to work with me.In the end, I got the car I wanted with a price I was satisfied with. Well worth the drive out to Tracy. I would highly recommend this dealership!"
"I had a Metallic Gray 2011 Scion TC that I bought straight out of the show room at Hilltop Toyota, she turned 150,000+ miles and I put $4000 to fix her as an emergency - you can't buy a car in 24 hours, though I had been searching for many months, I had to make a pick fast (with Trump threatening Tariffs when he comes back into Office), I did have the Honda Pilot on my long list and revisited this choice and found the price to be great compared to many brands, but I also felt it was more my style...At this time I could see the inventory was limited but found the color and price at Winter Honda, sent the site I was interested in this car and I got a response from Rezaul Bashar.I went in and did a test drive with a higher model - it was nice but it wasn't me, I wanted the Sport model (and in Black) in which they didn't have in stock. He helped with the numbers (will be moving and need to budget) and his team helped get the color I so wanted. I can tell you when you go in alone you kinda go through different stages of emotions - I was being congratulated for purchase and that was the numb stage - then you hear they found the color you wanted and that was a happy stage, then you get handed the key fob and drive away with your new 2025 Black Honda Pilot! (gitty stage)+ Rezaul Bashar, friendly helpful Internet Sales Manager - please ask for him for your car questions and/or interest of new car purchase+ The Team that helped find the color I so wanted + They lended me a car while the Pilot was in transit + They bought my Scion+ I didn't hear the phrase 'Boss', I don't find appropriate when a Sales Rep refers that to a customer"
"The experience in purchasing our new Venza was amazing Pati was great to work with she was patient and considerate. We were trying to decide on 2 different cars Pati was so nice to bring both cars side by side. And the was patient enough to allow us to go home and really think about it.My husband loves his new car and i love the gas budget friendly."
"Norberto was awesome! Honest, thorough and above and beyond. Made my car buying experience comfortable and unforgettable. I love my jeep thank you Norberto!"
"Purchased a new 2023 Silverado here. Steves found what I was looking for at another dealership, brought it in and made me a happy customer. Oh and the entire experience was seamless. Have enjoyed this vehicle ever since with great service and great mileage."
"I bought a brand-new 2023 Dodge charger with 500 miles on it and after the course of just 4months it developed a crack in the windshield and the weatherstripping near the windshield wipers is warped. They had my car for three weeks !And did nothing but take pictures , and hold onto my vehicle while the warranty and administrative process carried out(3weeks)They did deem the warped weatherstripping and cracked windshield covered under warranty. But they put no action behind their words yet.Zero offer for a rental or a loaner car. Only after I made issue of it, did they extend the offer, I'm sorry that should be standard for any customer without their car for more than 24 hours. Their consolation was a 10% discount off of a $300 oil change. That's F-ing insulting! I was told that the glass is custom by Mopar and that it is not in inventory and there is a nationwide low inventory issue. I was informed that I would have to wait a monthfor the delivery of the windshieldAfter waiting a month and zero communication from the service department I sent two messages that were never answered and called and left a voicemail that was never answered .So I called the regional garage for Dodge and Stellantis directly; ONLY to find that my windshield has been in stock for the entire month AND REPEATEDLY, I WAS INFORMED THAT THIS PART HAS NEVER HAD A NATIONWIDE LOW INVENTORY ISSUE. they even checked all three different windshield that come with various trims of Dodge chargers and they're all in stock!!!Here's the other kicker :Even though they had my car for three weeks, I was told the technician was out sick that one day and couldn't replace the weatherstripping and that they would do it when they do the windshield altogether .Meanwhile, water is making its way into the firewall of the vehicle. Isn't this just a can of worms? Who will pay if Stellantis finds Future Automotive Group at fault for further damage for water intrusion into my vehicle because of their purposeful neglectMy issue is not with the service department at the Fairfield location. They give zero authority to the service advisors and very little authority to the service managers so there's really not a whole lot they can do because their hands are tied by their corporate entity Future Automotive Group. They are given templates on how to treat and handle every situation and they are not authorised to vary outside of that template even if it means being a little more intelligent dealing with exceptions. Really what has happened is. Future Automotive Group has limited the authority of their service department so much that it is impossible for them to think outside of the box..So my issue is that future automotive group lacks the integrity to even have a method of contact ! Future automotive group on their website websites have zero way to contact their corporate office. What this does is it forces one to take legal action in order to have the office notice of their lack of common business sense. When I called the future automotive group in another city and asked for the corporate office number the "ROBOT" girl on the other end , which was actually a person, thought it was so cool that she was just gonna give me the number to Chrysler! My problem is not with Stellantis or Dodge, MY PROBLEM IS WITH THE Lack of Candor blatantly displayed on future automotive groups websites. Let's grow up, this is an antiquated business practice developed in 2008 during the recession & market collapse, so that companies would not have to hear or deal with anything negative. MOSTLY, if you lack the resources to have an internal customer service department; put it on YOUR website! I bet customers would really love that, but that's what you're telling them anyway. Future automotive group is too cheap to have an internal customer service department and it makes me wonder what other corners they're cutting at the sake of a customer.."
"My personal experiences here have been great so far. I used to get my car serviced at another location and switched to Steve Hopkins a few years back and don't regret it. The staff is friendly so I feel comfortable every time. They are upfront about services and don't try to pressure you into doing more, which is important to me. They've been realistic about the costs and offered their honest advice. Their online scheduling system is easy to use, service always goes smoothly, and I like that I receive updates about my car via text. I def recommend if you're looking to service your Honda"
"Omg! From dropping my car off with Ana to having it delivered by Beth, this was thee most amazing car experience I've ever had. A lyft driver took me home. A while later, I received a video showing the technician working on my car. I've never had anything like that before. That was so cool! I received text messages with updates all along the way and Beth, who delivered my car was fantastic. Thank you Ford Fairfield for a wonderful car service appointment. You all are great!"
