"AWARENESS:After purchasing my 5th Wheel earlier this year, I noticed, when attached to my truck, the nose of the 5th Wheel was approximately 7 inches too high from my trucks bed. I had several solutions to correct the issue; the first was to have the 5th Wheels king pin box raised up and the second, have have my trucks hitch rails lowered (flush mounted) to the bed of the truck. These two fixes would lower my trailers cap approximately 6 inches overall. When asking friends of a good place to have my trucks hitch done, Manteca Truck Accessories came up from each friend.NARRATIVE:Before my visit, I called ahead and explained my issue to Louis. He scheduled my appointment and a few days later, I took my truck in. After looking at my trucks hitch mounting, Louis told me they had several ways to drop the hitch. One was mounting an after market rail system which the manufacture offered. The other was to change out the hitch entirely which to me, wasn't an option.While still with Louis, he made numerous phone calls to the manufacture without luck. He also made calls to some of his other business partners who also count help. In fact, those people kept directing Louis back to my hitches manufacture for the answers.After about an hour with no luck on the phone calls, Louis told me he would email the company in hopes of getting a response and sent me home on his promise to find the solution.As I got on the freeway headed back home, I received a call from Louis telling me the manufacture called him back. He Asked about the parts needed. Was advised the company did have the parts but, they had to be ordered. Louis then set me up for a future appointment date but told me, he would call before the date with the cost of the parts and his labor.A fews days before my next appointment, Louis kept his promise and called me back. He gave me the price of the parts with the labor cost and asked if I wanted him to continue the work. I agreed and later dropped my truck off for service.SCENE:Manteca Truck Accessories is located in the city of Manteca on N. Main Street. The major cross streets are; W. Edison Street and W. Louise Ave.EVIDENCE:As you can see by the before and after pictures of my trucks 5th wheel hitch, the work performed was solid, well thought out and clean. From what Louis told me, one of the securing bolts was too hard to reach so, they actually had to drop the frame in order to secure the rails. RECOMMENDATION(S):I had no issues with the work Louis or his guys at Manteca Truck Accessories performed. In fact, I really appreciate the "above and beyond" Louis did finding the answers and keeping me informed about the solution. Well done!"

"I came into Vacaville Kia Service Department to address an ICCU recall for my EV6. I had an appointment at 12:30pm on a Saturday, arrived around 12:09pm served around 12:15pm. There were only 2 service advisors working and there were no shortage of customers that needed service. Both service advisors were friendly and addressed their customers needs and was not rushing as they want to make sure their customer's needs were addressed. I was helped by Ismael Ayala. After checking in, I was told that it was going to take about 2.5 hrs to complete the recall service, but was called less than 2 hrs later as my car was finished already. I appreciate that they called me when the car was done vs waiting towards the end of the day like some dealers. They offered a complementary vehicle inspection and car wash (not well done as there were still some bird poop and bug splatter that was not fully washed off and some water marks), but the dust was washed off). Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I will return for future services for my EV6."

Also ordered an MX4 Backflip tonneau cover. Brought the truck back at 9 am the next day. Truck was done at 12:30. I I installed the cover myself. The quality of the work done spraing the bedliner is beyond ex excellent. I worked with John at the front counter. I had a bedliner done on another truck about 7 years ago and it was as good as it gets. You would never guess it was a spray on. The best work hands down. "Up until the 6th of this month, the location WAS Pan Pacific. It is NOW camping World. Prior to this we started out with meeting Pete. Cool guy. When we went back a second time about two weeks later, Rick assisted us, great guy as well. From there on after our purchase it has been too many hands in the pot so to speak and not as smooth as we would have hoped for. It seemed more of leta het the sale, and then after that no one was ever on the same page it knowing what was happening on the floor except the owner at the time named Matt. At this time I will leave this review as it is. Because my updated review will fall under AKA Camping world. And let me tell you under the new take over it has NOT been. A successful one with them. Should of had or 5th will ready for us today and delivered by a contracted driver, only to be told today the day off, that our trailer cannot be taken because the propane canister had a defect. ODD because we just had our walk through Friday and was told and shown that everything was ready to go. Not only was the hauler there and ready to deliver and waiting but we were at our resort location waiting as well. The newer crew for camping world had NO great assistance in our favor as the customer and had a laugh at US behavior with no answers around anything. But just to tell us that MAYBE Monday it will be ready or Tuesday. And to pretty much accept it. They rather put the blame on the computer switch over than really work on making the situation at hand better.,so here we are having to take an extra day or two from work to work around them. It's rare that I have to review as such. But this one definitely needs attention to it. Hope that others have a much better final process than we have been going through."
