The wife had finally given me the ok to buy a boat. I called a few dealership's of brands I was interested in with good online promotions but they would never call me back. John of C & C marine in Newcastle answered and invited me to make the 2.5 hour drive to see his Vexus boats.I arrived and John and his team were friendly and kind. They spent probably an hour walking me through the different models and their features.When most places wont even return a call it was an easy choice, they earned my business.John made the buying process smooth and easy and even talked with my loan officer to make sure everything was taken care of.They day I picked my boat up it was gassed up, charged and looked perfect. Delivered exactly the way I ordered it. John spent another hour walking me through all the features of the boat and how to operate it correctly.John and his team helped me hitch it up, took a picture for their facebook and away I went.If you're in the market for a bass boat give the guys at Newcastle C & C Marine a call, they'll definitely earn your business.

I hate reviews from customers who complain about extra things that Jeremy does on their outboardsThey don't realize they have one of the best outboard mechanics in Northern California and lucky to be somehow hooked up with them Jeremy does an awesome job and if he's putting something in your motor you didn't ask for he's saving you from failure down the road. Hats off to Jeremy anybody that knows him knows he's a straight shooter and the last thing he needs to do is sell unnecessary parts or labor he doesn't have time for it for one thing.

I am very thankful for constant, expert level service that Jeremy and his team provide at C & C Marine. They know what they are doing.They have serviced my boat on MAJOR and minor issues. The repairs are made correctly and quickly and BOOM, I am back on the water. Many of my fishing buddies feel the same way.My boat is like my big PROZAC pill. It keeps me sane. No way I would let that guy work on my boat! I recently moved to Rocklin and this is the nearest Yamaha Exclusive Service Center that according to Yamaha's website means they are supposed to carry Yamalube oils and engine filters. That is why I went there! When I walked in the store, Alissa was warm and welcoming to myself and my kids. When I informed her we were looking for Yamaha grease and a grease gun, she directed me to Jeremy. When I told him what I was looking for, he snidely stated that he only carried Mercury grease. Puzzled, I asked him wasn't this shop an authorized Yamaha service center. His response was to show even more of an mocking and rude attitude by saying,"Yeah, well, that doesn't mean I have to stock their products." Now, for those of you who don't know me, I'm not a little guy at 6'1" and 285 pounds and I'm not used to people throwing me a lot of attitude. This Jeremy guy is even taller than me so I guess he thinks he can. I think when he saw the irritation on my face, he started to realize he had overstepped his bounds, but at that point I was done. I am an honorably discharged and disabled veteran and I don't deal with people like this. I also don't waste my time educating people who obviously don't know that some people "vote with their dollars". I will not spend any money at this shop. Boating is supposed to be fun. Dealing with service and parts shouldn't be this big a deal...especially a simple thing like grease. Maybe there is a big rivalry between Mercury and Yamaha grease, I wouldn't know, but that doesn't excuse condescending behavior to potential customers.It's sad this guy chose to ruin my first impression of this repair center. You only get one chance to make a first impression. My 12 year old daughter asked me why he was acting like a butt head as we walked to the car and THAT should tell you all you need to know...

My 2001 Yamaha Outboard was running rough. Took it in for a diagnostic and they quickly found the issue. Head Mechanic Jeremy replaced that parts needed, and got me back on the water! Highly recommend this shop. Happy that I found them!

Owner/Jeremy provided great service at a reasonable and competitive price. Wonderful communication via text messages throughout. Highly recommend C&C Marine.

I have had two bass Boats that have been maintained by C&C Marine first on Auburn blvd and now in New Castle Jeremy really knows he's stuff but what i like the most every time i take my boat in for a service or a problem he does not stop with just the issue it is in for the boat gets a complete look over and he fixes whatever he findsThey always turn the boat around quickly and there is no guess work, their service is some valuable to me As always Thank You Dave Grooms

I've used the shop for my outboard service for the last three years and the installation of a new Lorance HDS system. Both times Jeremy was simply a pro, he knows these motors and how things should operate at an expert level and I couldn't be happier with the work they do. Great shop, will be going there for all of my needs.
