Best local bodega ever. Kumar and Michelle know everyone and make us feel at home here in Diamond Springs

We use this small market all the time, the owner is so friendly and helpful that he is a very popular man. Now with the stores closed by the Virus we can still get great service here. They have some very good Meats on display in fact choice meats and are not expensive.My wife and I are in our 80's and some times we need help with our orders just getting out to our car, no problem here, Kumar gives us a hand when we need it. A very nice store, small but they have a good choice of most things we want and are so nice to deal with.Wally Fulton

The owner Kumar is very friendly and is helpful. They have a good selection of micro brews and hard alcohol. Bloody Mary mix . Some produce and also a meat deli.

We love this nice family owned market. Shop here several times a week. Always nice and reasonable prices. Saves us from going to peoplie grocery stores.

Always friendly, small town market. Enough fresh meats and produce. Nearly everything you could possibly need to pull together a meal in a bind. Saves a trip to town. Old place but does the trick.

This is the best local market. They have the grocery staples, meats, cheeses, veggies, dairy, eggs, and a great selection of beer, wine, and alcohol. Kumar and Barb are awesome, too. We can get what we need here rather than go to the grocery store and that's what you need in a neighborhood market.

I've become a regular here. They have a good selection of craft beers, great price on Galliano and a good selection of other items one would expect from this kind of store. Most important item for me though is the friendly people I've encountered working there. Good prices and a good selection are important too, but if the owner and or employees aren't friendly I find another place to shop.

long time peruser of kumar's store! and by that, i mean like, multiple decades. he and his other front-register folks are friendly. the place is kept up well and always has a good variety of stuff to pick from. great for a snack run when you don't want to go all the way into town for some chips!

This is a great store if you do not believe in wearing a mask during this COVID-19 Pandemic. Busy Spot highlights a wide variety of wines, beers, hard alcohol and hard to find brands. They also feature fresh a meat counter, along with fresh deli sandwiches. The workers wear gloves when handling meat and deli sandwiches, but there are no masks worn by ANY employee at ANY time. Many of the customers also do not wear masks.It's a great store to a variety of original hard-to-find things, and if you do wear a mask, just ignore the comments and threats of people saying they are going to breathe on you and other off-the-wall comments.
