Burger Shack

Its been a Many Moons, since I last wrote a review. My youngest daughter and I was coming back into town from a long road trip and she noticed this place and we decided to grab a bite to eat.We've eaten here before at this location, so we knew what we wanted. I wasn't hella hungry, so I ordered the Star Burger. In which it was pretty darn good IMHO. My daughter like the Avocado burger so she picked that one out. It's a #5 combo with Fries and a drink. I wish we had time to sit in an dine, I prefer that over eating in my car. But unfortunately Father Time is never on my side. The wait wasn't long in the drive through, the the guy taking the orders was pretty friendly. I didn't see something and he was reading out the menu with ease. Sometimes when I go places I could tell somebody's getting irritated because they have to either repeat the orders or say something on the menu. Like it's inconveniencing them. For a fast food burger, this is my number 1. The burger flavor is top quality, fresh, delicious.... love the toppings options. I want to try a hot dog but the burgers are too good to pass up. Plus Costco has my heart in the hot dog area.

Good food, decent prices. Everything tastes fresh that we have had so far. Good variety of burgers, chicken sandwiches, cheesesteaks, and hot dogs. Crinkle cut fries are crispy and hot!Yum! Regular stop for us!

I did a phone order. No one wanna work or be out of the back. Burnt corn dogs and fries! Having them remake them. What a waste of time. No wonder this place is empty

i ordered hotdog with no relish, no ketchup, no mustard, mayo on the side, just tomatoes and onions. i asked the person taking the order to repeat my order 3 times to me before paying. result: hotdog buns smeared with ketchup and mustard, swimming in relish. what they got right is mayo on the side. no quality check before food is given out to the drive thru customer--that's what drive thru is for: convenience that the order comes out right without having to dig through the entire bag that's already jammed with everything else included in the order!called the store and asked to speak to the manager who does not speak english and does not have any accountability. dismal customer service!!!disappointing is an understatement!!!there should a a rating of negative stars!!!

I had a much different experience than the other reviewers. Is the landscaping fabulous? Maybe not, but I don't come to a burger joint to see landscaping. I had a chicken Philly and it was delicious! The husband had a cheeseburger and was also very happy. The fries were crispy and not too salty and the young lady working at the counter was super friendly and fast. We both special ordered and our requests were met with no issues. There was a long line in the drive through and our food still came up quickly and very hot. Their menu has a wide variety of choices for whatever you may be craving.

Best shakes in town go for fruity pebble's and captain crunch. Bussin they were so good.

First 2 visits here were great. Today my burger had raw meat and undercooked fries. I won't be visiting this fast food place on wilson way again. $21.00 for a meal that went in the garbage!

Food was delicious , drinks were okay i did expect them to be a little bigger, Service was amazing since I did ask for a few minutes more cuz it was my first time there, price for the food was right on despite how good it was 10/10 would try again.

Good hamburgers the sauce is pretty nice used on the burger. it's located on N. Wilson Way but worth the drive from the north side. I will eat there again in the future.
