Bruceville KinderCare

My 4 year old grandson attends this center and I pick him up 3 days a week for the last 4 years since my daughter and son in law work till 7 pm . I have nothing but great things to say about the center. They take pride in the cleanliness of the center. When they reopened after covid I was amazed how everything had a plan from checking in and out at a desk that was at the front door. To making sure kids were not going to day care sick, yes they would call to come get my grandson if he had a cough or runny nose and yes it was frustrating and annoying but they were just looking out for the other kids and teachers. ( and that's policy) . Most of the teachers there are wonderful willing to sit down and discuss concerns that my daughter or I had while on the care of the center . In the last 4 year my daughter has only had a few issues the biggest one was with with a teacher but it was addressed very quickly and in a professional manner . Every where has issues at some point but it's about how it's addressed. But what I can say about this center is you will not have to worry about your child while in there care . It's clean it is ran professionally.

I went to take a tour at this center and was absolutely intrigued with how dirty it was. I overall liked the location, but this is a place I would never choose to actually send my children to. The director was nice but seemed very overwhelmed at the time. Also when I was there for our tour it seemed there was a woman there doing an investigation of some sort, that was another really big red flag. Overall the cleanliness of the center was a no for me. Also the teacher's there seemed very burnt out and seemed as if they just don't want to be there which raises another red flag for myself. Overall I am giving a 1 star solely based of my observations of touring this center. It was unfortunately not a choice for my family, but good luck to all on your daycare hunt.

Do not register your children here. My three children all briefly attended this daycare only because the KinderCare facility on Elk Grove Florin was full :( unfortunately my 2year old boy only really had a connection with Alexia (2yrs teacher). When Alexia went on her 2week vacation all hell broke loose and the staff did not know how to comfort a scared child with difficulty to change. The very first day the director (Julie F.) brought to my attention his temper and behavior issue with her and the temp teacher. HES 2!! For the two weeks that his regular teacher was gone Julie and another staff seemed to single my child out and use forcefull words with him instead of showing him kindness and compassion. !!! Julie center director then decided to take it upon herself to video record my son on her personal device. She left out what triggered his outburst which leads me to question why he acted so scared and angry towards her and the other teacher?? Not only were the videos inappropriate to record but she ALWAYS VIDEO TAPED MY SON NAKED ON THE BATHROOM FLOOR ROLLING IN URINE!!! This is way past a violation of his personal rights but also extremely unsanitary and unsafe!! What was she thinking (and she's the director?!!) not only did she record my son but she decided the best place to show me all thesepersonsl videos was in the middle of a loaded class room during parent pickup! (There is so many more things that I could share regarding even what I observed here :( I just can't write it all. Very bad school. I Disenrolled all my children from this very poorly ran facility. I have reported them and social service has reported there faculty 3 other times!! Wow. Wish I new that before enrolling my children with them. PLEASE PARENTS; do your homework on child care facilities and even shadow a day or two when the staff do not know your there! Our children are most important make sure you choose a safe, positive and trusted provider. DO NOT TRUST THIS FACILITY.

Love this location! My little one is only 14 weeks young and It was so hard to even think about trusting anyone else with my baby boy. They make this transition so much easier. There so kind and loving to my little boy and send me so many pictures and updates throughout the day. Ms. Missy has won my boys heart in the short time he has been there and it shows every time i pick him up. They are also really good at communicating their needs in a timely manner. If he needs more diapers or bottles they let me know promptly. Would definitely recommend.

I love this KinderCare! My kids (1&2 yrs old) have been attending for almost 3 months and they love it. This is our first experience with daycare and, naturally, a bit of a transition for everyone. Miss Alyssa and her staff have met us with nothing but patience, understanding, and reassurance. We love the daily reports for naps and meals that include photos and videos, as well as the monthly/weekly themed curriculum. I feel comfortable and confident that my children are loved, safe, having fun, and experiencing/learning all kinds of new things! We are so thankful for all that they do to provide such a wonderful environment for our children to flourish.

Where do I even start? The staff at Kinder Care Bruceville have always gone above and beyond when caring for my children who attend. I seriously am so grateful for the director Alyssa and the assistant director Angelina for always being on top of things and keeping me in the loop with what's going on or if my kids are having rough days. Their patience and love for my kids is the reason I consider them as well as many other teachers there family. Facility is clean, each class has a curriculum geared towards that age group and my kids love going so much that if I skip a day of daycare they ask when they are going back! Thank you so much Bruceville Kinder Care staff for all you do for not only my family but for every family who attends your daycare I know I speak for many other parents when I say we are eternally grateful for you being part of our village in caring and raising our children and setting them up for success!

Alyssa and her team are amazing!! The facility is clean and organized . We are new to the area and they made the transition easy. First time our twins are in a daycare facility and they love it . Keeping me updated through out the day with pictures,diaper changes , what they are learning and how much the twins ate really made me feel comfortable. My oldest son has autism and they made him feel included and comfortable. It feels like a family when I'm so far away from my village thank you bruceville KinderCare .

Bruceville Kindercare is the best. Our 4 year old has been attending here for preschool and loves all the teachers. Clean facility, great teachers, and they are constantly keeping the kids busy with activities, singing, art, and outdoor time. We are so grateful for the teachers, they take such good care of our daughter. Ms. Barbara, Ms. Liz, and Ms. Gabby are her favorites. We appreciate you Bruceville Kindercare!

Kindercare is a wonderful place for little people to learn, socialize and grow. My son has been going there for about a year and absolutely loves his teachers, the director, Miss Alyssa and his peers. Whenever there is an issue, it always taken upon Miss Alyssa, wirh complete professionalism and is resolved in a prompt manner. My son has special dietary needs and the school accommodates him. I get daily reports of everything he does throughout the day which also includes photos and videos so I don't miss a beat :) not only that, but his teachers potty trained him in record time!Cheers to KinderCare!! We love this place :)

Simply put: do not bring your children here if they are older than 1. Our son had the best care there from 3 months till 1. The toddler class is horrible. My son kept coming home with inexplicable bruises and we kept giving them a chance after the next. Worst experience ever!
