Bright Balance Pool Chemistry & Service

I was looking for someone to maintain my pool while my home was on the market. I needed to find someone reliable and trustworthy since I was relocating across the country. Unfortunately, my pool repairman at the time was booked with clients. Luckily, he referred me to Trent. Trent did a wonderful job keeping balancing my pool chemicals. He also was wonderful with communicating with my realtor about any issues. He was great about notifying my realtor and her team if water needed to be added to the pool. He was able to easily turn off my solar heating when an unexpected issue arose. Also, his online invoice system made payment very easy. He truly knows the meaning of excellent customer service!

Trent is the best! Expert, dependable service and very fair prices. Highly recommended. I originally serviced my own pool and hired Trent to help with an algae issue. Once I saw his expertise and great service, I hired him to service the pool on a monthly basis. He has been servicing our pool for almost a year now and we don't have to worry about any issues.
