We have known Shawna and Richard for years, so when it came time to pick our wedding photographers, we immediately called them! First, our engagement shoot was amazing! We went to Santa Cruz and had so much fun! Shawna went above and beyond to capture the essence of Eric and I's relationship: fun, silly, and loving!When it came time for our wedding day, we had all the confidence Shawna and Richard would knock it out of the park... and they did!!! Our wedding was at Lake Tahoe Golf Course in South Lake Tahoe in July of this year. Shawna and Richard made the day flow effortlessly! When we got the photos back, we were beyond impressed and excited about them! The photos are beautiful and timeless! From the pictures of Eric and I, the first look with my dad, the bridal party, the detail shots, candid moments, family shots, dancing, and everything in between.. Shawna and Richard shot so many wonderful pictures. I am so happy to have these to look back on for the rest of our lives!Shawna and Richard are not only amazing at their jobs, but also friendly, funny, and professional. We love them very much! If you are questioning booking with Briggs photography... DO IT!!

We absolutely LOVED working with Shawna and Richard Briggs. They were excellent communicators in the planning months before our wedding and listened to every request we had. Shawna even allowed me to call her in the evening to answer a question I had days before the wedding. The quality of their images and the album they produce is outstanding. I would highly recommend using them for any photography needs!

Great people! They did a wonderful job on our wedding photos and family photos. They are first class and really know there stuff! It got very hectic the day of our wedding and they were able to work around all of our families many requests. Once again... Great people.

We had an amazing experience working with Shawna and Richard! We were planning our Northern California Wedding from Seattle and they were a pleasure to work with and made the whole process so easy!We did our engagement session in San Francisco and the photos were incredible. They were relaxed and easy to work with and put both my husband and I at ease throughout the whole session. We were even happier when we saw the photos-they captured us beautifully. We had the same experience the day of the wedding, they were so relaxed which helped all of us enjoy the day! We have not received all our photos yet, but the few we have seen are great and I can't wait to see the rest. Richard and Shawna also worked great with out DJ and our venue, they all had worked together before and had a great relationship, they were professional and kind throughout the whole process and it was clear they enjoyed what they were doing and who they were working with.

I have SO many good things to say about Richard & Shawna, I don't even know where to begin! Richard and Shawna are the perfect team. My husband HATES HATES HATES taking pictures, and they are the only ones who can get him to cooperate, smile, and have fun. Sometimes, it's so fun, I think he forgets we are taking pictures! From the engagement session on, a relationship builds with Richard & Shawna which allows them to really capture their bride and groom's personalities. The relationships they build with their couples seems to last as many of them come back after the wedding for maternity, newborn, and children's pictures. Since our Our wedding pictures were BEYOND gorgeous. In fact, our wedding was in July 2010 and because there are just so many amazing pictures, I cannot decide which ones to use to make our book. I could seriously go on for DAYS about how fabulous, fun, professional, amazing, creative and talented Briggs Photography is, but this review would turn into an essay! Bottom line is Briggs is the best choice!

Shawna and Richard are the best photographers in town! They definitely have a gift and work great together. They make you feel so comfortable while taking pictures and help capture great memories! They are very professional and great to be around. From our engagement shoot to our wedding, they make sure they get what they need, to make sure they give you a variety of shots. Although the wedding was on a tight time schedule, they were able to make sure we got the shots needed in the time frame that they had. They also make sure to give you some sneak peak photos just a couple days after. And we're excited to see what the rest of the photos look like. Definitely recommend them for any photo shoot needed. They are awesome people and make sure you are happy. They truly are the best at what they do and look forward to booking them for future events!
