Great selection of food on menu: burgers, steak sandwich, Cobb salad, fish and chips. Side dishes include fries, onion rings, potato salad, green salad, plus others for added fees. I opted for fish and chips. It was very good. Others in my party had burgers, Cobb salad, patty melt.Very friendly staff members. Slow service, seemed understaffed and slow, service improved after our order was taken, very fast delivery of our food. Prices are reasonable. Bar restaurant in a cool old building.

Went here the other day with my husband and it was nice. We went midweek and it was quiet, not many people there at all. Service was decent though the food took a bit to come out for not having a lot of customers. Still the food was good and pretty straightforward. My husband got the Buffalo Chicken sandwich which he said wasn't too spicy, but had a nice balance. The sweet potato fries cut the spice nicely. I got the patty melt and it was good, but certain bites were rather spicy. The spice wasn't uniform throughout the burger, which was odd, but I was glad it wasn't throughout, cause I didn't want it spicy. I did enjoy the bites that weren't spicy and my "medium well" request was perfectly executed. Overall it was a pleasant dinning experience.

Great place to stop when you come back from busy day on the mountain in Kirkwood Steak sandwich and couple of burgers (jalapeño, western) were delicious to all of us with fresh French fries. Regular and sweet potato,...And we also had live music on Friday evening! What's not to like...

Brickhouse brew is a cute little brewery in old town Jackson. We order the jalapeño burger and the argonaut steak sandwich, both medium-rare, with pesto fries and sweet potato fries. Both meals were absolutely amazing, we shared half of each sandwich/burger. Couldn't tell you which was better as they were both amazing in flavor, presentation, and cooked perfectly!! Only suggestion is to have grilled onions on the steak sandwich, the onions that fell off the burger we added to the sandwich and next time we come here we will request that addition. Amazing service, our server Skye was very attentive and checked on us enough but not too much. She was just as amazing as the food.

Delicious!! Sad to see a sign in the window the restaurant is for sale. Hopefully the new owner keeps the delicious menu! Please bring back the basic bitch beer! Had the jalepeno bacon cheeseburger and sweet potato fries. The bun was perfect, the hand patty was juicy and fries were hot. Yummy!

Brick house brews was very chill place to go and hang out . Good food and they had lots of I3eers to try . The waitress was very helpful and knowledgeable of the beers and food. Sorry I can't think of her name.

Gayle and I had a solid lunch experience here last Saturday. We were driving down to the Bay Area from Genoa (via Highway 88) and found Downtown Jackson to be a convenient place for Lunch. If you're here to hop onto Wi-Fi and stare at your phone for an hour, this is not your place as their bandwidth is barely enough to handle their own business needs. Past that:- Service was friendly, prompt, and otherwise stellar. - Our high table seats were comfortable and the dining room atmosphere was welcoming.- My Blue Burger (with Fries) and Gayle's Jalapeno Burger (with Onion Rings) were both excellent. - There was lots to choose from beer wise, but at the same time giving Gayle a fairly impressive wine selection. I was happy with my Porter, as was Gayle with her Chardonnay. - Burgers (with Side) were priced at around $16, while my beer and Gayle's wine were $7 and $8 respectively. We both thought that our meal was a good value. - There was easy street parking during our time here.

Very accommodating! They were able to take our large family without any issues. Not only that, but there were usually about three people assisting us with great service. It definitely feels like old Jackson. It's a brewery through and through. The bar is beautiful wood and it feels like you step back in time eating here. With one minor exception, everything here was above and beyond the expected. The onion rings were great, the little ones wanted another order. The green beans with the Chipotle aioli might be the second best thing on the menu (1st is to come). The spice was perfect and the breading extra crunchy. The wings were spicy and cooked perfect. The only disappointment was the cauliflower. The buffalo sauce was underwhelming and the blue cheese (spread) didn't work. The main dishes were great all around. Not one bite of any burger wad left over and the fish and Chios disappeared quickly. The highlight was the pesto fries and French dip burger. The pesto fries are drenched in fresh basil pesto with parmesan. The French dip burger is a burger patty topped with roast beef and onions with au jus. It's seriously the best of both worlds. A French dip and a burger. I will definitely be back for this alone. We made a reservation since out party was over 10, but you could definitely walk in and find a table without much wait. There is also the connected wine bar area that serves the same food and drinks, but has a counter as well.
