Staff was really friendly and atmosphere was homey. The inside of the tasting room has some great antiques. The wine was average.

This tasting room pours wine grown more than 3000 feet above sea level, possibly the highest in California. The wines (classic California varietals) were interesting but a bit strange, perhaps from the elevation but we were never given more information even when we requested it. I think the tasting room pourer was one of the wine makers, but she didn't seem interested in talking about her wine. The tasting room had small town feel and a good location which should have warranted a higher rating, but none of that small town charm due to the somewhat unfriendly staff who only smiled twice.
