Locally owned by a great family, BoxFit Elite training won't disappoint. I started going there a few years ago in my 40s and I got so much out of it. The camaraderie is really cool and the trainer/owner is awesome. Unfortunately I've had serious health setbacks starting in 2018 that that have precluded me from working out at all. But I'm hoping to get those setbacks under control in the next couple of months soon so I can go back. I highly recommend this place!

I started here last November as a serious inquiry and wanted to learn how to box as well as gain muscle. I am a fairly skinny female and wanted to know how to defend myself. I paid $150 for a one on one training sessions throughout the month, this also supposedly gave me access to crossfit whenever I wanted. I totally regret ever wasting my money there. My trainer was Shawn, he seemed very nice and goal oriented at first. I wanted to come here 3 days a week on my own training time to really learn as much as I could. The first couple days went well, he is a good trainer but as the days progressed he would book apointments that he showed up to 1-2 hours late for.I would confide with his excuses of being late and work around his time but after a while I could tell he wasn't taking me serious. I once asked him how his day was going (since he showed up late for our appointment) and his response, "Well I'm here". I felt like a nuisance on his day and I'm paying an absurd amount of money for this! I didn't go back. So if you want quality or one on one time and are really devoted to learning a new skill, I would NOT recommend this establishment.

Great Gym, Great Classes, Great Trainers! My sister and I joined Boxfit Elite when we saw a Groupon online. TRAINERS:Initially, we started with 10 personal training sessions with trainer, Cesar Felix. As soon as we met him, we clicked! He's personable, respectful, and overall, we feel very comfortable with him as our trainer. We've only been at the gym for a month so far and he feels like family! We Love Cesar!! He's incredibly supportive and knowledgable. We appreciate how attentive he is to our concerns (since we have some past injuries that tend to flare up. He teaches us proper form and pushes us to challenge ourselves through those 6am classes! In addition, he works closely with us in order to establish a clean and balanced diet to further maximize our results. As they say, 80% is Diet and 20% is Working Out. My sister and I enjoyed the gym and Cesar so much that we decided to sign up long term. We take classes 3x per week and personal training 2x per week and trust.. every class kicks my butt! CLASSES:The classes are Amazing as well. Due to our schedules, we workout mainly in the early mornings but have gone to a few afternoon classes. So far, we have taken classes with Lance and Jacob. I really enjoy the variety of workouts they have planned for us. As a "newbie" I was a little nervous about performing the workouts correctly. However, class with Jacob was great! He's very friendly, enthusiastic and seems to really enjoy being there. He first explains what each workout is and how to do it. During the reps, he remains attentive and makes sure the class is doing the workouts correctly. He pushes you when you start to slow down and he correct you when you're doing things wrong. I love that he puts so much emphasis on proper form (safety 1st!) Lance seems to be preoccupied more often than not, if you need help with your form or feel unsure about it, You Have To Ask, otherwise you may struggle and go through your reps without noticing your mistakes.. again as a newbie, I want to make sure I get into that habit of doing the exercises correctly, and as they say.. The Eyes Cannot See What the Mind Does Not Know. I like coaching and feedback especially when I'm doing things incorrectly. ENVIRONMENT & FACILITIES: Other members of the gym have been pleasant. Between water breaks and reps you hear "C'mon keep it up" and the clap of High Fives. Overall, I enjoy the energy and vibe. The gym itself is very clean and organized. There is No locker rooms but there is a restroom that is kept clean at all times. It would be nice if there was AC in the building however, they do have Giant fans to help with the heat. All in All, I'd definitely recommend Boxfit Elite!P.S.The "Gym Mascots" are 2 beautiful Huskies named Luna and Zoe! These girls are Sooo well behaved! They know to stay out of the way during sessions but also love being around the members. When I walk in they already know they are gonna get snuggles and belly rubs from me. I love them!!

I've been coming here since July '16. Trainer Louis Perez is the man who showed me the way the box! Thank you!! In just the short time I've been going here (7-8 months) I've made huge strides in many ways. This place has become my sanctuary. I've made great friends there who all help empower one another to push and motivate ourselves to the max. You can't beat the pricing either! The owner Lance is the man! Their other trainer Jacob is awesome. This place has slowly become my 2nd home. Check it www.boxfitelite.com. Last thing I'll mention about why this place beats your typical "in shape" & planet of the fitness is the classes. Nothing I hate more than going to those places and everything is taken so the plan you had going in is ruined - with the Xmas structure at the box you'll never have this problem!

Intense workouts in an energetic environment. Always new people learning new moves so you're never alone when just starting out. Trainer Louis Perez always makes sure you understand the importance and benefits of the moves and proper techniques so you get the maximum benefits from the workout outs without risking injury. He knows exactly how hard to push you...a little further than you'd push yourself so you can get results.

I'm from Texas but I travel a lot for work. I reached out to Lance to inquire about dropping in for a couple workouts this week while I'm in the area. He was very helpful and I attended a workout with Jr. as the trainer. The regulars are very friendly and the staff was informative and welcoming. If I were local, this is a gym I would definitely join.

There aren't a lot of gym around that really get to know the people they serve. Sadly this is another spot. Leadership takes service which means having conversations with people. Collecting a pay check is not enough. My direct experienceI've been here close to a hear and no trainer here knows my name.If I need an alternative I get it dumbed down which just makes me feel dumb for needing it.If your not lifting serious weight or keeping up you will get shamed. It's subtle but its there. *Not everyone has good days have some respect for where people are and help them grow don't shame them. I've overheard trainers body shaming someone obese, just not cool. Have you seen Olympic weight lifters? It's not about weight it about skill, if you train people they learn. Anyone can lift and do lot with the right technique but everyone has to start somewhere. Also the website is gender separated (only female/male; women get butts and sexy and men get gainz. I should of seen the signs this is not an equal space for all genders and bodies but damn they are nice until you sign a contract.
