Bouncy Bounce - Bounce House Rentals

This is our second time renting a bounce house from Bouncy Bounce we have been so happy both times. Delivery guy is very friendly, I appreciate that they clean and disinfectant after set up. Would absolutely rent from them again!

Hands down the best blow up party rental small business in the east bay. We have used them now for 2 years and not only do the kids have a BLAST on the massive 16ft water slide... customer service is top tier. They come set it up HOURS before party time and pick up later so you really get your moneys worth!! 10/10 in my books. Will never use anyone else for a party.

Bouncy Bounce is fantastic! This was our second time using their company and we were impressed both times.Jessica is great with communication and booking was super easy and simple. She texts the day before to confirm everything as well as email. Our bounce house arrived on time and was picked up on time.Noah the delivery driver did a great job setting up. He made sure everything was set perfectly and cleaned it. The bounce house looked brand new. The kids loved it and we were super happy too.Definitely will use again for future parties. Bouncy Bounce was phenomenal!Last year, we rented from ANOTHER company and they were late to deliver by several hours and late to pick up by several DAYS... this year with Bouncy Bounce, everything was phenomenal!The website was easy to use and pricing seemed fair. When I decided to change the date of my event (several months in advance) or add on more tables and chairs, I just emailed Jessica and she took care of everything. It was so easy!A few days before the event, you get reminders of what to expect coming up like paying the balance and how setup/delivery logistics. Then you get a text message about a more specific time window for delivery. On the day of, the driver texts you when they are en route (30 minutes away) so you also have the heads up.Alex, who owns the business, happened to be our delivery driver was on time and arrived wearing a shirt with the business logo. His 6-year old daughter happened to also be along to help - she was adorable, helpful and became quick friends with my 6-year-old birthday boy.Bouncy Bounce came with an extension cord, gaffers tape to secure cords, a tarp underneath the bounce house. They mentioned all this is standard but lets say last year's company didn't have any of this.After the bounce house was up, Alex vacuumed/cleaned the interior too! Wow!Then with the chairs and tables, he helped bring them allll the way to where we needed them. Our yard is deep so this wasn't expected by us but really nice of him.The bounce house design itself was phenomenal. Wish I took a photo of it by itself. It had one side that was all open with double slides - the kids loved it and the "Cars" panel on the side fit the theme perfectly! Maybe one day as they grow, they'll have even more themed bounce houses instead of mostly the ones with the interchangeable panels.Pick up by Noah was equally prompt and professional at the end of the day!I was so impressed by Bouncy Bounce and I really do love supporting local, family-owned businesses. I know as a small business they don't have the same ability to advertise as some of their competitors. If you are in the Tri-Valley area, I highly recommend them. They will be my "go-to" for years to come!

I absolutely love them! I have used them 3 times now, I believe. They are priced at the going rate for bouncy house rentals, but they have the best customer service and team. And this year when I went to book it online, for my step son's bday party, the date was closed because they were booked solid that date. I reached out by phone and they were able to accommodate me. I don't know anywhere that would do that. Plus they have the ones with waterslides! This is a must for early September parties.I liked that they were local and family owned. But what has me coming back is how nice they are, and I've read reviews on other places that do this and people complain a lot about late deliveries &/or terrible customer service. Not here. They always deliver and set everything up well before the party starts. The bouncy houses are always clean and look brand new. And they pickup later too so my step son gets several extra hours of fun at no extra cost. They text and email all the details so it's simple and if they say between 8 & 9, they actually show up between 8 & 9. They're very efficient and the rental process is super easy. They also have a variety of sizes and types of bouncy houses as well as other party games, and activities for rent. Plus they have many theme choices for the bouncy house panels. I've been extremely satisfied with Bouncy Bounce and feel that they go above and beyond, & have excellent communication and customer service. I highly recommend them and will continue using them, until my step son doesn't want to bounce anymore. Lol. This year we had a pretty big party for him and rented the bubble machine too. All the kids had a blast. We rented a Spiderman themed 6-in-1 bouncy house with a waterslide. It was awesome and impressive. Thank you so much, Bouncy Bounce! You guys are the best!!

We had a great experience w/ Bouncy Bounce. The ordering process was seamless, the communication was clear, and the customer service was excellent. The driver, Alex, was very kind and professional. The bounce house / water slide combo was epic! Everyone had a blast. We look forward to using Bouncy Bounce.

What a great company to rent from. A hit with both the adults and kids. It was easy to rent from their site, they sent multiple confirmations close to the date, and Alex was right on time with the delivery. He went through and sanitized the whole thing after setting up as well. I would absolutely rent again. A couple things to note: the 6 in 1 can accommodate around 4 adults at a time. The kids had no problem going up the ladder but it was more challenging for the adults as it would sink. If you're debating the banner, skip it. It looks totally fine without one and nobody noticed we didn't have one. Tipping's not required, but it seems highly encouraged given how much work it takes to set these giant things up so try to factor it into your budget if you can.

What an amazing customer focused business. My daughter's party was scheduled for Saturday but weather outlook was bad leading up to the day of the event. Bouncy Bounce communicated frequently during the week about weather status and potential re-scheduling options. We had time to decide until 7:30 am the day of the event to see if the weather is playing along. And it was!! The person delivering the bouncy house (Oscar?) was so nice and everything was such a smooth, professional process. The bouncy house was fully sanitized after it was blown up and the kids had such a blast playing in it. Believe all the 5 star reviews! What an amazing family run business. We will definitely book with them again.

I would Definitely use again. The communication was quick and easy to get set up and anything we needed for for my Daughters bday. Alex called in the morning to set up exact time they planned on dropping bouncy house off, he was on time and courteous. I appreciate everything.
