The customered service was about normal. They called and confirmed the day before and they were nice enough when they were here. When they brought the stuff, I rented a bounce house and popcorn machine. They wiped down the bounce house with some cleaner they had but it had obviously been put away wet at some point and had mildew stains all over it and it smelled of mildew. I got in and looked around and couldn't find any "active" mold anywhere but it did not smell good inside and the smell remained the entire time we had it up. The popcorn machine had also not been cleaned recently. I asked the guy if their backup popcorn machine was any cleaner and he didn't understand what I meant. Obviously looking at the machine it was dirty, there were even left over kernels in the bottom and in the little drawer underneath. From reviews I've read on party rental places that's the norm for popcorn machines :( They brought the stuff early and left it late so the kids were happy and they didn't mind the smell so alls well that ends well but I spent alot on this and will be looking for better quality elsewhere next time.

When they want to sell you their services they badger you with messages. When I've called and written multiple times to talk with someone about the $1500 bouncy house being set up an hour (late) into the party they won't return calls or texts. I would highly recommend you read the other reviews and not use this company. I've also put a call into SF parks and rec to remove them from the list or preferred vendors.

I've never reviewed a company before today. Never use this company! I rented a bounce house for a community event. They charged my credit card the day before the event. No call the day before or the day of the event. They were supposed to show up at 8 am on a Saturday. The driver pulled into our parking lot at 11:30 am...the event was over at noon. He gave me several excuses why they were late and why they didn't call to let me know they were going to be late. The driver left and we ended our event at noon. I called on Monday morning to ask for a refund and was told by Veronica that the owner would issue a credit to my account. I waited until my credit card bill arrived and there was no credit issued. I called several more times and each time I only got voice mail. In my final call I told them I would be turning them over to collections if they did not return my call. About 15 minutes later I received a call back from Veronica. Again, I received more excuses why there wasn't a credit to my account. I was told the owner sent a check and now he would have to cancel that check and reissue another check. In my last conversation with her, she told me that the driver was only 30 minutes late and I declined the bounce house. I again reiterated to her that he drove onto the property with only 30 minutes left before the event was over. She also asked me for my email address, saying that the owner was going out right then to get a cashier's check and would be sending it. I was done. My credit card company is now involved. This is the worst company EVER!

We hired this company for our son's 8th Grade Graduation party. We rented the boxing ring and the sumo suits for a Saturday afternoon, 1:30-5:30 p.m. on June 6, 2009. The company arrived an hour and forty minutes late, and gave us multiple excuses about being stuck in traffic, having one of their employees quit, etc. The company offered to leave the equipment overnight and extend our time to compensate for their late arrival - we agreed. We were told that they would return before noon the next day to pick up everything. About 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, no one had arrived to pick up the equipment. When I called the main office to inquire about the status, Bruce answered and said he had no one in the area to pick it up and that it would be later in the day. He made only excuses about how his delivery driver should not have promised that the equipment would be picked up by noon. He was totally indifferent to my concerns about how our business transaction. In my personal opinion, this is definitely a company who does not know the meaning of customer service, nor values return customers.

We rented a bouncy house/slide on June 7th, 2009 for our daughter's 5th birthday party. When they set it up, it wasn't the one we ordered. We were expecting one with a pool attached and made the entire party theme around it- but we were stuck with a castle instead. When we talked to the manager (Ralph) he told us there was nothing he could do to make us happy, he didn't even apologize. He offered us $50 off and told us to take it or leave it. Since we were stuck and expecting 15 little kids to show up, we kept the bouncy house. They said they would be there at 5 pm to pick it up. At 11pm we called to see if they were going to pick it up and they told us- "no, some time tomorrow "......we have called 5 times so far today..............it is now 3:15 pm and still no return phone call and no pick up. Our grass is completely muddy and demolished from the bouncy house sitting on it for 29 hours. We will never hire them again and neither should you!!!!!
