Fantastic experience from start to finish! The owner was very helpful and responsive when we called to inquire about making a reservation for my daughter's birthday party. It was very easy to reserve online and I appreciated their generous cancellation policy in the event of bad weather. Drew delivered the bounce house and was very communicative with us via text leading up to the delivery. The kids absolutely loved the bounce house! We will definitely rent from them again. Thank you for making our daughter's birthday so much fun!

Was looking for something fun for the kids to play for my daughters 4th birthday party. I'm so glad I picked this company to rent a bounce house from. From the day I messaged the company to the time of cleanup there was a hundred percent communication and they contacted me the afternoon before the party. They also came before the party started to setup and we're on schedule to pickup as well. David was who I was in contact with as well as the owner and everything went smoothly and the kids had a blast! 10/10 and would hire again if and when we would need a bounce house rental in the future.

I had a lot of apprehension about renting a jumper but Bounce House Rentals of Martinez didn't disappoint. It was easy to book. I initially booked online and someone called me promptly to confirm the appointment. I had intended on renting a jumper but saw the huge water slide on the website and rented that instead. IT WAS A HUGE HIT!!! The driver was on time and very polite. He did need an extra water hose and a few zip ties, which I did have on hand. The kids didn't get to any of the other activities. It was well worth it and we can't wait to do it again.

2nd time we've rented a bounce house from here and always the best experience. Website has clear pictures and descriptions of available jumpers and prices. Customer service is always prompt, answering questions, confirming rentals, day before and day of confirmations and set up ETA. The folks who are setting up are also friendly (and problem solvers if you need to be creative on set up and what not!) and efficient. The jumpers itself are good quality, and they do a great job cleaning it/ keeping it clean. And of course -- kids AND adults love it and always have a blast. So worth the money (and it's so very affordable!)

We rented a bounce house for my son's 8th birthday. They were incredibly responsive when I had questions during booking, the bounce house arrived on time and the communication the day before and day of the rental were excellent. The bounce house was clean, worked great and the kids had a blast. I would absolutely recommend- no notes!

This company was so easy to work with. David promptly answered my questions before I booked their slip-n-slide. The slide was in great condition and clean. Drew was very friendly, well mannered and did a great job during the set up and take down. We had a great experience aI'm sure we'll be using them again.
