We used this company to lease a copier. They brought what first appeared a nice machine. The machine actually was a piece of junk and never worked properly.When we called them to fix it, they told us that particular machine had no replacement parts and we had to upgrade and resign a new 2 yr. contract in order to have a copier that worked. They continued to bill us for the machine and never fixed it. Never Ever again will our company use BOSS. Also, now that I have paid the full amount on lease, they will not pick it up and are telling us it will cost at least $350. for them to come pick up the equipment. NO,NO,NO. Beware
