This is one of our favorite places in Plymouth. The staff are very nice and accommodating. We joined their wine club a few months ago and it's very flexible. Today we are picking up a wine futures order. I do recommend that if you have to use the restroom you use the one that's in the tasting room. You can also order food from Nora's kitchen and enjoy it while wine tasting.

Fun little tasting room, with owners of Mexican decent, playing off of Tequila's. Very comfortable, standing bar, with lovely decor and awesome folks behind the bar!

It had been at least 5 years since we came to Borjon. They are even better than what we remembered. Their reds were truly to die for! The lady in the tasting room was extremely knowledgeable about wines and Amador County. We tasted 5-6 wines a piece - we were able to share to be able to taste more. I highly recommend walking around the tasting room. They have beautiful Spanish saddles! They also have a restaurant on the premise that serves up Mexican food - who can resist that!?!

Naya was so spectacular! Easily the best wine tester I've ever experienced. Wes was also cool. Wines are on another level; great prices.

Excellent wines and staff. Borjon wasn't on our itinerary for the day but I recognized the logo and impulsively stopped in with my parents a few weeks back. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, taking us through their THREE different flights (we did one each and had a blast). The price point on a few of the reserve wines gets up there but their wide variety of Barberas are sensational. We walked out with several bottles and great memories. We'll be back!

I've been to Borjon several times for tastings and events like Big Crush and Behind the Cellar door. The wine is great but the pours are always very small, the staff are not very friendly and the food is not great (in the past it was a quesadilla) so we stopped going. We went again for Big Crush this year. I was hoping things had improved and was hopefully at the description of the food on the Bug Crush website ("Amazing food from Nora's kitchen"). I was wrong. Staff were friendlier this time, but did not explain the wine. Pours were small. The food was 1 cheese quesadilla per person. The lady serving made sure of that with a sign stating that and recorded down each one given out. Overall, we didn't feel very welcome. We will not be back.

Hello all, my wife and I belong to 5 other wineries in the area. We joined them(Borjon) for 3 months, we showed up for the first club release and they didn't know we were getting a shipment. Needless to say we have dropped it today since they forget to send us a shipment or even track it. The girl wasn't very sad when I said I'd like to cancel in person and just said bye.

Mixed reception at first. We were asked if we had a reservation, which we did not, so the manager suggested that he might have a table outside. He said he would check but never seemed to leave the tasting bar to check. He finally provided 2 glasses and menus and said we could decide which wine flight we wanted to taste. Eventually, a young woman started pouring for us at the bar. It was a little awkward, but they were busy and these things happen. Overall, the wine was pretty good. They also have food on the premises, but I overheard the manager telling another customer that the food was gone for the day, this was probably at about 2:30. The young woman pouring for us was shy at first but then opened up when I told her that a wine club member who is a friend of mine recommended that we stop at Borjon. As I said, a mixed bag.

The service is amazing! They take the time to explain each wine; they made me feel as if I were the only person in the tasting room, even though there were several other couples. Every wine I tasted was delicious! So glad I stopped; it was a wonderful experience.
