This company's Customer Service SUCKS! In my experience with them, they refused to work with me on a problem with one of their fire tables. Contacted them twice via their online form. Its been over 3 weeks and no response. Contacted them once via email. Been almost 3 weeks and no response. Hope whatever you buy works perfectly out of the box, otherwise, good luck getting any help from them. STAY AWAY!

Don't expect any sort of customer service from this outfit. I purchased a fire pit that was made by them. Right from the get -go, it had a broken leg, The customer service phone number goes unanswered, and sending a message through the website goes to never- never land. Tried to contact them through facebook, the message came back that no one was available. Very Very unhappy with this company. If there was a negative rating, I would give it to them

11/09/3020 Have a fire pit from Bond MFG. The gas valve had frozen up. Figured I'd end up having to replace the whole fire pit. Called C.S. What a refreshing experience. Niomi H answered the phone and was very efficient at finding the parts I needed. Replacement parts were much cheaper than I expected. Niomi came across as someone who really cared about helping you. Super nice & fun personality!Great Customer Service Experience !

The Owner of this company is incredibly rude. I called the main office to let them know that their truck drivers at their Lodi, CA plant, which is nestled inside of a dense residential neighborhood, have been using their engine brakes. This is a noise nuisance in most cities, including Lodi. I left a message with the main desk. I immediately got a phone call back from an irate and irrational business owner who CLEARLY needs to get out into the garden more often. He told me he didn't care about the noise level and that his drivers are independent operators. He said that he bought a manufacturing facility that has been industrial for 75 years. (He isn't from around here so he wouldn't know how considerate General Mills was to all their neighbors. They did a wonderful job keeping the noise level down.) I then stated to him that I reached out to his company first to develop a neighborly approach and that I hadn't yet submitted a formal complaint with the city. He told me that he didn't care and then invited me to call the mayor. Not sure if he inherited this company, but I'm certain his ancestors would be ashamed of his lack of professionalism and deep level of immaturity. Simply put, he acted like a man-child bully.

If I could give negative stars, I would!!Never purchase any of Bond's outdoor decore, especially gazebos. They are made of sub-standard materials and the design is flawed. After 2 weeks of having my gazebo up, the metal bars literally split causing the gazebo to twist and collapse. When I contacted them to just get replacement bars, not even my money back, they made me jump through hoops and then told me I was out of luck because they dont make them anymore.I argued with them about their warranty and they told me to take a hike. Although they did deal with me in regards to my complaint, their products arent worth the hard-earned money you are going to pay for them. They sell their crap at Home Depot, Rona and/or Lowes. Dont be a victim.

DONT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!We purchased a fire table that is falling apart. The entire top has disintegrated. This started happening 4 months after we purchased it. They instructed me to buy a paint pen that they recommended. A couple months later it started crumbling. They told me that they could not reinstate a claim but then in the same sentence told me I am outside side of the warranty window.

Fountain we purchased from Costco was giving me problems getting the pump to work. I called their customer service and the young man I talked to wanted me to send them a video of the problem and they would evaluate my issue and decide what to do. He was reading from a script and had no understanding of the issue. I got off the phone and figured it out for myself. I felt he should have directed me to a qualified person. Poor customer service. Product itself is good.

I called Bond and ordered a weather cover for one of their firebowls. When I received the cover it did not cover the the entire unit - It only covered the top half of the unit leaving the rest exposed to the weather. I contacted the company and was told by a representative that the cover was not for my firebowl it was for a different firebowl, that I should send the cover back and they would refund the cost - including shipping. When I checked my credit card a couple of days later, I had only been refunded for the cover, not for the shipping as promised. I called the company and was told I would hear back from someone. I received a call from Michael. He said they do not refund shipping. When asked why I should pay shipping for their error, Michael said it was their policy not to refund shipping for any reason. Michael ended up reimbursing the cost of shipping to me, but not the shipping I paid to return the cover to them. In short, their mistake cost me money out of my pocket because of their "Policy".

Purchased a life time guaranteed hose from Sam's Club. The end pulled off the hose which is a common occurrence after reading the many complaints on ******** web site. Bond mfg. keeps asking for the same information that was given to them twice. One big run around. No customer service. Call 5 times each time you need to wait more than 40 minutes. And answer we are working on it. My CID196684, call me you have my information. If you do not fulfill LIFE TIME warranty do not advertise. All most two month no answer or solve the problem.
