Never got it.Early in the process, client's mother/conservator did a large volume of research which contributed to the facts of the case. Except when responding to the initial inquiry to his office, he was unreliable in returning phone calls or emails promptly. After two years of little follow up with client's representative or the defendant's insurance company, a settlement was sought. The client's representative had no confidence in Mr. Boeger's ability to take the case to trial. In Mr. Boeger's consultation pitch to the client's representative, he stated his usual fee would be 33% but he would charge the client 25%. At settlement, he charged 33%. Unless you're looking for a very long process after defendant admitted fault, lots of wait time between contact or follow up by Mr. Boeger, and a less than favorable settlement result, you may want to extend your attorney search.
