This is my second purchase from Boat Country, took out my brand new North River to the delta today to realized my steering was reversed ( steer left to turn right and steer right to turn left) pulled it right out of the water immediately and noticed the boat was off set so the boat was a little lopsided due to incorrectly installed of the side rail on the trailer, missing nut on one of the u-joint. Man, this got to be my worst boat purchase experience. I would expect more from a high end boat. This is a major safety concern guys! Double check before you tow your boat home.

I have been going to Boat Country for many yearseven back when they were in Escalon they are the closest moomba dealer around here the people are very rude on the phone like i am interrupting them THEY HAVE VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE I am now going 3 hours out of my way to get the issues resolved on my boat

So far we've been extremely impressed with Colton and the whole Boat Country shop. We just purchased a new 2022 Master Craft from them and I know I was a pain in the A@& with millions of questions. Colton was never pushy and took great care of us! When we picked up pour boat it went smooth and looked great. There were a few tiny things with the boat he told me to snap some pics and go enjoy the boat and when I bring it in for service he will take care of them. If you are in the market for a new boat I would definitely take a look here! Thanks again Boat Country!!

I get that these are interesting times, but I have never been the only person in any kind of store only to be ignored. I was seen by at least two people who did not ask me if they could help me or seemed to even go beyond noticing me. Joke is on you! I had cash in hand and was ready to purchase a boat, but my business is going elsewhere.

Purchased a Hewescraft Ocean Pro, they hightly recommended some equipment (autopilot) which never worked properly. I tried to work with them for 2 years to get fixed and they never could. Now, the sales manager, BRENT, will not return my calls (even though I have left several messages with all his sales associates and have stopped by and he is never in). Got great service when the purchase was being completed but be weary if you have any issues after that.

what a wonderful experience! I went in with my son because we had kind of out grown our boat. we were looking at the boats and Jarrod came out to help us. I was tire kicking, but he spent a couple hours with us anyways with no pressure. in the next couple weeks I got a little more serious, but they had sold the boat I was looking at. I found a similar boat out of state but wanted to go talk to boat country one more time since they spent so much time with us. I was straight forward with Jarrod and he said let me see what I can do. he came back with a better boat at a better price. I have bought a lot of stuff over over a lot of years yet I'm sitting here amazed how my boat purchase went with Boat Country

BE CAREFUL BEFORE STEPPING IN TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!!I live in Los Angeles and saw online a brand new boat that I like at this dealership. I called the dealer and spoke with Colton the sales manager and we agreed on a price and closed the deal. I asked Colton to make sure that everything in the boat is good and ready to go (even though it's a brand new boat) because I live so far and wanted to make sure it's all good before I'm coming to pick it up. I was very excited and a few days after I drove over 4 hours to go and pick up my new boat. When I got to the dealership I see that the boat wasn't ready as the guys still putting things together and also found some issues with the gel coat. Colton assured me that this is not a big deal and can be easily repaired during off season.After I start using the boat every time I would find another missing parts on the boat, endless mechanical issues, parts of the boat not holding up and more and more issues with the gel coat. I was hoping that Colton and boat country marine will help me fight the manufacture to find a solution for my boat so I can use it and enjoy it. Unfortunately after they received their money and closed the deal it was impossible to get any help from them, didn't didn't even try to listen and advise on my issues with the boat. I have to deal directly with MasterCraft which are not any better then this guys.I would never go back to this dealership and during my bad experience with this guys, found couple other dealerships that was so amazing and helpful even though I didn't buy the boat from them.Colton and boat country marine you need to be ashamed of yourself. We purchased a new Supra last year and Colton was the best!! Super helpful with all the million questions we had and never pushy. We were able to build the boat exactly how we wanted and we LOVE it. Just took it in for the first service and the service dept was very helpful. I definitely recommend Boat Country if you need a new boat!
