Bluebells vape and smoke

This place doesnt offer refunds or replacements on any thing in the store I spent $460 on 1 item and used 1 time and it stopped working I went back to try and see if they could help they said sorry not their problem. They told me to contact the manufacturer which I did they sent me another part to fix the issue same thing I used once and it stopped working so I went back to try and get a refund to which they said all sales are final not returns and they offer no assistance to fix this place doesn't mention this before you spend larger amounts of money so you get screwed even if the product was bad to begin with.

The owner and his employees are great. If blue bells doesn't have it, no one does. The inventory is huge and it's always great to see friendly faces that care.

Came in beginning of the month to grab a new salt nic mod(novo by smok) he was really pushing for a sale nice guy. After purchasing he tells me I have a 6 month warranty.After say 4 days of using the model on its same charge and same pod with the same juice. Probably only used or puffed 10x .The model stops working , went back to the store. Dude tells me it was my fault without, hearing me out and what I had to say. I explained you said 6 months. He never specifically said with the shop or brand. So he tells me I have to send it to smok and the whole 9. The product I received had a defective post that doesn't spring back up. Idk how it was my faukt but after the frustration and argument, wasn't able to just simply exchange a defective product. Just another worthless shop taking up space.

Went in looking for a new vape mod and ended up paying $180 for a new set up with a new tank. To my dismay, when I went online to order the coils I found the exact same set up for $60!!!! That is a 200% markup!!! Do not waste your money here unless you like being robbed

Way over priced in my opinion. Went in today to check the store out. 2 stars because of the huge selection of e juice and mods. However, the prices are insanely high. I usually pay 35$ for 2 bottles of 100ml at another local store. Bluebell charge was 30$ for one bottle. Same juice can be bought online for 13.00. I also recently bought a new Geek Vape mod online. The cost was 70$. Bluebell's price was 100$ for the same mod. I also checked the prices for the coils I use, Bluebell's price was double the online cost. I've been vaping over 10 years and have never seen such high prices! Unless you don't mind over paying, or need it immediately I would recommend going elsewhere.

Another vape store in Stockton, wonder if they're affiliated with Galleria of the Vapes in Roseville because their layout is almost identical. The store is huge, they have a ton of variety. The guys that work here is cool but not really that personable... Anyways, I copped just a 60ML of a naked bottle. Not sure what it is, but the price was almost up to 30 dollars. The smaller shops I would go to would charge under 25 max. Wanted to give them a chance since they're new but nahhh, I'll pass on this one...

Ehh, honestly I feel like this place sells clones of not only mods but also bongs. Came here spent well over $500 and 2 of the yes only 3 things we bought are broken or defective. I bought a snow wolf box mod and it leaks constantly even with changing coils, changing glass, changing seals everything I could possibly do and still leaks everywhere. Ive been vaping for over 6 years and have never had this happen, I've also never seen a $250 tempered glass bong crack in a tiny chamber even though we were assured "Diamond Glass" was one of the strongest and best around. Overall poor product knowledge and no respect for customers money, hopefully this can save some people money in the long run. DONT BUY FROM THIS SHOP!!

This is my go to vape shop. I live in tracy and go to bluebells whenever I need juice or coils. They have chill honest employees so, that's what I really love about this place. Yes it can be a bit pricey, BUT in my opinion it's worth it. Their product is reliable. They have a ton of flavors to choose from so that's another plus. Also they have quite a selection on mods, bongs, pipes, dab rigs, ect. It's kinda funny how I found this place. All the pretty lights caught my eyes and I had to check it out. Lol! But overall it's a good place to go to.

on Sept 22, a young man from Bluebells vape and Smoke shop called me to let me know he had retrieved and atm card and checkbook that had been stolen from me earlier in the day. I had cancelled the card so it came up to tell him not to allow use and then the lady argued with him and ended up giving him also the checkbook and receipts I had as well, he kept the property after she left and called me to let me know he had this and would hold it for me to pick up. I am extremely grateful to this young man not only for retrieving my property but taking time to call me and alert me and let me know the police can see the video of the person as well. Bluebells, I compliment you on your clerk who handled this, he is an exceptional young man and I am so very grateful to him, please extend my thanks. thank you, Nancy

Over pricedI'm used to bargaining at places like this and getting a small discount especially on being a first time customer as I just moved here.They said they do that but only with ppl who are loyal to them I don't get it how can I be loyal to you if you don't create a bond from the first interaction? which at these type of places is making the customer feel special by making them feel like there getting a deal even if there not I guess place is only for bros who lived here the whole life Won't be back Sucks cus I work close by
