Blazin Cajun

Me and my wifes go-to spot. Very flavorful food. Great service and hospitality. Cool, calm and chill environment.

We arrived at 3pm on a Sunday we're seated immediately. The waitress was attentive and very friendly. Took our drink order right away. The food was great I ordered a lb of shrimp headless. The shrimps are big and meaty. The sauce I got Cajun not spicy so next time I'll do the next one. The sauce is thicker than other places which I like and so flavorful. I really enjoyed this place.

First time being there. We didn't know there was only 2 table to sit 6 or more. We waited more than an hour there for our table only because everyone already had met up at the restaurant. Our drinks came after the appetizer. My friend actually had to get up and ask for our drinks. The garlic noodles were no good. They did not want to refund for them.We took it home and fed to our dog.The customer service was ok. Everyone had a separate tab. But yet we didn't find out there was a mandatory gratuity until pay time. Any restaurant should not do this. It's really stupid. I like to tip base on customer service that was given. We like to tip good especially if it was good customer service. The cajun garlic butter has no flavor to me in my opinion. There wings were good. There fan in the ceiling will make your food go cold fast. Overall bad experience will not come again.

The people, food, ambiance is everything!! They treat you like family and really take care of you. I love the food..it's always made to perfection and it's always fresh!!! A note for the fellow readers..this is a family owned business so come and support and pay your TAB!!!! And if you really don't like your food then don't take the leftovers or the entire table!! Smh. I'm a regular and I love it every time I go.

First time trying this place, I already have my normal spot that I love but I thought I'd give this place a try based on recommendations from friends. The service was good they explained everything. We were the only ones there and then a few other tables filled up so it wasn't very busy. They were playing music so I was definitely entertained while we waited. But I must admit that I wasn't impressed. We ordered a combo that had a little bit of everything and went with the spicy house sauce. Honestly it was more sweet than spicy so that was an automatic no for me. But the food was good don't get me wrong. I wasn't a fan of the sauce for sure and we did notice we paid more than what we usually pay at our regular spot.

Wasn't feeling it. Just my personal opinion. They have a good selection of food but the seafood boil was bland. Didn't even taste like seafood

So much to say.. so little room! I wanted to be adventurous and explore Stockton for the first time. I heard so many good things about blazin cajun, and wanted to try myself. Let me tell you! I was blown away by not only how great the food was but also how wonderful the service was! Totally worth the 2 hour drive from Fresno. Sam and John has such a great team in Stockton. Their energy and upbeat personality encourages the rest of their team to spread joy at slow midday drags and busy nights! If I could give a 100 stars, I would. No exaggeration. If you've never been, GO! -- if you like spicy!! Try " The catch" house sauce and get it blazin! YUM

Pepsi S, first off this is YELP, as a customer of this establishment I am entitled to post my experience/review. YOU ARE AN EMPLOYEE/WAITRESS YOU'RE NOT SUPPOSED TO BE POSTING YOUR OWN REVIEW. And it's funny you only attack me out of everyone, because you didn't go and attack anyone else. First off, if you were short staffed then you should have only taken in the amount the 3 of you can handle to insure proper service. And as a customer we should have been given a heads up you were short staff. But us 4 adults never got that mentioned from you or the girl that seated us down with no menus till 20 mins later. That would have given us the option to just leave at that point. In should not take 30 minutes to get a drink regardless. A reputable place would have turned clientele down instead of trying to do the impossible. Your violent response to me is really not called for. I now feel personally threatened by you. If you go back and look at Blazin Cajuns reviews you can clearly see the prices and bad services is the majority of your one star reviews. I wish we looked at the reviews first because we would have saved us our time and our money and used it elsewhere. The self tip gratuity is suppose to be announced as you take our orders. It stated nowhere on the menu about gratitude on the menu we know how to read. We at least have a college degree and not working at a restaurant. Having 4 adults and 2 kids is not considered a large group. Also the comments about my boyfriend military statice really was a low blow. It's men / woman like him that allows us to be free in this county. I think you need to re think your line of work. Maybe go to school and get a education cause you attacking me like this clearly shows this is not your line of work. We witnessed several customers leaving because they had enough. All your attention was on the to go orders. If this establishment is on door dash. Then orders should have been closed. We know a friend that owned a restaurant and if the dinning gets busy they close the door dash. They don't want to risk the clients coming in and giving poor service. Since 3 of you can't handle door-dash, the 11 tables in there and the bar should just be designated just for door-dash because what is the point of a restaurant?Also what is the point of a reservation when we didn't get our food till 2 1/2-3 hours later and when she sat us down she should have told us there was going to be a wait because you guys were short staffed, you never mentioned that to any of us. My boyfriend wasn't asking about the pricing he was just asking why is it more for headless and head on since we don't eat at much seafood restaurants didn't know there was a difference between the 2 shrimps he never asked "how much?" And asking for military discount doesn't mean we are tight on money, it's just nice to get something for his service, i mean he did serve our country for you but you're clearly ungrateful for that. You never came to check up on our table "multiple times" you claim, you came to drop off our soda drinks after setting them down on the podium behind us for 15 minutes, then for the appetizers, and the shrimp basket for the kids, our tequila sunrises and you didn't even bring out our food, another guy did. Then you came after we're already almost done eating asking if we want refills, usually servers see an empty drink and automatically refill it not having us to ask you. Yeah you have cameras might as well pull them up and review them for your reference since you clearly don't remember. And with you guys all mocking us saying thank you have a good night when we left you just mad because we didn't give you an extra tip on top of the tip you guys already gave yourselves. I would've if the service was better !!Don't come here unless you want to get bad service and food poisoning I've read from other reviews ! I can make better boiling shrimp at home my house is better than this place !! Guess that's what we get for trying new places!

I've been here three times in the last 6 months and I can say it's really good now. Bc the first time didn't wow me and I wasn't going to come back lol. But Omg the second time it was soooooo good and extra spicy is actually spicy (but you gotta ask for it bc their spiciest on the menu isn't spicy). So here we are for the 3rd time. Good food, vibes and staff. Good place to drink too!!

I love me some Blazin Cajun! Flavor and spice is all there. Definitely a vibe in there too! Always playing good music. Gotta catch them when they have raw oysters on happy hour !
