Another amazing meal at Bistro 135, Best restaurant in town!Great service, excellent food, the salmon was outstanding paired nicely with lite sauce and veggies. Hubby had the Sous V crispy chicken, fantastic crunch, flavor, juicy and tenderAlways a marvelous experience !! Thank you BistroUntil next time

We arrived early at 7:15pm for our 7:30pm reservation. We were sat at 7:45pm, and was quite hungry by this point considering another couple showed up after us, yet were sat before us. The mac was piping hot and tasty, and a bit spicy. I would get it again. I honestly could've been full with just the mac and the bread and my drink, and skipped the entree. They were out of the protein for the risotto, so I picked the sirloin steak. It was cooked as requested but was a bit salty. The risotto was cheesy and generous portion. The bread was good, per usual. I took my dish to-go bc it was just too much food. My non-alcoholic beverage was tasty. We've had the same server a few times. Service was okay, but could've been better. Definitely make a reservation otherwise you may possibly snag a spot at the bar or wait a while. A family of 5 came in after us, no reservation and were quoted a 40 min wait but they only waited about 10-15min.:)

OK, First let me start this review with I have been coming to Bistro for years. I always enjoyed their food and drinks so much. They were always amazing and the staff here have always been and continue to be absolutely amazing. I recently went here (December 6th) and had a much different experience. I am a creature of habit and tend to get the same thing whenever I go. My son is also a super picky eater, so I am always so thankful to get him the pizza.Last time I went, they had a new cook. I went with my whole family and none of us were impressed with the food. It was definitely lacking the original taste it normally has. Not only this, but they have since gotten rid of any pizza. :-( . My son will not eat anything on their new "kids menu." He ordered the Mac and Cheese, but it really was awful... I would like to go back again soon just to see if they were having an off day, but now will no longer be able to go there with my son as I know he now wont eat anything here anymore. Please bring back the pizza! lol. I am really really hoping it was just a fluke day...but who knows. Normally, its amazing, but my whole family was really disappointed in our last trip here. With that - the drinks are always perfect and just the right amount to keep you coming back for more. I enjoy the whole ambiance and location. I really realllllllly hope it was a one off. I will say that the dining setting matches the food produced by this place. I've not lived in Tracy very long but have tried some restaurants and this is the place to eat. The shrimp appetizer, the artichoke dip, the macaroni and cheese all are spectacular. I've now eaten dinner and this week lunch. Let me tell you about the Parm chicken sandwich. Amazing!!! The chicken was hanging out of the side I could have made a whole other sandwich!! The he sauce is amazing , the cheese was melted perfectly. The chicken was crunchy yet moist. The tomato sauce perfect balance of acidity and tang. Everything I've tried here is well seasoned and I'll be returning again soon. I have heard issues with service but until I get bad service I'll keep coming here.

Enjoyed the grand re opening. The food was delicious! The service was great! And the ambiance was very modern. Love the attention to detail inside.

This place used to be my go to whenever in Tracy, but I was so disappointed with my experience there last night. We had a reservation for 2, but it took them 30 mins to seat us. We were going to a show at the Grand, so we barely made it on time. Now about the food. My friend ordered pasta. It was cold and tasteless. I ordered the Salmon. It was dry. The whole menu had changed. It was more expensive. The server bragged about their remodel, and I honestly think they are passing the price of it on to their customers. It's a shame. They should have left this place like it was. I will not be back.

This place is a gem, literally! Apparently they recently remodeled it and it has one of the most amazing floors I've seen in a restaurant. The food is amazing!!! It is the best in a 50 miles radius! They also have some nifty craft beers. I haven't tried their cocktails but they look like artwork themselves. Overall this place has amazing service and food. Their prices are very reasonable for the quality they offer. I look forward to my next trip to Tracy!

I have always been fond of this place, but now that they have a new owner they really took Bistro to the next level. The ambiance alone is a reason to visit, but with a new and improved,w da menu it makes this place the best dining experience in Tracy.

I came today to celebrate Valentine's Day and I had an amazing experience. We ordered the chicken Parmesan and filet mignon which were absolutely delicious! The portion sizes were great and we left stuffed. For their special drinks that evening we had a red velvet espresso martini and a strawberry mojito which quenched our craving for drinks! Enough about the food-- the atmosphere is great and decor is unlike other places in Tracy. On top of that, staff was constantly filling water, checking on tables, and ensuring that everyone was having a great time. This isn't the first time I have come since the grand reopening and it surely won't be the last.
