The Binford Shorty levers are freaking amazing and just what I was looking for! They shipped them same day and the quality is fantastic. If you rip through the canyons and corners on your Harley, then these are a must have item.

Paul's a pretty cool dude I bought my first German style helmet about 4 pm today from Paul. I was was to loose and I found this out by wearing it while of course on highway 99. I got off at an exit in Stockton to ride some back country roads on my 2021 Street Glide and the helmet came unbuckled, flew off my dag-gun head and got really jacket up, scratched, scared all to heck, the plastic latch also busted from flying off my head and nailing the pavement. Long story short lol I took it back to Binfords, a lady in the office, picked up the phone and called Paul right away and he exchanged it free of charge to a smaller size with no hassle at all! Awesome people here, awesome owner, Paul you rock man! Thanks for the awesome 5 star customer service today bro! I most definitely recommend Paul and his work also! Go into his shop! The bikes he's got in there on the show room floor will for sure make you stand and stare while the custom artistry blows your mind! Real talk!

Needed PM chrome calipers... Paul made sure he had them in stock and one was not.. he got the other one in 24 hrs and I was a happy camper to say the least. Paul is awesome to work with. Thank you for saving my build. Bike looks awesome now.

Dropped of my street glide front fender and front outer fairing for paint on Tuesday 6/22/21. Paul gave me a price of $325 for fairing and $375 for front fender since it needed a little bit of body work done. I agreed to the total price of $700 and he said he'd have it done in 7-10 days no problem. Parts should of been done on Friday/Saturday 7/3/21. No communication coming up to the 10th day so on that Friday 7/2 I called the shop to see what the status was. I was told they were having issues with body shop, finding the factory Harley paint, and they were super busy (which I totally understand but communication with your customer is key, don't wait until they call you to find out what's going on) so I wait another few days and on Wednesday 7/7/21 I call the shop again since I have not heard anything once again, they now say that they still don't have the paint and that they're trying to get it and that they'll have to run up to Sonora to get the paint.... Now it's already almost a week late from the initial time frame I was given but no problem, get it done and I'll be happy. Thursday I'm called for the first time to let me know they got the paint and that it'll be done either late Friday night 7/9/21 or early Saturday morning 7/10/21. Finally, Saturday morning I get a call from Paul saying they're done and ready for pick up but that he's got good news and bad news, good news is paint looks great but bad news is I now have to pay more..... so I ask what he's trying to charge me and he says $1120....which is kind of ridiculous. So to recap, parts weren't don't in 10 days like Paul had verbally said and wrote down and that I agreed to, absolutely no communication until I called in, then now I'm being charged more for the problems and issues they ran into?? Not right what-so-ever. I go in there to pick up the parts and sit down and talk with Paul about how i shouldn't have to pay the extra amount, he also tells me he can't lose out on that extra amount so if I don't pay it then he'll go "grab the fender and put another dent in it and give it to me if that's what it takes to lose that extra amount" I honestly didn't really know what to say. We had chatted for a few minutes but ultimately I just wanted to get out of there ASAP so we agreed on a price, I got out of there with my parts in tact and I will never go back and will never refer anyone to his shop. Also, prior to the paint issue I called Harley directly to see if I can get the paint and sure enough I could order the Amber whiskey paint myself and have it in 1-2 days. Sucks because I was hoping for a great business relationship but unfortunately I won't go back to someone who doesn't stick to their original plans/prices/or word. I have my own business and in 3.5 years of being in business for myself, I've never changed my prices on the day I completed my work no matter what issues I ran into, I've always been communicative with my customers no matter what (even if I'm running a few minutes late to a job) and I've never once told them to pay me more for my screw up. In business, if YOU make a mistake, you eat it, you don't make the customer pay for it unless it was their fault

Paul is customizing my Harley. From the gate, he has been responsive, super sharp and knowledgeable about bikes and has given me great advice on the build. As someone who doesn't know a lot about motorcycles, he has done a great job extracting what I really want and implementing it into the design. That's a rare skill to find and I really appreciate that. I highly recommend Paul and his business.

Brought my bike in for a quote to get some work done Paul was very knowledgeable and gave me the prices for everything and recommended wheat brands I should go with for quality. Great shop and I highly recommend it!

Binfords is a great shop! I take my bike the 70 mile drive to get it serviced.. Paul is a good dude and tanner is one of the most meticulous wrenches I've ever seen... he's built a few bikes for me and I keep going back for the great craftsmen ship!
