The best store for gifts. Love this place. They have great kitchen gadgets, small appliances etc. all at a great price. Women's baby/toddler clothing and gifts. Jewelry, slippers, hostess gifts, wedding and bridal shower gifts. And let's not forget cards! Also gave gift wrapping. One stop shopping.

I love this store! One of my favorite stores in Lincoln Center. A lot of hard to find kitchen items are sold here. The customer service is always great. If you they are out of an item that you want, they will gladly take your contact info and contact you as soon as they get the item ordered in the store. This store is always decorated for the seasons through out the year.....I LOVE IT! I love buying the single packets of hot chocolates they sell during the Christmas holidays...they come in a variety of flavors.

Such nice staff. Really cute unique gift ideas for housewarmings or bridal showers. They have greeting cards and knick knack items.They did free gift wrapping for a chip bowl I purchased for a wedding. It was so beautifully wrapped. I saw so many kitchen items I wanted to add to my wish list. Fun place to browse in Lincoln Center.

Hallmark on steroids!Best Wishes in located in the Lincoln Shopping Center and is a store that I've been coming to for many years. If you're looking for small gifts, greeting cards, baby shower gifts, small decorative or entertaining items, Department 56 collections etc; chances are, this store will have something for you. I usually come here during the holidays when I'm in town to see their Department 56 inventory and to pick up any last minute stocking stuffers. I was helped by Michelle who is also a Department 56 collector. I'm always interested in hearing other people stories so it was great that she shared her story with me.I was able to get a piece I had been looking to purchase (Dayfield's Department Store) and asked her if she sold an adapter that had gone missing for one of my pieces. She said they didn't sell it but thought they had an extra one in the back. A few minutes later, she returned and had the correct adapter and said that I could keep it at no cost. I had no problem paying for it but she insisted that I take it. I was so appreciative of her for one going to look for it, knowing exactly what adapter I was looking for and being so generous and giving the extra adapter to me for free. Now, that's taking care of your customers and I really appreciated that. Best Wishes has always provided me with great customer service in years past and this year, Michelle delivered once again. Awful customer service. Not a hello, can I help you, nothing. It has been that way for a long time.RJ

I was informed by a friend they posted a notice on the front store " Hiring" This was back in August 2024. I decided to visit the store to get a feel of the environment and their customer service. I have never heard of this store. So, I looked up the store information. I felt it would be a great place to work at part time. I have had several years of customer service in the past. When I arrived to the the store, I looked around and I did some observations. I asked the representative in the front counter about the sign on the front door, and if they're still hiring. She said "yes" and I asked her what I needed to do to apply. She handled me an application for the postion. The representative expressed to me the owner was on vacation and she would review the applications upon her return. I went ahead and I filled out the application completely with a resume and 2 letters of recommendation from previous employers. I honestly felt, I would be an excellent candidate for the position. I waited to hear from the employer. I never heard from the employer or the owner. I even took the time to call the store about my applicant and I went back to the store to aquire about the position. During my conversation with the lady at the front counter, I honestly felt I was being given the run around. I asked, "Why did they placed a hiring sign on the door for? I never did get a direct answer to this question. I know I was an excellent candidate for this position.. All I wanted was the acknowledgement from the store owner about my application. Did she even reviewed it? Would I have been hired for the positions? I felt, if I took the effort to fill out the application and I included additional documents to support my experiences. When I called one last time on Monday, 10-7-2024. I never received a directed answer if the owner ever viewed my application. Not once during my conversation with their employees, Was I asked for my name or phone number. So the owNner could contact me. I do hope the owner of "Best Wishes" will see my review. I was a professional educator for many years and I have worked in customer services as a young adult for 9 years. This is definitely not the way to treat potential employees, customers or an individual. Especially with the efforts I made by coming to your establishment and the phone calls. I know when I did customer service. If a customer would leave a message or call. We're trained to call the customer with an answer or suggestion within 24 hours. Thank you for reading my review. Best wishes is an amazing store with an amazing staff. I went in without a previous knowledge of their products and was able to find perfect birthday gifts for my husband.The service was excellent, cheerful, and I could tell they are very proud of work at the store. I will return to shop again, soon.
