This past month I have been searching for a Jennair 48" Gas Range throughout the entire CA and NV and in speaking with John @ Ben's Wholesale Appliance in Sales he said I have one on the floor in stock and will check with our management if we can move it since it's been on the floor for a while. After a day or so, I reached back out and instead of them playing the supply & demand game with recent COVID situation and overall shortages they decided to ensure I was cooking for the holidays. Many thanks to both the management (John) and sales team (John & Sarah) for making my family happy. I'm looking forward to the delivery and highly recommend Ben's Appliance!

Ben's appliance has outstanding customer service! They were committed in helping me with every step of applying for the burn cleaner program rebate to helping select an insert that clearly was needed for warmth. Their recommended installer also did an amazing job with installation and cleanup. I cannot commend the entire team enough (especially since I am very picky, and came back multiple times for changes and questions). After the install, I was even surprised with a small gift from the staff at Ben's Appliance that I never expected. Forever grateful in finding this business.

Rob at Ben's Appliance helped me with a fireplace insert. Explained in detail how the different inserts operate and also the procedure to request a clean burn rebate. After qualifying for the rebate, Rob helped me with the paperwork. Ordered the insert I wanted and when it arrived, Chris delivered it to my home and installed. What a great experience, I can't remember the last time I was helped from beginning to end with a project that went so smoothly. Both the seller and installer were very courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely professional, plus the insert is beyond what I expected, easy to operate and absolutely beautiful. On Nov. 19 we visited the showroom to purchase a range and dishwasher. Our salesman John was helpful and we paid for our products with our credit card in full. He advised that in 1-1.5 weeks (because of Thanksgiving) we would receive a call as to when we would like delivery of our items. After 2 full weeks and not hearing from them we had to call to see when they were planning to schedule the deilvery. Only after we made that call did they inform us that the items were on backorder.After another week of waiting and no further response or update on the status of our order we called again. They informed us they were in transit. Then we called in the middle of that week and they were "at the dock". Then they "can't deliver them because their truck driver is sick", then he was "in the bay area", then the "dishwasher isn't available becasue it hasn't been unloaded yet". Its just been the run-around with these people. We have offered to go to whatever warehouse they are sitting in and pick them up ourselves but the lady- Diane said she would call back when they were available. No calls have been made to us from Diane.Now we are at the close of another full week and 19 FULL BUSINESS DAYS from the date of purchase and we STILL do not have the products we paid for.This company shows no willingness to "make it right" and no sense of urgency to get the issue resolves (they do not return phone calls, do not call back when they actually say they will, and don't even answer the phone during their stated business hours--We can not get a hold of ANYONE to check the status)We are completely dissatisfied with this company and have seems like Jean M's review is very similar with the customer service issues and lack of willingness to fix issues.We will NOT be doing business with Ben's EVER. again.

I've ordered from Ben's in the past and got great customer service. They had a skeleton crew working, took some time to get back to me but loved my dishwasher!Prices are good. They used to work a package deal if you need a couple pieces or more. Give them a shot!

We bought all our kitchen appliances here when we remodeled our kitchen 30 years ago. Received excellent service. Our built-in microwave died and I immediately thought of Ben's. I called and spoke with a pleasant young lady who told me that they would need to order the microwave and it would take a while to come in. I said,"No problem." I drove to Lodi, walked into the show room , and was immediately met by one of the rudest saleswoman I have ever encountered. Told me that she couldn't help me and that I should go to Lowe's or Home Depot to purchase. I explained that I had the dimensions and was willing to pay for shipping and installation. She repeated that Ben's couldn't help me. Honestly, I was flabbergasted- I've never encountered such a rude "saleswoman." I thought the whole idea of a "sales" job was to sell your products. I left and went to another appliance store.

I want to support a local business but in all good conscience I willnot write a positive review. Not only was I told to buy the wrong refrigerator, but there was no attempt to correct the situation. And the salesman lied about what he told me to buy. I came to the store with adesigner, for a second set of ears. She supports my review. The refrigerator doesn't fit the space and the installer that Ben's endorseddid a poor job. I won't make that mistake again!

I bought a built-in refrigerator and gave them a $5000.00 deposit. It was promised in two weeks. That date passed and I had to call them to find out what was happening. For some reason, the available item was no longer available, and we would have to wait 6 weeks for our refrigerator. I canceled the order and requested a refund. It took three more phone calls and over a month for them to return my deposit.
