Belle Vie Vineyard & Event Center

I booked a wedding in April 2022. The accommodations through the process until event ( day before writing this) has been wonderful! Mara and staff have done great to take care of everyone. Price is wonderful, the bar lets you submit your own booze so that they can serve it to your guests, hard to find! Definitely go tour you won't regret booking your wedding, quinceañera, or sweet 16!!!!!

For starters I haven't even had my wedding yet, and I can tell you MARA is the go to lady!!!! She is the best! This was the first venue my fiancé and I toured, and right off the bat, from just meeting Mara we were sold!!! Of course we laid low and still toured 3 other venues, because of course FOMO, but seriously, none of the others even compared, and quite honestly none of them came with their own Mara! This venue is beautiful, it does have indoor/outdoor options, but ya know - COVID so right now only outdoor! They have two outdoor areas where you can have the ceremony/reception. The packages are very VERY reasonable! The views are also a plus! They are also building a 8 bedroom/ 8 bathroom home, which is complete and almost ready to be booked as like an AIRBNB - perfect for yourself/bridal party/ family. The Dj Mike is also a cool person- he does all sound, multiple set ups, lighting, and also has add ons- such as a photo booth! Really easy going fun guy! The DJ package can also be added on to your total package at a good price. They also offer a wedding Coodinator add on, which is a plus, because they work together a lot, the Coodinators are very knowledgeable in all aspects of the venue. It's really stress free.All add ons (Dj/ photo booth/ coodinator, ect) get added to your full total- so you are not dealing with multiple vendors/payments. Payments are made through Honey Book with Mara! They also offer quarterly menu tasting, of course after booking, so that you you are comfortable in the food choices you make. Also this isn't a review on MARA, but she is definitely a key aspect of this venue, I couldn't imagine feeling any more confident and comfortable in anyone else! My fiancé and I are booked and are scheduled to marry in May 2021! I guess ya might have to follow me, and wait till after I become a wifey for my next review on the actual outcome! For now, it has been really been easy going and stress free so far, and I have nothing but high hopes, it will truly be a dreamXoXo, NML!

There are a lot of beautiful venues in the Bay Area, and this is definitely one of them. But the number one reason why you should consider Belle Vie versus any other venue is the team. Mara is 100% the reason why our wedding was an absolute highlight. Despite all of the ups and downs of 2020, Mara was right beside us through the entire way and delivered exactly what we were looking for. Mara and her team exemplify top-tier customer experience, and I look forward to recommending this venue to all of my friends.

First off, I just want to say working with Mara was amazing. I couldn't have asked for a better venue & a better person to work with. After losing my venue a month before my wedding, she was there for my husband and I through all the struggles & was so helpful with every single thing that came our way. We are very blessed to have been able to work with Mara, she is such an amazing person. When we saw Belle Vie, we knew that losing our prior venue was probably the best thing that ever happened to us, because we literally had the most beautiful venue we could have ever asked for. The views of the Delta are beautiful & the scenery is just gorgeous for all your wedding photos. I HIGHLY recommend you to check this venue out, you will not regret it one bit.

Went for Mother's Day brunch on May 10, 2019. The venue is BEAUTIFUL. The weather was GORGEOUS. The caterer was TERRIBLE. For a venue that nice, the food did not match. First, the event was advertised to start at 2:00 p.m. When we got there, we were told that the food would start at 2:30 p.m. The first course did not reach the table until probably 3:00-ish. It was "grazing" style food - served on plastic Safeway platters. First course was an antipasto appetizer tray (which ended up being the entire meal's only saving grace), second course was shrimp cocktail (served with some kinda tomato sauce and in plastic cups), third course (the actual meal served family style) was 3 slices of medium rare beef, chicken pineapple skewers (with some kinda disgustingly slimy marinade on it), and "roasted" vegetables that came out cold. The entire plate was for a table of 8. Dessert was a collection of every day-old pastry you could find at Safeway. Several people talked to management. We were told that the food was executed by an outside caterer. If you're interested in going to this place I would highly recommend it, but choose someone else to do your food and make sure they start on time.

We had a wedding there recently. All the planning up to the big day was great. Mara was very pleasant to work with and very accommodating. The food was excellent. The only issues we had were they did not set for the amount of tables we were promised (so that threw off the seating chart as a whole table had no where to sit except for splitting into singles and adding to existing tables) and they LOST THE WEDDING CAKE after it had been cut and put away to save for us to take home (you know the old "save it for a year then eat it" tradition). Very disappointed :(

This is one of the best event venues you will find in the area! I would venture to say that it's beyond amazing! They have several areas for your event including inside space and a beautiful courtyard with large pillars! They have breathtaking views of the delta for your photos including their own boat dock. The staff is extremely helpful and you can tell they truly enjoy what they do. I would highly recommend checking them out!

I have been to two events at Belle Vie Vineyards and both were exceptional! My son got married there in September 2020 and everything was beautiful, the food was very good, the staff was very nice and the night was just gorgeous. Yesterday I went to a Celebration of Life. Mara was so helpful in helping with this difficult situation. She was very sympathetic and she and her staff went above and beyond to help make the arrangements easier for my friend. The event turned out beautifully! The price is right, the place is gorgeous and the staff really treats everyone like family! I would highly recommend this event center! Nothing but praise and great things to say about both experiences!

Attended Mother's Day Lunch and it was the not good. My issue...if you own an event center FIRST make sure you can run an event successfully. I will say the grounds were beautiful and it was a very nice building. They don't get 5 stars just because I wouldn't have them manage an event. I would have my own outside team manage every aspect.

Mara is the best ever! After viewing five other locations this place was the most beautiful, flexible and had the best pricing package. Mara was super patient with us went through everything thoroughly she made us feel like we had a choice unlike other places who just want to take your money and then you have so many rules to follow. I'm proud to say my fiancé and booked with this place we now have a wedding date!!
