Bella Rose Apartments

My wife and I have been jere for 4 years. I really like it here. They are attentive and extremely Accommodating. They keep it very clean and never hassle the tenants. Tons of restaurants and other stores within walking distance. Right off the freeway and quiet! I'm a fan and plan in being here atleast two more years.

Unfortunately I feel like I need to rate Bella Rose at this time. I actually love the complex , and the facility. The staff is absolutely great. Our apartment is beautiful. You might wonder why I'm writing this review. Why I'm only giving one star. You need to feel safe and secure wherever you live. In the almost three years we have lived here we have had our cars broken into four times and had one vehicle stolen. It has cost us out of our pocket thousands of dollars. We have paid to replace car windows, had to replace items that were stolen , and had to replace a vehicle that was stolen. We pay extra for this apartment complex to feel safe. It doesn't appear that the owners of the complex really are very concerned about this ongoing problem. We're supposed to have a company securing the complex but I'm not seeing that

The apartments are really nice, very spacious, and no sound from the neighbors. The community is very friendly, and the property manager is fantastic. The sound from loan tree can keep you up at night if you live on the street, but with in the park it is super chill. Although the place does its best to keep crime low friends of ours in the complex have had their cars stolen and broken into. The price is really high, especially when I hear what first time home owners are paying for mortgages in the area (thus 4 stars instead of 5). As to the apartment amenities, they are nice, the kitchen cabinets and appliances are great, and when you have an issue they take care of things quickly. The pool is kept clean and the spa is always working. All in all a great place to live if you have the $

I loved living here. Richard was super nice as well as maintenance. They were very responsive whenever I needed something. Richard assist with our move in and made it easy and fast. The property was always well maintained.

I have lived at these apartments for 5 years. Recently we have had homeless infiltrate our wonderful community. There is garbarge and constant shopping carts going in and out of field, and walkway behind apartments. It is very heartbreaking. I have always felt safe there and now not so much. The Antioch Police can do nothing and our management company is not taking too seriously. What used to be know in the area as the nicest apartments in the area are now known for the apartments with all the homeless people.

lived here for a couple of years, while the location was great things began going downhill towards the end of my stay. there were constant changes going on with staff with the last ones being the least helpful when it came to finding out information on the utilities which were supposed to be included. a majority of the time the pool was out of service and there were 1-2 times the hot tub actually felt like a hot tub. the rest of the time the temp was very lukewarm. eventually a homeless encampment popped up on the fence outside of our front door. there are no safety measurements if you don't live in the gated area, and they expect you to pay for a key to get into the gated area despite that being where the mailboxes are located. as far as maintenance goes they weren't helpful and would refuse to change our air filter or say it looked fine when it would leave us sniffling.

As everyone below was saying below, ever since the change in management it seems that they cut down costs for the safety of everyone. The ones in charge upfront are not as friendly compared to Casey and Lauren who were the ones that used to accommodate concerns. It's sad seeing this place go this way, unfortunately. There is definitely a lack of knowledge of customer service.

Constant car break-ins, gated mailroom was broken into 2x- entire mailbox shelve crowbarred open, homeless bent metal bars to pool area and took baths in spa during Covid, and latest- someone used a ladder to get to my second story patio and steal our bike. Then placed ladder over creek fence and CAME back hours later to pick up! Security patrol drove by but didn't stop while I was talking to police officer and made no report to management; they are not competent or effective. Pool area used to be gorgeous and pristine, now it is dirty, trash everywhere, and never cleaned properly. Reported jacuzzi not working 3x, now murky water and dirty. Lived here 2+ years and ever since FPI Management took over last year, things got bad. It is no longer safe, clean, or maintained. Management is unresponsive and doesn't seem concerned. Disappointing to see once beautiful and safe property go downhill.

My daughter and I have lived here for 3 months and we love it here. It's peaceful, there's a nice trail in the back for us to take walks and ride bikes. The units are beautiful and clean! Maintenance is super on point!! (I called maintenance twice to help me switch out my shower head and it didn't even take long at all! Also, maintenance helped me throw out our jack-o-lanterns that quickly rotted from in front of the front door) Everyone in the office is super nice and helpful! Even the process was super easy; scheduling a tour/paperwork etc. Our neighbors have been here for YEARS (5, 9, 15 years) and they love it here. I can see why.

since this apartment had a new management, this place is not safe anymore. no security patrol on site in the evening. my bf company truck was broken into 2x. homeless being seen in daylight using our jacuzzi in the middle of pandemic. Since richard left , nobody cares about residents concern.Now, the 2nd floor of one of the complex was burglarized.
