very nice hotel and service! the cleaning lady made sure to check if we needed our trash taken out or fresh towels. Thanks guys!!

Just left this Hotel after a 3-night stay. I am never staying here again. For the 3 nights I stayed, Not once did they change the sheets or bring more towels. When I requested them, the rude lady in front said that the cleaners were done for the day. I continued to ask nicely for the room to be made, she told Me she would work on it. No one ever came.Depending on what room you get, when the train passes by your room will vibrate and you will hear the train multiple times a day at All hours.On checkout, I requested a late checkout, but of course the lady in front quickly shot it done saying the cleaning ladies were leaving early today.This hotel is conveniently located for Me, but i will not be staying here again.

i needed a working business center, didn't work. i don't believe it worked when i stayed here before. also, they are short staffed so they only clean the shitty rooms that are so far from parking. you would think if someone books a room that is not cleaned yet they would prioritize after check out the manager charges me 50 for their shampoo bottle falling off shower wall. then hangs up on me while on the phone. disgusting rude human. and woukdnt let me have contact information for property owner.

Dianna is the best worker!!! She is always friendly fast and efficient!!! She is a treat!

Worst night ever! People in and out all night, arguing and loud talking. Appears they may have long term resident, though they denied it. Would not stay here again! Girl at desk very dismissive and said she would speak to manager, but I doubt it!

Little noisy next to the highway abd trains gotta be a deep sleeper to sleep through or buy some good ear plugs The staff are awesome the rooms are nice and clean Pretty nice digs

I would give this place zero if I could. Lady at front desk is a total joke. She does not do anything extra related to her job. She was very rude. Her name started with a T. I had no tv due to the horrible accommodations they have.room smelled like a dirty sock.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. My room was excellent, I had the swimming pool all to myself it was beautiful the hot tub also and their top-notch state of the art workout room was excellent! The breakfast was excellent...they had scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, Bagels, fruit, juice & coffee, and cereals. It was excellent! all the hard-working employees deserve five stars! I will definitely be returning. The area is very safe, lots of parking. thank you, from room 233...

You get what you pay for...a decent value for the area. Room was a bit chilly even after turning on the heat it started to blow only cold air. That was disappointing since the overnight temperature was 34 degrees. It was also quite uncomfortable just sleeping on sheet. There are no blankets or comforters in the room as additional bedding. I understand that covid may have required for stricter cleaning but when its cold outside you should be able to be warm in your room. I also asked if there was availability to change to a room with 2 queens and instead of the King that I booked upon check in and the receptionist said that I had already been charged for the king. But I requested to pay at the hotel when I checked in and even paid a higher price to do so. I don't understand why everything has to be nickeled and dimed, but you do get what you pay for.
