Bay to Bay Jumpers

Need a bouncy house? Bay to Bay Jumpers delivers, both literally and figuratively. We paid a deposit, they came (early) and set it up and came and picked it up (with a little bit of a grace period). This is not their first rodeo, so they knew what they were doing and were able to help us move furniture around as not to completely ruin our trees.The bouncy house was huge with a bball hoop and slide inside. It was big enough for about 12-15 5 year olds - it was quite massive.They were professional, quick and easy. My five year old and his friends had a grand ole time, although I didn't realize that bouncy house for five year olds is the equivalent of fight club/mma cage fighting, but, hey, what doesn't kill ya makes ya stronger.

Quick set up with a quality jumper. The office could be a little bit more professional as well as the delivery guys but they did great work. I found it weird that we had the Jumper booked to a certain time, but they asked us to deflate it an hour in advance so they can pick it up. They did not come until an hour after pick up so we could have left it up to her more time. I would suggest discouraging asking for a tip multiple times. Let people tip you if they want to. Asking for a tip time and time and time again is Unprofessional and uncomfortable.

Fantastic service for my son's 7th birthday party! Liang was super helpful with getting everything set for our party and the delivery and set up was prompt and just what we wanted. The kids had a blast for the entire 3 hours!

‍ is all I have to say. They kept talking about quality like I was going to purchase the jumper but I was just looking for rent it for a day. They asked me for proof of competitors pricing, trying to force me to tell them who offered the lowest (which I didn't, I keep privacy for all business relations) and even with proof (name crossed out) they still said that they couldn't do it. I did the work to get competitive pricing because they'd say they'd honor it but didn't end up honoring it ‍ RED FLAG the only advantage with this company is they responded pretty fast. Even if they said no from the get (and not have promised they'd honor pricing) I probably would have gone with them just because we were engaged in chat the most. But if you can't keep your word, you can't earn my business. ‍

Liang and the team was amazing. Liang made it very seamless with on immediate responses and was very accommodating to last minute requests. We rented a 5-in-1 jumper for my child's birthday party event and the kids loved it. Equipment was in great and clean condition which is a plus. Driver dropped off and picked up the unit in a timely manner. Would definitely come back for jumper rentals, will look into other services they offer for my next event! This was my first time renting from Bay to Bay jumpers. After messaging several other businesses and some not even responding to me, B2B jumpers texted me seconds after I inquired about a jumper. Really professional and even though their prices were a little higher then others I decided to go with B2B because they were straight forward. Their website was really helpful with deciding what jumper I wanted to go with. Definitely will contact B2B next time I need a jumper

I called from Yelp and got in touch with Liang the day before I needed the bounce house. He was able to set me up, confirm insurance coverage for Berkeley, work with the driver to arrange delivery in my time window, and was overall just awesome and responsive. The drop was on time; the team that set it up was friendly and professional. Also, I didn't need to wait around at the park for pickup; they were cool with me just leaving it there. Payment was fast through Zelle and felt professional. Amazing experience and will 100% use them in the future.

Liang was super helpful for a last minute jumper rental for a community event. The jumper was timely and was able to withstand the SF wind very well. The delivery team was super helpful in securing the jumper and making sure we would have no issues once they were gone. I will definitely be renting from Bay to Bay Jumpers again.

Communication with this vendor was fantastic. In advance of my event, Liang clearly answered all questions I had and was transparent on pricing. On the day of the event, he was available via text. The folks who actually dropped off the bouncy house and set it up were also easily available on text/phone and responsive. They showed up to the park on time, set everything up properly, and came back promptly to take it down. Liang followed up the next day to make sure all had gone well. I was a big fan of how easy this was to arrange, and my preschooler and her friends were big fans of the bouncy house itself :) I'd absolutely use Bay to Bay Jumpers again.
