The receipt that told the cop will be there in 30 min but show up at 7:30 and charged $387 super unfair and dishonest.

My driver got stuck in Alamo I have my tow company on the way but the owner of the property that my driver got stuck called the police and the police called this tow company at 5:15 and they told the police they will be there in 30 minutes but they didn't show up until 7:3 and charge hourly rate. I couldn't believe this type service. My tow company should have been there at 6:30 and I would have saved $250.This is too much charged $387 for 5 minute service and told us 30 min to get there.

My car was impounded by them. The front desk lady had an attitude when filling out the paperwork. No customer service skills whatsoever. After getting into my car, I found a rusted razorblade and broken plastic that didn't belong to me. It also looked as if they had trifled through my glovebox. If you do get your vehicle towed from them, PLEASE check to see if it had been trifled through. Do not use them for any type of service. They are over priced and don't care about their customers.

My boat trailer lost a tire on the highway and Bob came through with a long bed that was wide enough as well when AAA couldn't help me. Towed it all the way home for me and safely dropped it in my driveway. Great service, great company!

THE OWNER IS A CROOK!! A company with bunch of incapable. My wife's car was towed by these guys in May 2018. When we got the car back, the steering wheel was bent and it was impossible (not to mention extremely dangerous) to drive it. But anyway, the staff there told us "not our fault, reach out to the boss". We ended up paying $3,300 to get the whole thing fixed (our insurance company paid part of it but we still had to pay a $1,000 deductible). After working 6 months with my insurance company, we have not been able to get our money back, the owner systematically refused talking with us (he's so pitiful that he will let his secretary do the talking. We're taking it to small claim courts.

Might be open 24/7 but you can only get help if the office is open. If you crash Saturday won't get help till Monday. Crashed but no one explained that I couldn't get my car released unless the office is open..... car stayed longer then needed due to lack of communication. Person on the phone really didn't sound happy explaining anything. Not a friendly business

I made arrangements to retrieve my things from my car that had been totaled. I was told it was ok, showed them that I brought my spare key so I didn't need them to find the one they had. 3 minutes later, the old guy in charge stormed out yelling at me. He accused me of stealing my own belongings (which I have a legal right to retrieve, no matter whose car it is), finding the spare key in the car and lying that I brought it from home, and of stealing my own purse THAT I HAD WALKED IN WITH which he tried to yank out of my hand. He kicked me out and threatened to call the cops.10 minutes and a call to my lawyer later, I was set to retrieve my things. No apologies, nothing. No, 'Sorry ma'am, I shouldn't have yelled at you, accused you of being a thief, tried to steal your purse, and threatened to call the cops. You were being honest. I was just being an asshole.' Nah, he just hid in the back of the office when I went back there to pay the storage fees. Hadn't even alerted his staff as to why I might be upset with the company, so I received exactly zero redress.

Terrible service, especially the customer service. I was deceived and made a fool, I was charged for mistakes that the company itself caused. This is nonsense. I'm outraged that a company like this can keep operating this way, acting in bad faith with customers and doing such poor service.
