There was a last minute cancelation that was posted in the community Facebook. I thought this would be a good addition to our already planned BBQ. Tyler's came over and set up a bounce house in just a few months moments . He was very professional and gentle with my two kids running around him asking a billion questions . I requested multiple quotes for a bounce house with a slide for my toddler's 3rd birthday. We weren't having many kids over but wanted something fun to keep the kids outdoors. The original company never replied to my quote request, but Tyler was quick with a fair quote and very responsive with questions! He reached out with a quote, followed up on interest, and ended up working within our budget to make our toddler's birthday a success!All the kids, both big and little, enjoyed the bounce house and slide! It was hard to keep them out when it was time to give it back. Tyler definitely made the experience a stress free one, from the great communication to the timely delivery and pick up, he was truly amazing!We really had a wonderful, hassle free time when renting from Tyler. We've rented bounce houses for both my kids parties through Bay Area Fun and Games! Both times we had a great experience. Tyler was very communicative throughout; he was quick to provide a quote and contract and he texted the day before our events to coordinate drop off and then was timely for pickup as well. I would definitely rent from them again!
