I'm not from this area. We actually googled this store. They have this huge beef jerky pack I believe is 1 lb for $22. Bomb!! My brother loves it so much, he bought 2 before heading back on our road trip. Limited supplies of things. You have to ring the door bell and they buzzed you in. They have cameras on you here. Looks like a small house from the outside. They didn't have many things. My 2 stars is based on the chicken eggs that wasn't ready yet. I'm not sure if it wasn't ready or if it's gone bad but we threw out the whole batch. It was disgusted. It smelled and tasted funny. The eggs wasn't fully developed yet because it's like eating a regular eggs but expired....Parking was confusing though. I feel anyone can park anywhere here. Elder ride motorized scooter on an actually street going opposite direction here. Small parking lot.

Just a average Khmer Market, you can find the typical khmer spice and traditional cooking ingredients here.

Just what I was looking for. I was vacationing in San Francisco and was craving some authentic Khmer food. So, I decided to drive about 100 miles to Modesto. I'm glad I did because the fried egg rolls with the sweet dipping sauce was worth the trip. I had the pan fried noodles with the sweet fish sauce as well. They both tasted just like how my Mom would have made it. Overall, I will be adding this trip to my future itinerary when vacationing near the area. The cashier (a younger gentlemen) was nice as well. The Auntie was sweet. Be warned that the store is very cozy and small. The selection is great if you're looking for South East Asian ingredients. During the time of COVID only 5 guests are allowed in the store at one time. You ring the door bell on the outer door and then the door will unlock. Check it out and you won't be sorry.
