Bass Tub Bay Tours

It's fun to try different charter boat or ferry lines and companies...I went with my parents sometime..it's a nice activity..different lines...go out on the water for an hour and see alcatraz and the bridge..it's nice..the weather is nice in the spring..it feels energetic and an old tradition in San Francisco..for all kinds of people who want to do something entertaining..fishing boat..it takes more time and skill to practice fishing..wharf is nice and crowded with strangers..on holiday in the spring.

Always a great time on the Bass tub. These guys know what they are doing. We got our limit of crabs within an hour and a half. Thanks again for all the hard work!

We all had a great time on the charter, Captain Aaron and first mate Patrick were very friendly and easy going. They helped bait our hooks and made the whole experience enjoyable, even if you sunny know what you are doing they made it very simple for you. Parking was also easy (anchorage parking garage) and was validated. Will definitely do this again!!

I have been fishing on charter boats for 40 years and the Bass Tub is my favorite charter fishing boat in the SF Bay area! Fish for salmon, stripped bass, halibut, rockfish and crab, I`ve been on all these different trips and I always caught limits!The boat is out of SF so it can get out of the bay and return back to dock faster than the boats from the east bay. The Bass tub boat also has the best value compared to other local charter boats. They supply the rod n reel, live bait, close parking (validated) so just bring your fishing lic., snacks and drinks.The boat is super clean and well maintained and the captain and crew are friendly and professional!

We booked a private tour with the guys at Bass Tub for a 30 person party / networking mixer. It was a huge hit!! Everyone had a great time and the captain was so helpful and did such a good job. Would definitely book this boat again.

1/2 day crab trip near the farallones. Beautiful day, the crew worked hard and got us limits of crab. Friendly crew and passengers, only thing better was the crab feast later!

I had one of the best trips in my lifetime. The crew was very friendly and informative. I met some very nice people and had some laughs. Everyone came home with 10 fish and 10 crabs. We got tossed around early, but the waves settled down in the afternoon and turned out to be a beautiful day. The boat is located real close to parking and boarding and unboarding was a breeze. I will definitely be going again.
