I checked this place out on my morning walks. They have soccer fields, tennis courts and more. I came here looking for some stairs to climb during my stroll around the neighborhood. They have some seating by the soccer fields that I climbed up and down. Not too many seats , so not to long of a climb. The park is very clean and lots of people use it. I will be looking for longer stairs to climb in the area.

My husband told me this is the best location for Pokémon go, and he is definitively lying! While this park is very nice and enjoyable and have lots of family with kids playing sports, the Pokémon gym were too sparely located. While it is a good walk in the park, if you are going in the middle of the day with the California sun, you will get sunburn! This park did have a lot of Pokémon stop and gyms though. My personal preference is still to an indoor mall or something with air conditioning... or put more stops to lure me to do the walking in this weather!!!

When I bought my house in Elk Grove back in 2009 this sports park didn't exisit. Little did I know that it would soon be built and back up to my property. The first 6 months after the park was open the lights were on all hours of the night. A quick call and email to Elk Grove Parks & Rec quickly resolved that issue. I have to say that I don't mind having it so close to me. Yes, there is noise from the constant games, and parents cheering. Yes, during big events people park on our street when the lots are full. However it is nice to have a place to walk through that is lighted, safe, clean and easy to access. Unfortunately we don't play tennis, or softball and my boys are past their soccer playng days so we don't benefit from all of the ammentities of the complex. We have brought the grandkids to play at the park and ride bikes. Not sure if it will hinder or help my property values when selling.

Played a rugby league game against the Sacramento Amazons. Loved the turf field. Very nicely kept up! The restrooms were kind of gross, but that's more on the folks using the restrooms than the staff cleaning. There are bleachers to sit in to watch the games with at least four different fields to play on. There was a nice play area as well.

This sports park is amazing! They have nice softball fields with high fences so you don't have to worry too much about fly balls. The bathrooms were clean and close by. The snack bar had many options including nachos, hot dogs, and giant pretzels. I had the nachos and they did not disappoint. The other part of the park looked well kept up too. There's soccer fields and places to run and play. The parking lot was easy to navigate. Will definitely return

Great park for sports, kids, family, jogging, EVERYTHING. We drive 20 minutes to this park because it's worth the drive. The area is total safe for everyone and the playground is nice.

An awesome ginormous sports park. Only one thing missing is a basketball court. I've noticed majority of parks in Elk Grove almost have no courts for basketball. This park being big enough. You think they would but no. Main reason I gave 4/5 stars. So many baseball, soccer, football fields, and some tennis courts. Great place to walk/jog and/or with dogs. Love the playground size. Love the water fountain/misting spots to keep cool.

I might as well drive to China to get here (I can use that reference, I'm Asian)!!That being said, what a great facility, for all thing park and sports related. The soccer fields are turf and great for a 2 day soccer tournament for the best U9 girls team I could have ever asked to coach - GO ROXY's!The softball fields are legit too. I held down right field like a champ, the grass was very well maintained. This facility is gorgeous, spacious, and clean. It takes about a whole gas tank for a grid-kid to get too, but it's worth the drive ;) Decent amount of parking in two different locations, but I can see this place getting crazy for a soccer tournament. The bathrooms are better than your average sports complex. Don't get too excited, they appear the same, just seemed fairly well kept. They also have a snack bar right by one set of bathrooms. I didn't order anything, but they have one...Overall, a great place to take your kidlets, family....whoever, if you live in the area. Totally FREE and a way to burn calories, can't ask for much more than that! You can take the girl out of the grid, but you can't take the grid out of the girl....

Super nice park. Soccer fields, baseball diamonds, a football field, and about 4 tennis courts. The high quality synthetic grass is a nice touch!! less maintenance and lasts longer! The only thing that is missing is a basketball court and a pool! The kiddie playground area is a bit small though.

Family friendly sports park with great turf fields!I come here at least twice a week for soccer practices during the early mornings and late 9pm practices but I always feel safe in this park. They have two decent sized parking lots and this complex includes 4 turf fields, baseball fields, tennis courts and a nice playground area. The whole place is very clean and has actual bathrooms instead of porta potties. Overall this place is one of the best sports complexes I've been to.
