Bought this today, October 12, 2019, at a BC Liquor store. Since when do they use a cork?!?!

I love wine, but living in Vancouver on my wage, I also have to be economical. There are several less expensive wines on the market, with most tasting like crap, but Barefoot has really decent wines at reasonable prices, typically ranging from $8.99 to $11.99. They also have a sizeable selection of both red and white wines, with my favourite being their Cabernet Sauvignon. However, until recently, they lacked a good selection of roses -- I only ever saw Zinfandel and Moscato -- yuck. But this summer, I was thrilled to find a pink Pinot Grigio by Barefoot in BC Liquor Stores -- finally, a decent, affordable rose!Wine snobs reading this probably think I'm a savage, but I'm not ashamed to admit that I like Barefoot wines -- they fit my budget, the quality is decent, and they have a good selection. Barefoot is a very respectable budget wine.[Yelp collections: Wine Time!]

Barefoot Cellars has a disappointment in riesling. notes of peach, mandarin orange, jasmine, honey, tangerine, and who knows what other fruit? all i taste is the sugar. what's the dif. between choosing dr. pepper and barefoot riesling?what happened to the subtleties of wine tasting.

I love the white zin! It's refreshing and light and goes well with cheese, pasta and fish. The cab is full bodied with a hint of spice to it. The Pinot Grigio is lovely. But the white zin is my fav. It's my go-to. I love to introduce friends to it. They enjoy it as well.

We got a discount to try this wine and would recommend it. The sweet red wine is exactly what it's name says - a good sweet wine that was great. This is not a fancy brand but a nice wine to have for dinner any time and they have a great story. We got a couple of other bottles and are looking forward to drinking it.

This is very high quality California wine, but they do not have a cellar of their own because this is a brand that is owned and bottled at the E & J Gallo Winery in Modesto. Enjoy
